So we went back a couple weeks later (we'd been out of town) and asked them to rotate the tires how we wanted them, and they threw in balancing for free. We were told the batteries had to be charged and that there's "something electrically wrong" that they cannot diagnose. As someone in the industry, that response is unacceptable after charging a customer thousands of dollars. If the problem couldn't be properly diagnosed, replacing expensive parts beforehand raises serious questions about the diagnostic process and how those repair decisions were made. Dealership service departments are supposed to have the highest level of training, diagnostic equipment, and technical support. Charging a customer $5,000 and then admitting you can't diagnose the issue is not what anyone should expect from a professional service department. I was simply trying to help my customer get their vehicle repaired properly. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Very disappointing.

When I arrived at the dealership at 8:00 AM, Keith asked whether we wanted to wait for the vehicle. After we said we would come back instead, he told us the service would take about 2 hours. I also received an automated text stating that I could text or call that number at any time for an update. After waiting 3 hours, I texted for a status update and received no response. I then called and spoke to someone who said Keith was not at his desk and would call me back. An hour and a half passed with no call. I called again, now more than 5.5 hours later, and spoke to a different employee who also could not get in touch with Keith. At that point, I told them I was coming to pick up my car in 20 minutes. When my husband and I arrived, Keith was sitting at the front desk with my keys. When I asked what was going on, he said the car had been inspected, lifted, and driven 7 miles, and that no issues were found. He then said he was planning to have his manager drive it next and would let me know afterward. I asked for my keys back and left immediately. Once we got home, I remembered the mileage photo I had taken that morning. The mileage was now 24,337 miles, meaning only 3 miles had been added, which were from my husband and me driving to and from the dealership. The dealership did not drive my car at all, let alone for a 7‑mile test drive. This means Keith clearly lied, both to us and on company records. That is extremely unprofessional and completely destroys trust. Vehicle service depends on honesty and transparency, and this dealership demonstrated neither. We have zero confidence in their service department and will never return or recommend this location.

Mark was very straightforward about wanting our business that day. He knew how to walk the fine line between aggressive and pushy, but stayed on the right side of the line, giving the genuine feeling that he wanted to see us get a good deal. The teamwork was solid there, everyone working together to try to give us a deal we couldn't resist. Their finance manager was good at pointing out the pros and cons of all the options available to us, but respected our wishes to take advantage of the 60 month, no interest option. Needless to say, we walked away with a much needed new vehicle that day.

The internet manager promised $26,400 and maybe more due to a promotion they were running. When I got there the sales manager initially offered $19,000 then brought it up to $24,000. That is far as he would go. I wasn't happy about being lied to. I wanted to use my on bank where I could get 4.9% but they told me I had to use their bank. However, their website says a customer can use their own bank. Then the finance manager promised he could get me 6-7% and when I went to sign papers in his office, it turned out to be 9.09% for a 815 credit score. Finance manager also had me sign a blank ipad so he could use my digital signature. First I signed hard copy title docs. Then he signed a bunch of documents digitally without showing me the docs. He clicked the sign line every two seconds. Then I signed some more title docs hard copies. He then gave me an envelope. On the way home, I realized I didnt sign an installment contract nor did I ever see one. The next morning I looked in the envelope and the finance manager had signed my name digitally to a $43,000 installment contract without my knowledge. The last line in contract says, "You agree to the terms of this contract. You confirm that before you signed this contract we gave it to you, and you were free to take it and review it. You acknowledge that you have read all pages of this contract, including arbitration provision above, before signing below. You confirm that you received a completely filled-in copy when you signed it." I didn't see, review, or sign agreeing to any terms and conditions in the contract. I contacted the dealership and they totally ignored this issue. If you want to have promises made and broken, and a total stranger committing you to contracts you never agreed to then this is the place for you. Otherwise, go elsewhere if you want an honest car buying experience.

Ronald Foxworthy Park is on Guf Coast Blvd. To make matters much worse Plattner is parking vehicles for sale as close as they can to the highway. They are off the parking lot and into the grass right next to the sidewalk. I have asked the foreieners in the office to move them back, I have called the Sherriffs out several times. I won't even try to pull out there I have to go north and make a U- turn. There has been at least one accident there already, I'm sure there will be more, perhaps a lawsuit will convince them they are creating a very hazardous condition.
