Upon arriving at Enterprise it was REALLY busy and the staff was doing a tremendously great job renting and returning vehicles while remaining calm. The phone was ringing nonstop as well. Initially, my experience was not good because Raven tried to overcharge me several hundred dollars and put me in a smoky vehicle that I had to immediately bring back. However, Carson, AJ and Mike made my experience A+. I did have to extend my rental vehicle for 2 weeks. Carson seamlessly made it happen the first week with AJs approval. Upon return, I was able to get a ride home (3 Miles) with Mike and he did a great job too! The second week Raven charged me the daily rate instead of the weekly rate and I had to call to get a refund upon getting my bill. Carson and AJ corrected my bill expeditiously and Carson deserves Patience of the Year explaining my bill to me! While the customer service was pretty good, I don't appreciate being robbed. I left a few items behind in the (16) day rental. When I called about the missing items only my ugly clunky water jug was recovered. They stole children's clothing, manicure tools and teeth cleaners. The manager is out due to surgery and no one can check the camera but the manger. read more

Staff were friendly and very curious. I like the location of the rental facility. Had issues throughout my rental had a flat tire when returning the vehicle. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE -- It is rare that I leave a bad review and not give five stars, but this was not acceptable & It's disappointing when a reservation doesn't go as planned. AVAILABILITY: It's unacceptable that the car you reserve isn't available at your appointment time. Customers rely on reservations & the company should prioritize having cars ready for pick-up. Condition of the Car: The fact that the replacement car had 60k miles & smelled like cigarettes is concerning. Cleanliness & maintenance are crucial for customer satisfaction. Willing to put you in a vehicle with a broken windshield is a safety hazard. Cars with such issues should not be rented out. COMMUNICATION: The Assistant Branch Manager was not helpful/ overwhelmed & left our issue to be delt with by the another associate. Enterprise should communicate better with customers about any changes or issues. Going back for the originally reserved car adds inconvenience & frustration. Enterprise needs to address these issues promptly. For current/future customers - I recommend sharing any experiences feedback directly with them, so they can improve their services and prevent similar situations in the future. read more

The employee insisted that we had to come that day to get the reservation of the car we wanted. We didn't want to come in that day due to pain and loss of movement from accident. This was stated to the employee. When we arrived on time they did not have the reservation and took a long while making accommodations. The manager was rude and more inquisitive rather than helpful and polite. Do not recommend this location. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had rented a 15 passenger van months ago for a work event. The Schertz location was one of the few that had it listed in their inventory. We had confirmation of the rental to be picked up at 9am. We get there at 9am, they confirmed we had reservation but not the van that we rented. Are they not made aware of the reservations they have for their own location? They were not able to find a 15 passenger van. Our backstory: We rented the car in Schertz on Thursday...on Tuesday, our rental car was making terrible sounds so we brought it to the nearest Enterprise (Burleson, TX), They told us to take it to one of THEIR contracted shops and see if it could be fixed. We took it to the shop (while on vacation & My husband's Birthday) and the car could not be repaired. Upon returning to the Burleson location we told them this and they ignored us. We contacted the Schertz location and they worked solution sets, contacted the Burleson location and got hung-up on for asking too many questions ...the Burleson location just left us sitting in the lobby, ignored with no engagement... we came up with solution sets and they told us to call other Enterprises...we asked them to contact other Enterprises as they have greater access. Unbelievable! Clayton (from Schertz location) called us several times assuring us a solution was in the works and the issue was elevated to get us home. ASAP. The absolute worst service and communication ever!! Over an hour to get a rent car. I even called and they kept telling me 15 minutes. I understand our new covid situation but better communication is key. When I called on my way to the body shop I inquired with enterprise everything would be ready. I was assured it was. So, I rented another vehicle because, my vehicle was being serviced by a ford dealership as the water pump was leaking. I asked Enterprise-Rent-A-Car on Pat Booker Road to help with my Rental. I then spoke to "Amanda" (Manager) on Monday 01/23/2023 and she was very nice and understanding and when I received a vehicle which was a Nissan Rogue, it was a nice blue and it was very clean inside, but, it had "California" Plates and I was iffy on that because, I live in Texas. But, I went back the following few days (01/25/2023) I was then given a Kia Soul (Black) with Texas plates. I went back on this day to ask for another type of vehicle without California plates. She helped me with getting into a Kia Soul, which was much appreciated. She even picked my husband and I at our house so that we can sign paperwork for the first vehicle at their location on Pat Booker Road. I am grateful that I finally got to know Amanda and she was great and understanding and nice with treating her employees with respect. called today about renting a car for beginning of the week. it was 52 dollars a day. then realized I put in the wrong days. put in Monday to Tuesday, but needed Tuesday to Wednsday. Beginning of the week was 52.00 did my change and it went up 70.00. I could understand if it was a holiday or the weekend, but it wasn't. I rented the same type car in June around the same time It was 52.00. (more people renting to travel. it is the summer). the person i spoke with could not answer the question as to why the almost 20 dollar price hike. Nor did she care. So instead of extending any type of customer service to see if anything could be done. She did nothing. Hello everyone, I am reluctant to write this review for the Enterprise rental car location in Schertz. I have tried to resolve this issue through their corporate office and my insurance however with no success. I picked up a 1500 Ram from this location. The truck is scratched, dented and filthy. The truck has concrete particles throughout the bed and about 20 rusted construction nails. The truck looks as if it had been a rental for a construction contractor and was left as is for the next renter. When I called the corporate office I was promised an upgrade and was told there would me no problem exchanging the vehicle for a Tahoe or equivalent. However when I went back to the location I was told they could put me in a RAV4. The worst part of this experience was the customer service. The agents were on their cell phones texting, giggling, and having private conversations on personal cell phones. I was there over 5 minutes before they even recognized my existence. There were no other customers ahead of me in line. There was only one person sitting and waiting other than me. I was treated with snide side comments and smart condescending remarks. Please if you see this post you would be better off using the Enterprise rental center 5 minutes south on I35. I rent a car from this location for work about every other week and feel pretty well qualified to give them an honest review. One thing to note....they're co-located with a body shop. So on any given morning at least 50% of your fellow patrons will have recently been in a car wreck. And that can put folks into a seriously cranky mood. I always book online and they've always had a car ready for me very quickly. And on returns I've never had an issue with damage, fuel level, late fees or any of the other profit centers you see from folks in any kind of rental business. Why not 5 stars? The overall appearance of the place could use some sparking up. Actually, that's being kind. The carpet in there looks like it came out of a fraternity house. If you sat down on it you might very well end up with an unplanned pregnancy. But if you can get past that, you can bet on a good car at a fair price with few hassles. And in the car rental business that makes me a fan. read more

I have always went through enterprise rental cars, but it wasn't until I visited this location were I was given a car with 11/2017 registration in the mid December. As I get ready to enter base to go back to work I'm stopped by the MP's telling me that my tags are outdated. I have rented vehicles from this location probably half a dozen times or so. In the past, my service has always been very good, even if I had to wait a few minutes. However, the last time I returned a vehicle, the woman who did the walk-around inspection made note of a VERY minor blemish on one of the body panels. 95% of the damage was to the vehicle's clear coat and could have been repaired with some simple hand-wash techniques. The portion of the ding that broke through the paint was well within their limits for claim. Long story short, they ended up going after me for about $500 for this incredibly minute blemish. I would understand if I was at fault, but it was clearly the result of someone or something running into me (maybe a shopping cart?). I would be more understanding if every one of their vehicles I have ever driven was in outstanding shape, but they have all had at least a couple dings or blemishes. I would argue that the "damage" need not have even been addressed. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I know the woman who reported the damage was only doing her job, and she was very nice about it at least. It is just hard not to feel victimized when something like this happens. I only hope I am never in a position where I am forced to subject my self to this kind of treatment. read more

We showed up a little past noon for our noon rental only to find that they close at noon on Saturdays. The assistant manager, Travis, couldn't let us in for security reasons but was kind enough to make arrangements for us to pick up a car in New Braunfels adding a free upgrade for our trouble. The manager was very helpful, but the young lady who helped me paid no attention to me while she was setting up my rental: answering the phone every time it rang, taking keys from people dropping off, etc. She seldom even made eye contact with me. The other service associates were fully focused on and engaged in conversations with their customers. Thus, I was the "last man standing." Every time I've rented a vehicle here the service has been fine, however as I stopped in this morning to drop off my vehicle for repair and pickup my rental on my way to work, I was quite irritated as I waited for the clerk that was 'assisting' me to take 3 phone calls, stop and have conversations with other employees regarding other issues that needed to be handled. So I've waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they have NO cars available but I could come back this afternoon.... Where is the customer service? How do you have a reservation only to be told there are no cars available?? How are you a rental care agency with no rental cars????? read more

We rented a car to make a road trip instead of using our own. Was a great experience. Everyone here was very helpful and they wait on you quickly and with great manners. The price was good. Our car was clean. We even were able to get a bigger car for only $2 more dollars a day. Not sure if we will need to rent another car but would return here if we do. read more
