Let me share my experience. My insurance company, GEICO, arranged a rental vehicle for me through Enterprise. However, Enterprise later demanded additional payment, claiming that I had been provided with a larger vehicle. That statement is completely false. Fortunately, cameras and records exist that can verify exactly what vehicle was provided. The facts speak for themselves. This situation raises an important question: if this happened to me, how many other customers may have faced similar charges or disputes? This is the second time I got a rental car from here and its roaches all over car. Twice. This place is nasty.

My car is in the shop so I had to get a rental. The dealer sent me to Enterprise. When my husband and I walked in we were not greeted by the lone salesperson. He walked out as we walked in, presumably to check in a return. The lobby was full of customers (6 adults)...with one salesman; I thought for sure that it was going to be a negative experience. You could tell from his body language that he was just overwhelmed and stressed. Then in walks Lindsay. She didn't miss a beat and started checking people in, advising them of what they did and didn't have, taking returns etc. We were there for about 35 minutes total between waiting for the lone ranger to come back and Lindsay ushering me to the rental. Polite, helpful, positive, calm and not a drop of hesitation. She really took the ball and ran with it. Whomever is her boss needs to know that this woman is gold and to protect her at all costs! read more

Another huge disappointment!!! I made a reservation for a full size vehicle at the Lake Worth location and I get a call when I was on my way there to tell me they have no car available for me, not even a larger vehicle. Worst service ever. I asked if Louise could check to see if any other vehicles were available in Palm Beach County and Louise said she'd give me their numbers. I asked her to call for me since it was a major inconvenience and I was on forever hold only to be told they have nothing for me. My above bad review was meant for the Lake Worth location. They didn't have my reservation. They tried to get me to take a minivan. When I told them that was too big they told me they were getting a Ford 150 for me. I had to sit till they closed to get someone to pick me up. It's a disgusting place. read more

My husband and I went with my mother in law to Enterprise, at 3621 Blue Heron Blvd. in Riviera Beach, FL 33404, so that she could rent a vehicle. Upon reviewing the account, the employee advised us that there was a balance from a previous time she rented. We called the claims department at Enterprise to obtain the balance and we paid the it. We even confirmed that it was cleared on their side. We were advised that it was. When we spoke with the Enterprise employee, he acted as though he did not see it. I called while at the desk, and I said to my mother in law, that I had a sneaking suspicion that he would find the clearance before the corporate employee got on the phone. And low and behold, that's exactly what happened. After I hung up with corporate, (my mistake) he went to the back and came back and said the manager would not allow her to rent from that location. When I pressed him for the manager's information, he then said he was the manager that made the decision. I was fuming. I went to another Enterprise in West Palm Beach and the guy apologized for the treatment and we did rent from that location. If the second guy was our only interaction, this would be a 5. If it weren't for the second person, this would be a 1, only because there are no negative numbers. read more

I can understand why you only average 2 Stars. At the age of 57, I have NEVER experienced such a COLD reception as I did earlier today @ this Enterprise location. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in car rentals. The manager Jarod doesn't have a clue what he is doing. An absolute idiot. Couldn't have been any more uncooperative. If I could give no stars to this location I would. I called earlier as I had a reservation through the insurance company. First I had to call about 4 times before I actually got somebody on the phone, Alex answered the phone and over the phone he was very nice, he told me he would be able to put me on a car but when I told him that I couldn't pick up the car till around 5:30pm (store closes at 6pm) he said he needed to ask the manager and I was put on hold. After a few minutes the phone got pick up by another gentleman who I am assuming was the "manager" I had to explained myself again and give my information, same way the guy was very nice and told me that yea I could get a car at the time and that there was no problem, I asked him if there was anything I could do either with him or online to speed up the process since I had to pick up my daughter from day care at 6pm. He went ahead and took all the information such as Lic number and insurance information and ASSURED me I will drive with a car. Well I made it to the location before 5:30 to be told by the lady that was there that there were no cars available.. explain to me what's the point of a "RESERVATION"? and assurance that I would have a car. Off course I went off, I called them incompetent, how would they put me through all the inconvenience of getting an Uber and just tell me they have no cars available. If the would of told me, listen "IF we have a car I would of understand but the guy assured me I would have a car. It is completely unacceptable. The girl told me at first that all she could do was wait to see if she get a return she could give it to me; which it happened but I guess since I went off at her. I asked her, ok there is a car, that mean I get a rental !! then she changed her mind and said no. I left that place fumming as anybody would understand. Hideous Enterprise, inept service, unacceptable customer service, filthy establishment, and a manager who I wouldn't hire to clean dog poop from my back yard. should learn manners and basic social skills. This place is an abomination --as if the broken down, totaled vehicles on the premises weren't bad enough, or the seversl customers all waiting in the hot sun for cars which were promised to them, but weren't there, the nasty reactions to foreseeably angry customers whose confirmed reservations weren't honored, to vehicles which looked like they were rejects from a war torn Eastern European country-/and that vulgarian who calls herself the manager, this experience had forced me to cross this one off of our list for always. Fail. disgrace. Epic hot mess. Warning: if you voice your anger in any way, she will put u on a NO RENT LIST. That's how failures like her get her power. Thanks for doing me a big favor. read more

I rented a car for the weekend they were very nice and professional. The manager there now is Ben. Nicole's review was in 2014 so things do change. The place is very small but I like it because you've got one on one customer service. Very friendly. They picked me up and they drove me back home, no avis is going to do that, just sayin'... the car had a few dings and dents and paint marks on it but they made sure they notated every little scratch. I actually rented a car again for another weekend. It's only $9.99 a day Friday through Monday during certain promotional periods... $10 a day for the weekend and they pick you up why would you go anywhere else unless you just like spending more money. Dealing with people and being in customer service is never easy but these guys know how to be friendly and professional, they go out of their way to get you on your way. read more

I needed a rental car after getting rear ended so I went to Enterprise. I forgot the man's name who was helping me, but I do remember he was hispanic. He straight up lied to me about Enterprise's insurance coverage plan. He told me it was a ONE TIME fee of $15. A week later he called me up and told me I had a bill of $158 because of the insurance plan I put on the rental. He explained to me that it was a daily charge of $15 every day I had the rental. I called up Enterprise and talked to a woman named Dominique. She listened but did absolutely nothing to help me get my money back. They ripped me off, and sadly they get to get away with it. BEWARE of those working at this location because they will lie to you to get more money out of you. read more

STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE!! Especially this branch. I rented a car from ENTERPRISE in May 2016 after dropping my car off at a dealership. The dealership covered my rental and I returned the car on time; however ENTERPRISE ended up charging me for an extra day. I called them to dispute this and was given 7 different phone numbers to call to find someone who could "deal with this issue". After calling and calling, finally I was told that they forgot to process the car that evening when I returned it so it came in as being a day late. I was promised that the regional manager would call me to resolve this issue. I never heard from him and never received a response from their online customer service center either. I finally caved in and paid the charge so that I wouldn't receive a late fee on my credit card. Now, on 9/29/16 (almost 5 months after dealing with them) I received another $60 charge from this ENTERPRISE location. I am being told that there is no record of this charge and they are unable to help me. My fear is that they will continue to charge my credit card. It's a good thing I am so vigilant about checking my charges. I will certainly never rent with ENTERPRISE again and will advise others to do the same. I made an online reservation through Priceline.com for an amazing price. I received an email confirmation with more details and no mention about the lengthy and exhaustive process to rent a car all because I do not have a credit card. I tried to use my debit card (like I have many times before with other companies) but was told I needed to provide a utility bill (who happens to carry that in their wallet?), then I had to fill out a form with all my personal information including my work info, supervisor and work address! Am I buying a house? At this point, after waiting for an hour to get my bank to email me a sstatement with my name and address on it, I continue to fill out the form only to find out that I also have to bring my own insurance. I do not own a car and don't have car insurance. I purchased the insurance offered though Priceline.com but to my surprise it was not enough coverage. The 2 ladies I dealt with, Claudia and Marquis, we not empathetic or helpful. They just stood there requesting these items without bothering to explain or attempt to calm my frustrations. Their lack of customer service made want to never ever deal with enterprise in my lifetime. I had my 16 month old son with me and if it had not been for my friend who came back to pick me up, I would of been left stranded and without options. No one bothered to ask if I was ok while I waited, no one cared that I had a very bad experience. Management is to blame.. This place seemed very disorganized with no clear leadership in place. I am very disappointed that because I made a choice to not get into debt by not having a credit card, I had to disclose a lot of personal information just to rent a car. read more

Horrible branch!! I will never deal with this company again. I was told there would be a hold on my card for $150 while my car was being repaired. I got a call from OJ saying I had accrued charges totaling $458!! I immediately called back and Dominique said I had signed off for insurance for $17/day!! She asked me to come by and remove the insurance. I did so and she was supposedly going to remove the charges!! Never happened. Dominique was very pushy and impolite. A month later I was charged an additional $76 because my car repair took longer than expected but it was supposed to be paid by the repair shop. I still haven't received that back either.
