This is our go-to Enterprise rental location. It's conveniently located only a few blocks from the Dick Hannah Jeep dealership we use to service our vehicles. Our primary experience here has been renting vehicles through Wheels, when our work (fleet) vehicles are being serviced nearby. We have rented decent vehicles here. They're clean and we've had no issues finding vehicles that meet our needs. Customer service has been great here. No issues at all. We usually have a reservation through Wheels before we arrive, so maybe that contributes to our hassle-free experiences. Overall would recommend this location. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could - previous one-star review still stands. As advised by "Business Manager" in response to my one-star review on 11/29/24, I visited Enterprise's "Contact us" web page. They're only open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central time, weekdays, so I had to wait until I had a day off of work to be able to call them (the only method of contact listed). I was finally able to call on 12/23/24, and spoke with a friendly customer service agent. She said that she'd be escalating my issue to the regional manager, who would contact me and discuss compensation, etc. Well, here it is, February 13th, 2025, and I've STILL not heard a single thing back. We rented a Ford Expedition for three days to take our dogs to the beach with us. When we tried to leave the vehicle to go into an establishment the car alarm kept going off. We called the store to which they couldn't believe this was happening and even offered to swap out the vehicle, but we were too far away from another Enterprise. No offer on how to resolve the issue though so between my wife and I one of us had to stay in the vehicle for our entire vacation. When I returned the vehicle, they checked it over and said everything was good to include the gas level. When my final invoice came in they had charged us an additional $150.00 cleaning fee saying they had to send the vehicle out to be cleaned because of the dog hair. One my shop vacuum would have gotten out the dog hair no problem & I know they vacuum their vehicles out every time before they send them back out to be rented. Had I known that the windows needed to be cleaned, and the engine compartment steamed cleaned before I brought it back...I mean come on. There wasn't that much dog hair mostly because we couldn't even go anywhere with them. To add fuel to my fire the windshield wipers were terrible also and it rained most of the way to and from the beach. I will NEVER EVER use Enterprise for my Rental needs, and I recommend you don't as well. read more

I rented a car in Vegas and did not have the level of bullshit they were trying to sell me! For staters my contact information which I am primary the manager called my emergency contact number to leave a so called message which she has no way of providing me proof then I get the security deposit which is standard and then the fees when I drop off the car. This is where I told them to pack sand. My rental in Vegas was 300 for 7 days unlimited miles with a 200 dollar security deposit. All fees were upfront no hidden fees. Clear, Detailed Explanations, Fast Service, Clean Cars In & Out, Bast Options to choose and Good Location. Love the usage of the TAB no need to go in the office. However The winner key of this location is its Employees customer service. I have rented or return to this location 3 times in the las 30 days. 2 occasions was greeted by Odem. One a Return a Sunday He was very courteous, and did comply with taking me home "breaking the Sunday, farther than X" as the other location on Mt. Vernon stated it was going to be a service provided. Odem also greet me for a new rental Again very polite, fast and detailed explaining the rental agreement. The 3rd time a return I was greeted by Stephen and from start to end service was excellent, making sure I was satisfied with the car performance and fast process. Definitely didn't run into the issues others have described. Booked a car online the night before I needed it. They called me the next morning to confirm, at which point my inbound flight was considerably delayed so they offered to roll my reservation to start the following day for the same rate. When arrived finally, they had no cars in the class I had reserved. But have no fear, free upgrade is here! Car was clean, no mechanical issues, and served it's purpose. Turned it in to another location, so no report on how their return service is. However, I did confirm in person that they do have after hours return lock boxes. read more

I dropped off rental 2 hours past the original return time and utilized the after hours drop box. Instead of calling me to confirm when the rental was dropped, they charged me one whole additional day. Oden, the representative who showed me out to the rental was nice and friendly however he is a new employee. During the show out it was obvious he was new. When I called to correct this issue, Oden told me "there's nothing they can do". Not true, they could've called me to confirm when the rental was returned. At first I would recommend this location, after the return it left a very poor lasting impression. read more

When having a pleasant experience I enjoy leaving positive reviews. Unfortunately, this is not positive but I decided to write it hoping it may help others not find themselves in a similar situation. This review is for the Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA location. The entire experience was unusually terrible as listed below. 1. There was only myself and one other customer, but it took 2 1/2 hours to complete the rental process. 2. The agent was rude and condescending throughout our time in the office, on the lot, and during a later phone call. 3. For its size, the lot was very poorly stocked with few cars available. 4. The agent persisted to attempt renting me a small compact rental in a much lower price range than my insurance daily coverage allowed. 5. I politely asked several times for the agent to check inventory on other Enterprise lots in town, to see if something was recently returned. With an argumentative and rude demeanor, he kept repeatedly refused to check because he knew there was no other vehicles available on the five other lots in town. 6. With no other option, I had to rent the only available full size car, which I disliked. The exterior and interior were both dirty and clearly had not been cleaned or serviced after the last return. When I brought this to his attention, the agent quickly interrupted, changed the subject and would not acknowledge my concern nor offer a solution. 7. I called the following morning because the control panel kept flashing "service maintenance required." The same agent answered the phone and dismissed my concern stating "nothing is wrong, the tech just did not reset it after the last service." I asked how he could be assured that was the case and he replied "because I've seen it happen before." When I replied that I did not feel confident about the vehicle safety the agent was abruptly dismissive once again with no solution offered. Throughout the week the vehicle had multiple electronic failure issues: The back left door would not unlock and was usable. The headlights would often not turn off, requiring me to repeatedly attempt manually. The back sliding privacy cover would not close in place so the rear contents always visible. Several times, for no reason, the horn suddenly initiated 5-7 times until it ceased honking. At age 62, I've been a loyal lifetime Enterprise customer. However, this experience was so bad that unless they explain how these issues will be corrected and not repeated, next time I will likely rent elsewhere. read more

This is the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I was stuck on the highway with a flat tire 5 minutes from this Enterprise location. I called Enterprise and was told to pick up the car at 4pm. I said to the reservation booker that we'd be there possibly a few minutes late but definitely by 415. My family showed up at 410 on a pickup truck and were told they would not let us pick up the car that we has reserved because they close at 4. They were still there standing outside the door. I showed them the email. It didn't matter. Why would you let someone reserve a car at the time the store closes? I was absolutely disgusted with how they treated me and my partner. I will never use enterprise again because of this place. read more

Go to any other Enterprise location, but not this one. These folks need to learn customer service skills. I more so dealt with the branch manager at this location, but it was by far the worst car rental experience I've had and I've rented cars through Enterprise multiple times. Anyway, I had an issue with the windshield, an issue that was present when I rented the car and the issue grew after we had some snow and sun. I talked to the branch manager, he told me that the chip wasn't there (he claims he checked his cameras and couldn't see a tiny chip on the windshield when the car itself was already parked halfway in the lot... yeah I don't think anyone would be able to see that either especially with any camera). When I rented the car the gentleman who I got the car from told me to look for scratches longer than 6" and dents larger than a golf ball, failed to mention anything about the windshield (and previous experiences I was also never told to mention anything about the windshield, so I didn't call them right away until the chip turned into a crack). Well anyway he stated I was responsible for this, which I disputed and the corporate office agreed that I wasn't. This was the worst experience I've had with Enterprise and I just won't be coming back to this location since it doesn't seem like people there a properly trained. There were other unpleasantries when I dealt with the branch manager, but I think what I've written is enough. The corporate office was great, took care of everything and saved a return customer. ALSO TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING WHEN YOU RENT A CAR!!!! Lesson learned on my end, would have saved so much time. read more

This is rather a long story, prepare to be bored, but hopefully our experience will help someone. Ordinarily I find something good to say and in the past Enterprise has not let us down, until now! We were recently on holiday in Scotland, and our car was recalled for an MOT ( a yearly inspection required in the UK) and we wasted a day of our holiday returning our car, an SUV, to Edinburgh airport and to switch it for another one. This unfortunately took place on the weekend of King Charles' coronation. So it was very disorganised and hard to get decent service. We were told that someone in the office made the decision that we didn't need a car as large as we had, so they exchanged our car for a smaller SUV. There were four adults and all our baggage for 3 weeks stuffed in to a smaller vehicle. There were 3 other larger SUVS on the lot but we were told they were already reserved. We drove away in the smaller vehicle, not at all happy with the service we had received and how shabbily we had been treated. My husband pulled over into a parking lot, in order to safely make phone call to their customer services and to register our dissatisfaction. I must say that the young man my husband talked to was very nice and very apologetic, but that was cold comfort for 4 fully grown adults and 8 suitcases squeezed in to a car half the size of the one we had originally because 'someone in the office,' made a decision for us. To add insult to injury we have since received a £35 ($45.35)parking ticket, for stopping to make a phone call safely, not calling while driving. Enterprise said we are responsible for the ticket ( it was an empty parking lot that belonged to a chain hotel, that apparently took a photo of our car stopped for a few minutes to place a call safely! Carly and Julie worked together wonderfully to help me get the car I need for an important business trip this week. The pick-up was punctual and the employees' attitudes professional. I originally agreed on a 2018 Hyuandai SUV with good clearance but only 2WD, because of what turned out to be a fairly limited selection - it was a choice between the 2WD SUV, or a minivan and large truck at nearly twice the price I originally had budgeted for. Also, I kinda hate driving minivans and anything larger than a Toyota Tacoma, particularly in any urban area. After getting home, I learned from the weather and traffic reports that the 2WD was probably not going to cut it for getting across the mountain passes to Bend, OR. I spoke on the phone with Carly and was very lucky to learn a different car had become available in the couple hours from my original pick up. I was able to swap it out my 2WD SUV for another reasonably sized AWD model (Hyundai Tucson). Despite my anxiety, the transaction was handled with possibly the most minimal hassle I have ever experienced arranging a car rental. Thank you again and keep up the great work! read more

i agree with Natasha. Go to a different location or use Hertz or Avis. Heck I'd use Bobs country car rental (not a real place), but you get my meaning. it was a nightmare from the get go. They gave me a Nissan Versa with supposedly a quarter tank of gas. i get five minutes down the road and the fuel light came on giving me 16 mikes to make it to a gas station. I live in Ocean Park Wa. and i make the nearly 3 hour drive home to find out they gave me a car with expired tags from 4 months prior. i call them and their solution was to make the six hour round trip for another car. well i can tell i was NOT happy. Then my vehicle that was being repaired had two claims. They couldnt figure out how charge that second for squat. So i was told the only thing I could do was to take the rental to the nearest enterprise office which is a 4 hour round trip for me. I had no choice but to do it and it took a mere ten minutes for the inspection and some ridiculous rewrite of my contract. my progressive agent apologized profusely for the absolute incompetence of the location that i rented from and vowed never to recommend that one again. zero stars if could give it!!!!!!!!! read more

Located on the obverse of several box stores, the location of this Enterprise is strictly utilitarian. It is convenient to pretty much all of Van Plaza and the Auto Mall, which I'm sure makes up most of their business. Their staff is fine, although one of their younger and newer members was inappropriately aggressive in pushing unnecessary insurance. Still, it is quite convenient, and cheaper than other comparable local rental places. The cars are also well kept and smoke-free, a huge plus. read more

We had a delay getting our car fixed and there was no issue having the vehicle for 2 extra days, one quick phone call was all it took to arrange. I rent cars from this location every month when ever my vehicle get serviced on while i don't have to wait at the dealership. They once had 5stars and now I am editing it to 1 stars for their customer service and overcharged The 5stars I quoted "I need a rental car Monday's are busy and Saturday too. But I was one of the first one there on Saturday luckily, cause it sometime very busy. Great customer service. When returning the car they provide local shuttle to your destination. Thank you for ur service" The 1stars after renting and signed the bill agreement for 3day rental and was told return it after hours and drop it in the night drop box. Days after i got charged for 5days via email. I called that day which was Tuesday, told them you guys charge over charged me for extra 2day rental! Why the reason they said was "oh we charged you extra 2days because Monday was a holiday and reopen the the next following day 7am Tuesday. We will fix the ur bill down to the original days stated" 1 Week later my credit card was charged for 5days. Nothing changes no refunds. So I called back with same scenario. Same customer service. And told him well i called last week about this and now he's saying he'll have it fix with the manager and fwd it him/her about it....... So one pissed off customer caused of this over charged and was told it'll be fixed that day I called a week ago I was more happy it was going to fixed via over the phone. Now even more pissed calling a week after nothing changed in charges! Poor customer and quality service! It would have been a 2day rental if had not rented the car right a closing time on Friday. To leave for a road trip at 5am. The next morning 5am my fiancé has the good nose she can smell smoking and light cigarette smell in the car. So plans got pushed out. I could have rented the car on a Saturday (the 2day rental). So we waited til enterprise opened 7am Saturday. Customer service was awesome! I mean awesome no questions ask they were happy to exchange into a cleaner car. Just washed and vacuumed, only had 800miles. I was thankful and headed out to our road trip on time. There is ur 5stars rating quote. To re edit this to a full 5star and in how quickly there customer service refunds the partial 2 extra days. By all mean I be happy and return to there location for renting my cars from them which I have been there over over 10times this year! Made a reservation for 1:00, showed up and was told they didn't have the car available and it was going to be a 30 mins wait. 30 mins pass and was told it was another 45 mins. They are advertising cars they don't even have on the lot. Told them I wanted to cancel and they said "Okay thanks" would never recommend. DO NO RENT FROM HERE! I was a victim of a fraud wherein I pointed out damage to the vehicle, but it was not noted on their report. We had to cover it under our insurance.
