I had a confirmed reservation number to rent a vehicle, but when I arrived, I was told I was at the wrong location. Instead of trying to help, the employee blamed me and said I "wasn't paying attention" and that it was my fault. While I was standing right in front of her, she called another associate and said, "I don't know what she wants me to do." All I was asking for was a rental vehicle that was comparable to my own. Her attitude made me feel like my request was unreasonable, even though I had a valid reservation. I was then told there was only one vehicle available and that I could either take it or leave and find my own ride to the correct location. There was no effort to offer a solution or provide good customer service. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and very disappointing. I expected a company to honor my reservation and treat customers with respect. read more

I want to recognize the Assistant Branch Manager, Ellie Belleisle, for her exceptional service. I flew in from Miami, Florida during the week of March 23rd for work and needed a rental car. When I called to adjust my pickup time, she was incredibly accommodating and kind. She even waited for me when I was running a few minutes late, which I truly appreciated. Her level of customer service stood out and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Funny how someone else wrote a review about how they got blamed for "hail damage". They did the same thing to my husband. Didn't provide any photos neither. Not paying it out of principle. These people, head manager, store owner are crooks! Didn't even hail when we had that black truck because if it did we would made claims on all 37 properties that we own and both of our cars. When we explained this to our insurance they were confused also. If you rent a car from this place TAKE YOUR OWN PICS OF THE CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT AND WHEN YOU TAKE IT BACK ! Nice people working here. But an hour to get a car, standing in TWO lines, one of them the "Express" line, only two be told they have no cars remaining. They gave me this massive truck that barely fits under bridges and overpasses. I'll be homeless after I have to fill it up with gas. read more

Return it and the blame is on the latest customer renting the car because pre-existing conditions were discussed but not documented by their employees. Their contracts are written and designed to scam in case they don't indicate pre-existing conditions. Crooked business. When you get into an accident dealing with all of the formalities can be stressful. Well, if you want to avoid a little stress come to this location for a rental car. We scheduled a pickup and although they were a bit late I am still overall happy with my experience. Tip- try to schedule pickup for earlier in the day. Once I had gotten picked up by a nice gentlemen, I went inside the location. All of the staff were there (after closing time because we arrived so late) and greeted me with smile. Mostly everything had been taken care of over the phone and the nice young lady helping me got me to my car to inspect it rather quickly. They even upgraded my car for no extra charge which I thought was nice. Definitely recommend. read more

We had to get some major repairs on our car recently, and needed to rent a car. As usual, I went to this particular Enterprise as our past experiences have always been good ones, and it's really close to home. We ended up having to keep the car for a few more days than anticipated, but there was absolutely no problem with that. We also needed to drop the car off at another location that was closer to the auto repair shop, and they didn't have a problem with that either! We will continue to rent from Enterprise...they rock! read more

I always read Yelp reviews where it starts with, "if I could give zero stars, I would"....I finally understand that saying. Visiting family with my sister, and her two toddlers for three weeks, as my parents don't have a vehicle large enough to accommodate the car seats-hence why we rent a car. The morning we are supposed to go to the airport, I call over to this location, and ask if one of the workers could ride with us to the airport, have my mother follow-to take the car seats back-and then Enterprise would have their car back. Apparently, that isn't doable-as they can't even drive on the airport grounds-without being taxed. WHAT? That makes zero sense. Their solution, go to the closer location at jones-maltsberger and have the two toddlers ride without car seats to the airport-which is illegal. So, a BIG thank you to John the "manager".....he's about as useless as a third nipple. Thanks John for completely screwing with my Monday, and my day of travel. read more

When you rent a vehicle with them watch out what they have you signing for because you could tell them you don't want something lien extra insurance and you not even know it till you get the receipt upon returning, then you are stuck paying extra charges you never asked for. And they won't fix the gaffe, even when you rent with them often and you always waive the insurance. read more

I left my Oakley sunglasses in the car, they claimed they never found them. Quite a coincidence that my $200+ sunglasses magically disappeared. They never called me back when they told me they would when the other manager showed up. I called 3 week later, never found my sunglasses at home. Terrible service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Made my family wait in the hot sun for 2 hours, while saying they were 15 minutes away with the rental car. Then, they left me with a $900 payment for a seat belt they said my 6 year old ripped up. How does a six year old rip a seat belt? It was tucked in and my son never touched it. They picked me up and had everything ready for me to complete my day without the usual long delay expected from other rental companies. Would give zero stars if I could. Made online reservation. Showed up to collect to be told there were no cars on the lot. While there someone came and returned a car. I was then told that I couldn't get that car because they had to use that car to drop off another client and then give that car to people who had booked earlier than I had. (So your "reservation" more of a spot on a waiting list to these people.) Then told that no rental agencies in the area had vehicles and nothing they could do. Had to badger the attendant to check on my behalf. Told no other branch had cars and that it had been like this mid-week for months! (Way to be proactive about fixing your system.) Of course, while there, someone else came and they gave the car to her. Sigh. Thanks for nothing Enterprise. Thanks for being useless. read more

I reserved a car with them through Orbitz. We arrived in San Antonio on Thursday, Friday morning I called them to come and pick us up by the airport and they said they didn't go that far to pick people up. New to San Antonio, I didn't know how far I was away from them. They said that they would give me the number of an Enterprise closer to me, no problem. My hotel shuttle brought me there and I was able to get my car.....at TWICE the price I was quoted through my original reservation. It wasn't until I got home that I looked up to see how far away this Enterprise was away from my hotel, 5 miles. So because this companies employees couldn't be bothered to drive 9 minutes(quoted by Google maps) to pick me up, as there advertising states, I had to pay double my rental price. read more

I was in a car accident and needed a rental on two separate occasions for repairs. This location was nearest to the place that did my repairs and I can say that I have never experienced better customer service or ease in using a rental car place. All the staff was outstanding and remarkably friendly. From the gentlemen giving my rides to and from the collison center to the people answering my phone calls they were always very courteous and professional. I even almost bought some of the insurance they try to add on cause the agent did such a great job of pitching it to me. This location isnt close to my home but I would consider using them again simply for that great customer service. Cars were always ready and I had zero issues - I never spent more then 2 minutes waiting. They were efficient and seamless which is something you want when you are already dealing with a stressful situation. Highly recommend this location. read more

the branch manager is very misleading. He made it seem that i ABSOLUTELY had to buy their insurance, did not mention my person would cover it. Automatically tried to add the most expensive one, then went with a lower one. He said one amount if i turned it in on time, which i did, then charged an additional $40. stay clear of this business that is out to get any $$$ they can from you. AVIS is cheaper and more professional. read more
