The counter where we picked up our rental car was slow and there were three separate lines that went to the same counter. This ended up causing a lot of confusion and frustration. The car drop-off was very easy and took only a few minutes. We got to choose from a variety of cars. The reservation matched the car that we drove off in. The car was clean and comfortable. I would rent from Alamo Rent A Car again.

At 2:25 a bald Latino gentleman came from the back just to tell everyone waiting that "he's going on break" but someone should be in soon. We proceed to watch him eat for 30 minutes and then head to the employee bathroom for another 20 (I'm guessing lunch didn't agree with him). FINALLY at 3:15 (after an hour of waiting), I'm assuming breaks over cause he calls our name. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long while.
