I left my phone cord and my son left his pocket knife his father gave him with an engraving on it in the vehicle , immediately the manager called me when I left letting me know those two items were left behind so when we came the next day to get them the knife wasn't there and never was found which means a employee stole it and nothing was done about it . Horrible customer service. We were sent by Ford to get a rental car while my wife's car is being serviced. When we received the rental, we were told to call if we had any issues. The issues we had were instant. Needed an oil change and there was other stuff broken inside the vehicle. We tried calling over the past few days with no answer. We showed up (40 mile drive) just to talk to someone and they were nice, however just made excuses. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. read more

Had to return a rental and decided to clean out the vehicle prior to leaving it. Upon entering the establishment, my mom came in with a dirty diaper from my 2 week old newborn. A car washer said, "ew." And apparently had a face. I later found out he was a car washer after one of the kind sales women assisted me with drop off. She tried to offer 5% off - but our car insurance was covering the rental. If the insurance WASNT, that wouldn't have been enough to ease any discomfort I had knowing their employees that are grown men said something about a baby's diaper. It was a kind gesture on her part, however, I'll never return to this enterprise location. My biggest recommendation for this location is for the manager to ask corporate to purchase a trash can to be placed on the outside of the building entrance. The only trash can I saw upon coming inside was a tiny plastic bin. When people drop off their vehicles they have trash. Otherwise, we can leave it for your rude car washers :) read more

So I have a rental car that is not very safe to drive and have been to enterprise 6 different times to swap it out and told them it felt unsafe each time. They tell me that they have nothing available and the 20 or so vehicles in the parking lot are all reserved. So what do I do, I call to make a reservation and am told that my reservation is good for the same day pickup. Upon my return I am told that they have nothing available. We made a reservation and when we came to pick up the car they said they were washing it, so we asked if we could come back in 10 minutes while they were washing it, and they said yes no problem. When we returned, they had given the car to someone else! Unbelievable!! read more

They are really slow and three employees walked right by me without asking me if I needed anything. Now I don't need a car because they made me miss my appointment. They could care less. I recently rented a vehicle from this location and the car had only 35,000 miles. However, the vehicle had scratches, missing paint patches, light cigarette smell in the cabin and it ran like it needed a tune up. I think the only reason that this branch is still in business is because there aren't too many other options. The service was nice but the quality of the vehicles wasn't worth the price. Had I not picked up the vehicle on Friday, I would have take the car back for a full refund. read more

I had to rent a car recently and I used Enterprise online reservation. The gentleman was extremely helpful since I'm not tech savvy. When I got to the Temecula location their system/tablets were out. The manager Kate had a line out the door. Kate and her staff were very professional and friendly and did an exceptional job getting the clients taken care of. Had to get a car while my Camry was getting work done. My insurance made a reservation for me and when I get there I was told they did not have small cars available and gave me an SUV. With all the driving I do this was killing me in gas, called back and asked if they had cars, they told me I would have to wait a few more days. Finally, I called and they had a car, they gave me a Malibu. I started to notice the car was having issues and almost had an accident on the freeway because the car was not working properly. Called back and asked to speak to the Manager, Matt stated he was the manager and was very rude over the phone. He told me if I was not happy to call me other offices and find a car elsewhere. I told him I liked the car but was scare for my safety and if could help find a car nearby. He then again said I don't have time to be switching you cars and you can call other places. Finally, I called a satellite office and spoke to Alex. He immediately helped and apologized for the inconvenience. He truly went out of his way to help me and found a car. The car was in Matt's location but after hearing my experience he said he would get someone to take it to his location so I wouldn't deal with Matt. Thank you Alex for going above and beyond!!! Your employee with the long hair and beard that is washing car is the most irresponsible person you can have working there. He almost hit me in the parking lot then I'm ordering food and he's hitting corners in a very small parking lot at crazy speeds and seen him almost hit another car and a pedestrian. Have to say this location gets the prize for dirtiest rental vehicles in town! Oh, and since they email you receipts and you don't see it until you get home, they sneak in fuel recharging fees...no need to communicate that when your there, sneak it in when you leave....and that was done by the manager, imagine how the staff treat you! read more

We have been going to Enterprise for the past 3 years or so. The service there was always exceptional. We would rent for business trips frequently, but lately the service has gone downhill. It is unfortunate because they have always been top rated by us on both a personal level as well as on a business level. We booked a car for this weekend and received a call that they were out of vehicles. We completely understood. The part that doesn't make sense is that we know another party that booked at the same time and received a vehicle the same day. On a previous occasion, I had also reached out to Kate Lyons regarding assistance with switching to a corporate account and as of yet, I have not heard back. Bring back the old staff; they cared about service! We will give them another shot because the company itself is a great one in our opinion. read more

I came to this place to help out my pops with getting his car after he crashed his vehicle. I was greeted by Kate who was totally unhelpful. To put it into shorter words, I felt like I was at the DMV. I was treated like a second class citizen. The experience did get better when Alex handled the situation. I felt like I was at a dealership. Alex was very informative and helpful and overall, very nice. He made me feel like everyone should come to Enterprise for your car rental needs. Making a reservation ahead of time you would expect to have your vehicle ready or at least receive a call the day before that a car will not be available. But NO! I show up to pick up my 8 passenger SUV but being told that none is available but I can offer you a 5 passenger vehicle? Really? Common sense would say there is a reason I reserved an 8 passenger vehicle. I swear they had vehicles earlier on in the week but I guess if a person reserves a day or two before the weekend renter is screwed. This has never happened at hertz. I guess members aren't held to same value at enterprise. Thanks for ruining a vacation. DAMN could have at least showed some good customer service by letting me know early in the week so I could have done something. There is no way you xan tell me that you did not foresee the problem.. I wish I could give a zero star rating. This is the second time in a row now that I have reserved a bigger car (one to seat 7 people) and upon showing up to pick up the vehicle they don't have anything that would work. This last time I even drove by the night before, after calling to confirm and being told they "had something", to check on the reservation only to be find out they in fact did NOT. They then told me that they would be getting two bigger vehicles that evening and would save one for me for the next day pick up. I called later that night to confirm that the vehicles both showed up and was told they did. Upon showing up for the actual pick up I was told that both of those vehicles had been rented out already. There was not even one other vehicle in the lot that could seat more than five people. No one communicated with in the company to each other about the situation. Terrible experience. The first person I spoke to set up a pick up for me and told me to call back to reconfirm. I called back about an hour later and they said that I called back to early. Then they said that I couldn't reserve a car with my debit card (which wasn't what the first person said). Then they tried to convince me that the first person I spoke to must have been someone from the 1-800 number. I looked at my phone log and told her that it was most definitely someone in Temecula. After that the lady just told me she was sorry, but I must have agreed to use another form of payment at some point and that there was nothing she could do. So I ended up stuck outside with my new wife waiting for a ride from someone else. I would highly recommend avoiding these guys like the plague. The customer service here is terrible. I wouldn't trust them to get anything right. read more

Service was great here. I actually took an uber here the morning of picking up my car. I had reserved it for a 5:00pm pick up and changed it online to a 10am pick up the day before. When I got there to p/u seems like the change didn't make it to the office because they were still expecting me at 5pm. Nonetheless they took care of me. They hustled to get the car cleaned and ready for take off. We loved our 2015 Nissan Altima. We were planning on driving to Oregon. On our trip there we noticed a crack in the windshield. I called the office to let them know and thank goodness we paid for the insurance. It was covered. They suggested we get the car switched out if we didn't want to drive with a cracked windshield. We did just that. Drove to the nearest enterprise and switched out cars. It was super smooth and easy. Drove our new car back home and dropped it off the next morning without any issues.
