No point in reserving if they don't have the car ready had to wait an excessive amount of time for them to prepare a car.

Reserved a SUV on line for pick up at 12pm. When I got to location to pick up they had no SUV vehicles to rent when I asked then why was I allowed to reserve one they had no answer. So they told me they would call me when one comes in. I went home and at 12:45 I called them because I knew they closed at 2pm they still had no SUV to rent and again they said they would call me. Well I couldn't wait and take the chance so I went to another one in Brandon and they rented me a SUV however it was $60 more than what I reserved. After the rental was over I decided to call enterprise to explain what happen and how I reserved one SUV at one price and ended up paying $60 more because of their screw up. Talked to a woman at the main office on the phone that I could tell wasn't interested in anything I said. She said someone would call me that never happened. Never again! read more

Went in for a 12 passenger transit van, was upgraded to a 15 passenger sprinter for no extra cost, just had to get insurance because my license didn't cover commercial. Which was worth it to me for the space and efficiency of diesel. Friendly staff. Good experience. No complaints. Except I want a sprinter now... read more

After a vehicle was incapacitated when somebody rear-ended us we were sent to enterprise for a rental by the insurance company. It was an absolute pleasure working with the people here everyone was so friendly and informative, and we were in and out of here in a very short time. I rented an Audi last week for a few days. The rental process was smooth and the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. I did have an issue with the car in the second night. AWFUL - Where to start! - To no fault of my own I needed to obtain a rental car due to my car being hit and needing repairs. Their Insurance carrier chose the rental company. I drive a brand new, high end vehicle. Was given a 2020 nissan sedan that had seen better days. The car was dirty (animal hair in and on the seats), smelled, and vibrated terribly at 65 mph. I travel to and from work on the interstate daily, so that was an issue. When I picked up the car they told me they needed me to leave a credit card on file for a $50 deposit, just in case. By the time I drove in to my office that day i received a fraud alert and needed to get a new Credit card. I returned my car with a full tank of gas and used my own Sun Pass for tolls. The car was returned more than 3 weeks ago and in the past week I have received 3 charges on my CC. Of course, I am disputing the charges. I spoke to the "Manager" at enterprise and was told he would back be up because the tank was full etc. When I received the most recent charge, I tried to speak to him again and was told he is no longer there, they will have a new manager but they don't know who it is. Seriously have spent way too much time on this. Horrible experience, If you like to hold and hear how diligent they are by all means call the number and sit back. read more

Even though their inventory was very limited, they found me a vehicle that was very acceptable and was a brand new truck. I did have to wait awhile to return the vehicle, but was expecting this as I am not a Gold member or equivalent at Enterprise. Overall, a better experience than the other local rental place. read more

Let's be real, whenever the day comes that we need to rent a car (either by choice or because we're forced to), most of us select the place that offers the best deal. This might not be the case if you're constantly renting cars for work and the like, and you are racking up perks by using the same company as well as not spending your own money, but for the rest of us, we want to save as many of our precious dollars as we can, especially in this crazy pandemic economy My brother just bought a house in West Palm Beach, and since both of his kids were down visiting from college, he wanted my kids and I to come visit. I thought about driving my own car for the 3 + hour trip, but ultimately opted to rent a car since I didn't want to add additional miles onto my aging import. I started by checking out the usual rental sites, then ventured over to the "all-in-one" vacation sites as they usually have some pretty good discounts. I had actually booked a car through Priceline when my sister mentioned that Costco offers some great rental deals on their members website. Low and behold, I saved an extra $25, so I was already off to a good start! Costco booked my rental via Enterprise, so it was off to go pick it up. Because I'm the king of being last minute with everything I do, I was already in a rush to pick up the car before the place closed. I mention this because had I not been so late, Enterprise would have come picked me up at my house rather than me taking an Uber to get there. It's a great perk and something to remember for next time. You'll save yourself some extra money, just make sure that you call Enterprise more than an hour before they close because that is when they cut off the free shuttle service. I was excited to pick up my rental car, as I splurged a little bit and got a luxury vehicle. It turned out to be a brand spanking new Chevy Impala (I know, doesn't sound very luxurious, but believe me it was very nice) that was loaded with all of the extras. My excitement was quickly erased when I was told that they needed a $300 deposit for their "luxury" cars, and would only accept it via a credit card (not a debit card, for which I had plenty of money on). Unfortunately, I didn't have $300 available on any of my 4 credit cards, so the representative told me I'd have to choose a different car, definitely not the way I wanted my trip to begin. I initially thought that I'd have to drive some small economy POS across the state, but instead, the guy helping me turned into the Superman of Customer Service! He knew I was traveling far with my kids, so he offered me a loaded new Dodge Grand Caravan. I was a little skeptical at first because I've always despised mini-vans and vowed never to be caught dead in one, but my viewpoint was quickly changed once I got behind the wheel! This mini-van was ridiculously comfortable, and had a ton of room, not to mention that it felt like driving on a cloud, I couldn't believe it. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned into a dream, and it was all because of the incredible customer service rep. The entire trip was great, and dare I say that I will definitely be looking to rent another minivan exclusively for all of my future trips. If you're in need of a rental car, I experienced amazing customer service! I would 100% recommend this company and this location.

They gave me a Armada and I drive an Altima. So now I'm spending a shit ton of money for gas. I asked for another vehicle but they wanted me to check in with what they had. They should be calling me the second they had a different car. The fact of how lazy and how much they don't care doesn't stop there. Next I waited forever to be picked up from the auto body shop and only after calling. And I prepaid for my gas at $1.75 and left a $50 deposit. I returned the car with 3/4 of a tank in the car. I received only $48 or so dollars back to my card. You stole money from my pocket. Do not rent from this location as they show no care for their customers from the second you make the mistake of booking with them. read more

I have rented more cars from Enterprise than I can count. I travel for work and have always rented cars from Enterprise. I have never returned a car late or damaged. I am an Enterprise Plus member due to all the car rentals. I rented a car as my wife's car was in the shop. There were delays and had to extend the rental. I called and explained the situation. The location claimed I had to bring the car back so they could but eyes on it! Treated like a low class customer. I went by and they didn't even look at the car. I called corporate to complain and was told a district manager would call me. It has been over a week and no call! I will never rent from Enterprise again! read more

I ordered through Costco a Van and when I returned it, they added additional charges without letting me know.They over charged me 250 bucks and when I addressed the manager ,he was suppose to take care of it and it never happened.I will not conduct any business or recommend anyone here. read more
