Thank you Yelpers, I chose Georgia Luxury because it was by far the highest rated. GLA did not disappoint. I set up my appointment and everything went like clockwork. They worked with the insurance company and the rental car agency. Hertz rental car is real close and they picked me up after the appointment. The appointment was incredibly fast and I was only my way. Tiffany provided real time updates via text as the work progressed. I knew the estimate, when parts were ordered, when they arrived and estimated completion date. They actually beat the completion date by a day which worked out perfect with my travel schedule. Now the important part -- quality of the work. It was great, the bumper looked brand new and the detailing was one of the better details I have seen. My vehicle looked like it was ready for the show floor. Great work, great service that met all schedule expectations. Thank you.

But the staff was amazing and helped clear it up without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions. Helpful. Patient. Kept it moving. The first car had to get sent back immediately because the window would not roll down. Caught it before leaving, thank God, because nothing ruins a trip faster than discovering a problem after you have already hit the road. I turned right around, swapped into another car, checked everything, and that one was good to go. Not ideal. But at least the fix was easy and nobody made it weird. Return was the best part. Super easy. No drama. No mystery charges. No long goodbye. Just in, out, done. For a rental car situation, that alone feels luxurious. it's giving... one little plot twist but the trip still made it to the final cut.

Not for a lack of effort, I called Alamo to ask why I couldn't update their system with my driver's license before the trip, was told there was no problem and that it would be done at the counter. Such sloppy business practices. I have rented through them multiple times but already told the wife to slide them to the bottom, even if they have better prices. They need to do better!!

She only showed us upgraded options even though we assured her we only wanted the car we booked - and told us to "just sign it." We picked what looked like the most basic option -- turned out to be a $150 upgrade to a different vehicle class. Also charged $45 for an additional driver policy that was never disclosed at booking because it was a credit card under my name (it was a work trip) and my husband was the main driver. Final charge: $509 vs. the $269 I'd reserved. Called customer service. Twice. Misled by the customer service who said they would probably offer a full refund, but needed by husband to call. Then told that information was wrong. Then was told a supervisor would call back -- never did. Sent a formal email. No response. Understand rental counters run on upsells, but this was misleading, not sales. Would not book here again.

I completed my online check in ahead of time, so while the standard Hertz counter had lines three lanes deep, I simply crossed the pedestrian walkway to the Hertz Gold area in the garage. Three agents were available if anyone needed help, but the process was so smooth I didn't need assistance. You walk up to the monitor, find your name and status, and that's it -- as a Gold member, you can pick ANY car you want from the Gold section. Grab your vehicle, drive to the exit, let the toll agent scan your license, and you're on your way. Absolutely seamless. Returning the car was just as easy. Tons of signage, someone directing you to the correct lane, leave the keys on the dash, and you're done. No hassle, no waiting. I do want to give a special shout out to Tiffany, an incredibly kind customer service representative. She noticed the woman traveling with us had a cane and immediately offered to drive us to the main terminal so we wouldn't have to take the tram. She dropped us off right at the wheelchair entrance, and we were helped right away. Her kindness made a huge difference. Every single Hertz employee I interacted with was polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Hertz and will definitely continue using them. This was truly the best rental experience I've ever had.

YESTERDAY took the cake, however. The light in one lane was green indicating there was an employee, but no one appeared to be in the booth. We slowly drove in as this was our only choice. The fool was HIDING on the floor on his cell phone. He got mad that we "bothered him"! Now they are PAID to HIDE from customers? He told us off good, he was mad as hell at us and LET US KNOW. My husband and I first had to wait for a bus to take us to the rental car center but after about 45 minutes in a slow-moving line the employees said the sky train was working again. Already an hour behind our schedule we approached the DollarCar Rental/Thrifty Car Rental counter and there were about 20 people in line, but luckily there were also about 10 agents working so we only waited in line at Dollar counter for about 5-10 minutes. When we got to the counter we met the extremely friendly and knowledgeable, Martina. She found our account quickly and processed our rental while also informing us about all the options available to us. She was pleasant and chatted with us about football. She had a smile on her face the entire time, so she put smiles back on our faces as well. After leaving the counter we quickly found the row for standard cars and were told to choose any car in that row. There were 4 or 5 cars, although one said "no key," on the windshield. We chose a shiny newer model black Nissan Altima and were on a way in a matter of minutes. The car is fully equipped with a tech. package so we are happy with our experience at Dollar. Update: return couldn't have been easier.....in and out in 5 minutes, plus we had cheerleaders directing us where to go!
