Reserved a car with them. Requested to be picked up at home and was told I would be via email. They never showed and when I called was told I live beyond the area where I could be picked up. I had to get a ride there. Car had multiple small dings which a worker documented. I unfortunately didn't photograph them. When I returned the car they claimed the largest dent occurred when I had the car. I believe this was there before I took possession of the vehicle. They refused to show me their documentation of the dings and charged me and my insurance. To me this was a total scam and I will never use this company again. i had to rent a truck from here due to collision repairs, ended up having the truck for almost 2 months. detailed it once a week, spoke to a representative when I was dropping it off and was told I would be getting money back (security deposit as well as money back for what I paid to rent it for longer) they automatically charged me every time the rental needed to be extended. when I returned my truck a day later I was charged almost 800 dollars. Rented a small size suv and happy with my choice. Side note- don't call into the 1800 line they have 0 clue whats on the rental lot and barely pay attention to your needs. I got a midsize car that was clean and in decent shape. The process was quick and easy. I had no issues while I was on my trip, and turn in was a breeze. Staff the Manager and the Assistant Manager Kalla Borrego Very RUDE, LAZY Would not get off the stools behind the counter. I Was told by the Manger that she doesn't care about Lost and Found, and that she just tossed out what was in the lost in found draw. Funny the stuff in the draw has more dust on it that there own homes. I found them to be LIARS. I called and set up a meeting with Suncoast Cadillac to find another car rental agent for how I was treated. If you don't believe what I have written ask Zoe she works there and apologized to me for how the two women treated me and she would continue to look for my meter for she called me and told me that it was found in the car when they were cleaning it out and it would be in the office for me to pick up. read more

Worst car rental experience I have ever had. Not only was the vehicle in poor condition and dirty, but one of the tires was bald. The manager at this location Jay takes an awful tone when speaking with renters that have a disagreement with him. He was extremely rude to myself and when I returned my vehicle, I had heard him speaking very rudely to someone on the phone. When he hung up the phone he turned to his employee and said, you got my back on this one right. If I could give this location zero stars I would. First of all they rented us a car that was extremely filthy, had a bald tire, had been smoked in, and had extreme body damage. When I brought this to the managers attention, Jay, he said he would work with me on the price and try to get me into another vehicle. Four days later he got me into another vehicle, refused to work with me on the price, and questioned everything that I had brought up, and was extremely rude.We decided to contact corporate to see if we could turn the vehicle back in, because we didn't want to give this location any more of our business after what they had done to us, they allowed us to turn it back in and when we went to turn it back in Jay the manager was on the phone yelling at another customer, similar to our situation.Beware beware beware, this location is shady, rude, and runs out vehicles that are disgusting and dangerous, never ever go to them ever. read more

Worst experience ever. They didn't have our car at time of pickup. We're told they would pick us up at 8 am the next day. They didn't show up until almost nine. We had a three hour drive to hospital in Miami and it set us back an hour plus. Then they charged us to leave car at another Enterprise. If I could give zero I would. Our vehicle was supposed to be a mini van. It needed an oil change. Gave a gas guzzling Tahoe with a full tank of gas. There was aoooo much dog hair and crap all over the SUV. My husband made THem clean it again. Brought it home. Still Filthy. Food and black stuff all over the leather seats. The woman working on 11/29/19 delivered terrible customer service (I think she may have even been the manager). When I said I did not have a second phone number to provide, she told me to give a number of a family member or friend. I said I did not want her marketing to my family or friends. She then started to argue with me, told me this was Enterprise policy and her job/review depended on this. I can understand that she is required to ask, but my right to privacy does not end just because I want to rent a car. At the end of the day...I just made up a number so she would stop talking. This million dollar company should worry about the ins and outs of the these cars I rented a van to take my family to Tennessee for a week and it wasn't long before coachroaches starting coming out by the hundreds from under the carpet and crawling all over my kids and luggage.I called Florida and they told me to bring it to closest dealer and they will take care of it so I did and 20 minutes roll by while we sit out in the cold waiting for it and when it came out the pile of coachroaches were still there so I went back in and pulled the manager out so he could see the fine job his employees did so then he went and vacuum it himself and gave me a bomb to let off over night, the next morning we get up to plan our day and the transmission that only had 30,000 miles on It goes out , my sons and tow driver push the van so that the tow truck could then pull it on to the flatbed because of the angle of driveway and we were down for 5 hours loosing half a day because of the van never again will I rent from them I will take my own to and from and by reading the posts enterprise has a reputation for coachroaches being left behind really disgusting experience read more

I received a loaner from Seymour Buick through Enterprise. Car returned same day to dealer as instructed by Enterprise. Took one day extra insurance to avoid any issues with my personal insurance. Due to a Seymour/Enterprise screw up the one day loaner gets charged to my credit card for 5 days. Called Enterprise 6, yes SIX times attempting to get a credit. Got the "I am the manager and will fix this" conversation twice. Called again today and now await approval from their accounting department which may take another few days. I initiated each call to Enterprise , no callbacks or follow up on their part. Wont take a loaner from Seymour in the future unless it is from their fleet. Will wait until mid week and then dispute the charge with my CC company. It is not the amount or the error that irks me, it is the lack of follow through and the need to do their jobs that results in a low rating. Their voice response system message touts their caring customer service. Guess they should listen to their own message. read more

The guys and gals working at this location are very nice, very professional. My advice is to watch out for the prepaid fuel option. You get alot of BS about how they bill you and different locations calculate these charges differently. This is important: Enterprise sells this pre-paid service as a benefit to the customer, when in fact you may be paying more to use this instead of fueling the car yourself. Enterprise needs to make this pre-pad fuel billing standardized at all locations. read more

This was the 2nd time renting a car in my life. They were prepared with my information when I got there. However, the car wasn't there. They were very busy that day and we had to wait. The gentleman, his name was Joe ( I assume was the manager) told us right away there would be a 10% discount. I didn't even have to ask. As my son and I watched him deal with customers a man came to the desk to rent a car. He handed Joe his information and immediately Joe looked up and said "Sir, what branch did you serve in?" The man said Navy. Joe immediately stopped and shook the mans hand and stated "Thank you sir, for your service". I was very impressed by this. We all speak of respect for veterans but less show this respect. I work with veterans every day and it was heartwarming to see this man recognized. As busy as the office was, Joe never missed a beat tending to all and showing the utmost of respect for each customer. This was at 800, US 41 bypass Venice Florida. Good job Joe.
