Another WOW experience! From the timeliness of shuttle pickup from the body shop, to check-in and introduction to my rental, these guys were on point and so very friendly! First thanks goes to the lovely worker Palani (?) who kept great company during my ride back to Enterprise store. Vehicle drop off at Baba's Auto Gloss was at 8am, and within 10-12 mins, Palani was there with a huge welcoming smile to pick me up. Super full of Aloha Spirit dat one!! Haha :) Second shuttle ride from Enterprise to Baba's to grab my car was great, too. I forget the driver's name, but we had a nice conversation about life and our kids and how it is living here in Hawaii these days. Super down to earth, friendly peeps! Me being an old school type of gal, I really appreciate friendly face-to-face interactions with REAL people. "Pick Enterprise, we'll pick you up". Unless they don't feel like it. Paid 250 bucks to rent a car for 4 days. Car was fine, service was not. I needed a ride to the service station down 4.5 miles down the road, but that was too far out of their area. 4.5 miles and an 8 minute drive was too far out of their area way. When I rented the car, I asked specifically about the drop off and was told that I'd be called if there was a problem with it. Never called. At drop off, the employee that took the car back asked about the service station, and the manager said that it was too far because they were about to close. I dropped the car off 12 minutes before closure on Saturday, so I do guess someone would have had to have gone 4 minutes past closing for the round trip. I would have given them some cash, but was never afforded that opportunity. The rental car business isn't known for their customer service so I can't even recommend that you go somewhere else. Just understand that these guys are just like everyone. read more

Beware of these crooks! I had a car for a week and literally drove it to work and back home. They pointed out a dent on the bottom trim and they said that wasnt there when i first got the car. But i have nothing at my house or at work that is even at that height to be able to dent it. And i finally got a bill for it and there is literally every scratch on the whole car when they only pointed out that one! I thought it was suspicious when they asked if i have video evidence of the car before i drove off with it. SMH so make sure you take a video of the whole car before you drive off. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Shout out to the amazing staff at the Waipahu Enterprise location.

Had to rent my car here after an accident. The staff here were great, super quick to check in. I forgot the agent's name that was helping me but he was great. He checked me in very quickly and then gave me the options of the cars available. I went with the 2022 Kia K5 and it was a great vehicle to drive plus it was a gas saver as he helped me pick one that saved gas. He did the walk around the car with me to look for any damages or scratches. I signed all the paper work and was given the keys. He also answered all my questions that I had. Overall it took about 15mins for me to come in and out. Great experience. Just FYI this location is located where Seafood City is. It's located in the far corner near the main road where Popeyes is located. Plenty of parking and if you have to wait plenty of shopping nearby to browse while you wait. read more

Enterprise has clean cars, "sometimes" having the newer vehicles would be a plus...though price is comparable to others & the process of picking up & dropping off is relatively easy~though I suggest becoming a member-there's perks to having one, such as a special line to rent or they even have a board in the front where ur 'last name' is shown and there's a space number to where your car is and the keys are in it. Nico and all the stall were very welcoming from the moment I stepped into the office. While Nico was getting all my paperwork situated, I was asked by another worker if I needed anything. I appreciate their promptness. I originally scheduled an appointment at 10a but upon calling the office, Nico said it was okay to come earlier. I was in and out of there with my rental car in less than 30 minutes despite the office looking a little busy. When checking out to return the car, the young woman was kind and welcoming. Asking how everything went was a nice gesture. And I appreciate the gentleman catching me in the parking lot to remind me I left my car seat in the rental. After contacting corporate and telling them my experience a day later, they got in touch with the local Enterprise I had the problem with and the manager who's name I can't remember made it right by giving me a better car that was newer and clean. He even waived all the additional rental charges that would have applied because it was to cover a body shop loaner for me. In return for the Ford Fusion they gave me a brand new Nissan Altima S with less than 1k miles. A much superior vehicle and with a full tank. read more

Hello, This is for Enterprise Aulani! This is in regards to my Rental. I don't appreciate the way everything was handle when My husband and I came to pick up our Rental. The manager, Jordans customer service was horrible.  He did not ask anything regarding our information. All he asked was how we were related to my Niece and that was it. He asked if we had a credit card which I stated No and handed him my husbands Debit card. He then continued to input whatever information he didn't ask us for. I felt like he was racial profiling. The customers before us were Caucasian and he was having a full conversation with them using his customer service skills that he did not use when it was our turn for him to help. We've never had an issue renting anywhere before and this experience was Horrible.  He then calls after We've been gone for over an hour to ask for us to come back and switch out the vehicle because apparently we couldn't pay with a debit, which he didn't mention that when he input my husband debit card. I proceeded to tell him that we won't be able to until tomorrow because we were too far. And who wants to deal with this Shit, excuse my language, while on vacation.  Then, today he continues to call both our phones when I already told him that we were going switch it out today!! So disappointed and angry at the whole situation!! My husband and i were put in a rental to get our truck repaired and the truck they put us in was filthy. Dust, sand, crumbs & stains that i could easily wipe clean were all over the car. I used the sanitary wet wipe to wipe seats to feel comfortable enough to sit and when I wiped it, the wet nap was brown. We drove to the location to switch out the car and they put us in another truck that was a little better but still dirty and definitely not the standard that enterprise promises and promotes. I normally don't make a big deal about small stuff but my pictures will speak for themselves & show the condition the vehicles were in. I called the location manager named Jill and she said that she saw the vehicle I returned and the car was cleaned to standard but stains aren't something they detail. You can see in my pictures what this managers standards are. This is not the "standards" enterprise promotes and markets on their ads. She offered to have the car cleaned again but advised me that the vehicles won't be detailed to remove stains. I had a hard time trusting their standards of cleaning at this point read more

My review is solely on the customer service and interaction that I got from Jill. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me and assisted me in getting my rental. She was fast, efficient and very professional. Please know that I didn't feel rushed at all. I realize that she had other customers waiting behind of me but yet she was very courteous and pleasant to all of us. Jill made the rental pickup a very pleasant experience. Waipahu was out of the way since the other locations in town were either closed or sold out. Dealing with Jill made it all worth while. When it comes to Car rental, I usually don't care much about which company to go with. They all do the same thing right? My experience with Enterprise started from a trip I took to Vegas a few years ago. I've rented cars with other companies, and so far, Enterprise has not let me down. For some reason, whenever I have issues with other companies, Enterprise has always come through for me, not once but three separate occasions. Today (10/23/17) have no complaints about the awesome customer service - my man Roy! But the condition inside the vehicle was something else. It smells like an old bar full of wet dogs maybe because of the heavy rain the day before...? I understand cigarette smoke is hard to get rid off but man, it just seemed like there wasn't much effort put into the cleaning of the vehicle. 3 stars for that. read more

I dropped my car off in Waipahu. Enterprise was kind enough to pick me up. Their location is next door to Popeyes making it convenient to have lunch there. The short line got processed quickly before I knew it my turn was up. My reservation was pulled up while asking me the standard questions. That didn't take long at all. Just had to wait for the car to be pulled up we waited inside chilling in the AC. While Waiting for the car the manager came out thanked all the customers for waiting patiently. We did a vehicle inspection. Car was clean, inside and out, with no major dings or dents. I got a Ford Fusion. Fuel charge is $5.40/gal for the unfilled portion when returned. Ouch! Not going to happen. Luckily if you need to there is a gas station about 100 yards north of the location in the same parking lot next to Seafood City. I declined on the additional insurance, $12.99/day, that would cover my deductible. The staff advised I was the sole driver, there is no smoking in the car and could not have lots of sand in the car. If it did there would be a $150.00 cleaning fee. Well, no one smokes in my party but someone has been smoking in the car. I had unlimited miles so I was thinking it would be nice to head out to the North Shore and take advantage of the sun roof for some fresh air. I'll have ti think about it. Although I didn't care for the car much I did receive fantastic service with smiles. The door for Popeyes was held open for mom and I to enter too. Very attentive staff customer service came with genuine smiles. read more

This is a really small Office yet it's slammed. I think it's bc of the high auto body shops in the area. That's why i was there. So upon making my reservation i was pretty clear about the size of the SUV i needed. When i got my car it was a small suv. Anyways, the 2 stars is really mainly because it took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to me when there were 7 people ahead of me in line. They looked pretty scrambled which i understand bc they seemed like they had a low staff that day, but MAN, it was rough waiting that long. Then after that, I sat and waited for my car which was another 45 minutes. Not having the right car was the icing on the cake, but at that point i rolled with it and wanted to get out of there. The staff at the Waipahu were great. They get 5 stars. The one star is for the company, not the location. When a car rental rate more than triples in just two days, there is something horribly wrong. The daily rate of renting the exact same class of vehicle for the same days - Friday to Monday because the location is closed on weekends - more than tripled in the past two days. According to the Enterprise website, it went from $51.92/day to $174.62/day! That daily rate is just $7 less than my entire rental costs for a 3 day rental. No can trust a company that pulls that kind of crap no matter how great their employees are. Again, the staff was great and deserve 5 stars. I returned my rental car after having it for 30 days. The "manager" Angela said the rock panel on the driver side of the car had a different texture and scratch and was not matching to the passenger side of the car. Mind you, the rock panel has the protective car tape on it (very common on cars to protect paint near the lower parts of vehicles), and the "scratch" was the line created by the tape. It was a straight line from the front to the back, but she called it a scratch because she was "specially trained to see damages". the claim went to their damage department and the car went to the body shop. when the shop repaired the so called damages, the repair shop didnt even fix the area she had reported because it wasnt damage, duh i knew that would happen. I dont know if something happened to the car after I left, but the repair shop fixed things that were never reported when i return the vehicle and the repairs the shop made were ALL to the passenger side...Angela never reported damaged to the passenger side when I returned the car. So I filed a dispute with Enterprise Damage department, and they came back and said Im still responsible. When I called again to ask why I would be responsible for repair to the opposite side of the vehicle that were never part of the damage report, and the items listed in the damage report where never repairs, she had nothing to say. Only that because I had already filed a dispute and they didnt agree with me that I had no recourse with Enterprise. I would have to pay the bill or theyll send to collections. What a crock of bull this place is...I didnt make any damages and the repair shop obviously agreed it wasnt damage, and now they want me to pay for things that I didnt do. Dont rent your car from here, if you do beware, they try to con you into paying for damages that you didnt make, and that arent even repaired. Angela, the so called manager has what she calls "a specially trained eye" HAHAHA, maybe you need your glasses checked... so beware of her...she is a con. Im taking this up with a lawyer because I have proof they are wrong and they dont want to admit it. I called the regional director and never got a call back so Im letting everyone know BEWARE of them. read more

After making a appointment to be picked up at a certain time and confirming that appointment I still was picked up 45 mins late! When I called to talk to assistant manager she acted like it was no big deal. I missed my appointment thanks to them and was fined $150 for missing it. Poorly managed branch. I called after 20 mins said someone would be there in 2 mins, 10 mins go by nobody comes I call again they acted like it was the first time anyone talked to me! Unbelievable. 5 mins later I'm picked up. Did upgrade my vehicle but I would rather less have them be in time and not make miss appointments read more

They will say they don't have a standard car and will tell you that the will adjust the price because they cannot give you a standard car currently. Had to rent twice this year due to fender benders, sigs auto body is very close by, so this was the best location to rent a car. This last rental was a long time,one month. Had to keep calling enterprise every week to extend. Mel helped out with extending the contract every week, she was patient and so helpful. Also Hailey was great and helpful. Allison dropped the car off to me at sigs. She was very pleasant too. It seems everyone here so far are very professional, courteous, friendly especially during these trying times. They also are very careful with sanitation and cleaning the inside, Allison brought along a spray bottle to clean before handing the car over. Enterprise has trained the staff very well during this covid pandemic. Kudos to enterprise the staff is truly an asset to the enterprise family. read more

I've always had great experiences with Enterprise and that is why I choose to continue renting through them. Recently due to an auto accident the responsible party's insurance had set up my car rental with a pickup scheduled in Waipahu. I wondered why the car pick-up is such a far distance from the auto body shop? Well after looking it up I learned that Enterprise doesn't have a location farther west on the island than Waipahu. When I called the location they warned me that Mondays are their busiest day of the week. The employees at the location were very friendly and did their job as efficiently as possible - the 2 star rating is NOT a reflection on the three that were working this past Monday. But I didn't realize that I would then be waiting 30 minutes in line and another hour or more to get the car. When the car arrived it was not washed, had just over a half a tank of gas and the inside had a stale body odor smell. The nice gal apologized and gave us a free car wash card - but the car wash was so packed. I'm sure all of the Enterprise renters that got unclean cars were making good use of the car wash cards. They should have also given a free air freshener card too! Overall a very poor experience. I can't figure out with all of the body shops in Kapolei why Enterprise hasn't opened a location in that area? read more
