I always enjoy renting from this facility. They actively work to provide me with the lowest rate possible. They provide great service including picking me up when needed. I do have one complaint though, they have a drive through wash rack for their cars which leaves the back of the cars extremely dirty in the back if they drive through to quickly. The last two cars I rented from them were clean on the inside but dirty on the hatchback or trunk and backlight. I would suggest they slow down or stop when they get to that point in the rack or have another means of cleaning that portion of the vehicle. Almost all of their cars show this dirt. If this is alleviated my review would be 5 stars. read more

This was a case of the bad, ugly and great. Tyler Schorm saved my day by taking it upon himself to drive me to a location while I was in NW Indiana to make sure I got to an Enterprise office before it closed so that I could rent a car and drive home. Not only that, but he also unloaded my disabled car and put the paintings I was moving into his vehicle. He then moved them into my rental car which he'd upgraded to accommodate the items I was hauling. It's so great when a customer service rep/salesperson/manager anticipates your needs and goes above and beyond the call of duty. My mom and I rented a car on Friday September 7th and they upgraded it from a bad experience in the past to a Nissan Murano and it was such a pleasant experience to drive that car all the way to Virginia and whatever customer service guy we spoke with that assisted us was great. Employees on a power trip, things are out of hand. Nobody is willing to admit fault as they know defense is the best option to avoid another law suit The rental I had from this location, got repoed with no reason other than "sir, you were rude to our staff on the phone" Mathew the new branch manager called me all morning on Tuesday April 17th to inform me I had to come in as soon as possible to have the miles updated on the vehicle. Sounds strange but I advised him I can not come in on such short notice and it is inappropriate for him to call my phone so many times while I'm busy with my day at work. He then became very aggressive. I got a bit intimidated and told him I will go to another branch. I stopped by the Novi location, gentleman at counter was clueless to why Mathew wanted me to come in urgently. The manager in Novi provided good customer service, apologized for the inconvenience on behalf of enterprise and was able to keep me as a customer. I then went home (which is in wixom half a mile from this branch) not even 15 min after there was a tow truck and a repo officer. The officer was confused to why they called him out and said there were no clear reason why they sent him. Only thing he could say is that it was noted "customer was not responsive". Ultimately, I was embarrassed publicly in my own sub division. The neighbors were in shock as the scene looked scary. Mind you this is shortly after I left the Novi branch where I planned to check the unit in and never deal with enterprise again, until the manager at the Novi branch was professional and apologetic for Mathews inappropriate behavior. When contacting Mathews supervisor Roxane the next day, she did not have a reasonable explanation other than "things like that will happen when customers are rude to my employees". Careless, unprofessional, immature and very much inappropriate response from Roxane. To put the icing on the cake, she stated I will be charged an extra day and again with no explanation. I have yet to receive a receipt. This is a clear case of employee negligence and personal issues. I was publicly humiliated in my own neighborhood. Nobody still has a reason why they towed the unit, spend company money on a tow truck, instead of having it checked it to a branch when I came in to Novi. Obviously Mathew was after me. At this point I'm afraid he knows my home address. Employees are our of hand. Today it's me being harassed then humiliated in my own home, next day it's something more dangerous as this isn't normal to go after someone because they did not greet you properly on the phone. Fox news are thrilled to hear a new story which involves negligence by employees as it is becoming a bigger issue every day across the nation. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Wixom, Michigan

I reserved a 15 passenger Transit for a family trip the week of June 23. On June 21 I received an email confirmation of my rental as well as a voice mail confirming my reservation. On June 22, Max left a phone message asking me to pick up the Transit at the Walled Lake location instead of the Wixom location. Apparently, my time was less important than theirs. Later in the day Max left a message saying they no longer have a Transit available and asked if 2 minivans would work instead. My guess is that they rented out my Transit to someone else. Regardless of the cause, it seems like their process is meaningless (how do you confirm a reservation without a vehicle being available) or out of control. Overall, Enterprise seems incompetent and not the type of company I will work with. I won't rent from Enterprise again. read more

Relocated here 2 months ago, because DMV is backed up due to COVID and I haven been able to change my address. They wouldn't accept my USAA Visa debit/credit card either. Cooperate didn't care. Terrible customer service. I called 6 times with no answer. Why should I even try to use this company. I know someone who works with them directly through their job and has problems even getting ahold of them even then. This place is a joke. They can't return phone calls or even answer and when they do they are rude. I have had problems with them multiple times and will not return. But maybe you should figure out how to answer the phone so you can actually get some business. read more

Service is top notch, vehicle selection has always been equipped with the bells and whistles and they go out of their way to ensure you are happy. Having just driven down from Gaylord, my car's brakes were acting up just a few miles from Varsity Lincoln. The dealer made the arrangements for a new MKZ that was fun to drive.
