Despite reserving the style vehicle I needed a week in advance, I went to pick-up and was given a downgraded (smaller vehicle) at the larger vehicle price point. Dan, who really is in over his skill set managing this location (chided me and hung up during our call) offered to give me a rental credit, lowering the price. While that, at first, sounds almost fair all that was really accomplished was that my bill is now about what it should be renting the smaller vehicle. If I was price conscious here, I would have just selected something smaller to begin with. Calls to Enterprise's customer "service" resulted in anything but resolution, including: 2 calls committing to my getting a phone call from the area manager (that did not materialize) 1 call that resulted in getting hung up on (guessing Indian call center with this one) Why I was not contacted in advance, and while I would have had time to make other arrangements, once the dream team at this location realized they would not have the vehicle I wanted is, truly, a question for the ages. I now am left in the situation of needing to leave at dawn tomorrow in a vehicle unfit for purpose and for which I overpaid. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

He was rather rude about it saying I should have rented what I wanted in the first place. I wasn't asking for a free upgrade. Every question I tried asking, he cut me off and rolled his eyes. By far the worst rental experience I've had thus far.

-- A Complete Corporate and Location Failure. Never Again…read more I will never rent from Enterprise again -- and I urge anyone considering this location specifically to look elsewhere. This disaster didn't start at this branch. My reservation was made two months in advance and was mishandled by Enterprise's own customer service representatives -- not once, but twice. Each time, I had to call back to have it corrected and reconfirmed by Enterprise's customer service team themselves. I was escalated to the corporate team on two separate occasions and was told I would be contacted. Three weeks later -- still nothing. Enterprise Corporate has completely ignored me. Then came the final insult: I drove 40 minutes to this location to pick up my reserved premium SUV, only to be told it wasn't available. Manager Sara's solution? Offer me a minivan at the same premium rate for my premium suv. No discount. No apology. No accountability. When I declined to pay a premium price for a downgraded vehicle, she refused to adjust the rate -- full stop. I expected a manager to apologize, problem-solve, and make things right. Sara did none of that. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and combative from the start. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she told me she was the top of the chain and that the owner -- who apparently runs this as a family-owned branch -- was unavailable. "Family owned" is supposed to mean personalized, accountable service. This was the opposite. I then asked for Corporate's phone number so I could seek help myself. She gave me the wrong number -- twice -- while I stood there trying to reach someone, anyone, with a trip planned and only hours to spare. Her final response? "I'm not renting you anything." She refused to rent to me entirely. I was left standing there, stranded, with a reservation, a trip about to start, and zero support from this branch or from Enterprise Corporate. For the record: I did find my premium SUV at another Enterprise location. Sara does not get the satisfaction of thinking she left me without options -- but the damage to my time, stress, and trust in this company is done. To the owners of this branch: your manager is actively turning away paying customers with reservations, refusing to problem-solve, and providing false contact information to prevent escalation. She is costing you money and your reputation. I hope you are fully aware of the shots she is calling in your name. Enterprise as a whole: three weeks of silence from Corporate after two escalations is inexcusable. This level of disregard for loyal customers is exactly why you lose them permanently.

This is my first time renting from Enterprise and it was a wonderful experience! The employees are…read morekind, courteous and show empathy for the customer. The shuttles are smaller but they seem to have enough in rotation. Our driver "The Candyman" offered a basket of free candy and he lifted suitcases on and off the shuttle. He even did a quick song and dance move as he loaded bags! He made my day. I will definitely switch all my rentals to Enterprise based on this positive end to end experience.

We took the airport shuttle here and the line was super long. My Husband checked in, he has one of those great customer accounts since he frequently rents from Enterprise. Well, we saw several families waiting for their vehicles for over 30 mins. A majority of the time, an employee would come to talk to the people waiting on cars to ask if they would rather rent another class/type of vehicle. This was a RED FLAG and it happened about 4 times in 45 minutes. At an hour of waiting, a male employee comes over and asks if we would consider a Dodge Durango (which is not the suv class that we reserved). We let him know that it would not work for us, due to our party size and luggage amount. We have 3 people at and over 6 foot and 1 who is 5ft 8 inches, plus 8 pieces of luggage, backpacks, purses, etc., which is why we reserved a premium SUV. Meanwhile, 2 smaller (shorter and less people) got their premium suvs and drove off.... Another employee named Owen asked again (this is at 1hr 15mins) if we would take a Dodge Durango. Again, we declined and thanked him for offering. We then had to explain our party size and luggage amount. He said that they are checking the whole fleet including National and Alamo lots... Owen returns and asks my Husband to have a look at Jeep Wagoneer. My Husband said that it was not the class that we reserved, but it will work. Owen took a bit off of the price for the hassle and smaller vehicle class. Overall, they did not have the vehicle class that we reserved and paid for, it was snowing, it was cold, it was very bad. We waited a total of 1 hour and 45 mins to get a vehicle; even though we reserved a month in advance. I do not recommend this location during the holidays. When we brought the suv back, we prepaid for fuel and the estimated cost held on the credit card was set. We even brought the suv back with almost a half tank of fuel. The total was $40 over what the original credit card hold was. This place is a joke, scam, and most importantly unreliable.

The staff, top to bottom, is knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented. You can get in and out in a few minutes, never more than five, and will always be pleased with the service. I've used them for local rentals exclusively in the last couple years, and highly recommend them - you will not be sorry. (As an aside, the previous staff, several years ago, was abismal and I avoided this oiffice in the past because there was always a confrontation, they lost my reservation, didn't have any cars, etc.)

I reserved and picked up a car in May of this year. It was full of dents on nearly every side of…read morethe car. I went with the representative and documented all of the dents observed on the car before I left the lot.. the representative did not provide me with any record of their vehicle inspection. I dropped the car off in Ohio the next day without incident. Two months later, a rep from corporate is calling me, accusing me of causing the damage on the rental car, which I clearly did not do. both Avis corporate and this Avis site have been extremely unhelpful and uncooperative and sharing any of the vehicle inspection records associated with my rental that would clearly show that I do not cause any of the damage that they accused me of being very aware of renting from this Avis they clearly do not care about your customer satisfaction, and you can be charged a large repair bill for damages that you did not do. Stay away unless you want a horrible customer experience
