I forgot however to submit these images to the link via text and was charged an additional $20 after adding gas to the tank. I called and spoke with the manager who told me I was a HAIRLINE under 3/4 of a tank. In his words I should have submitted the images which I did not and it's out of his control now. I tried to explain and asked for further clarification and he was short with me and told me he had to work with other customers. I went into speak in person which I had requested and he never showed. instead the woman at the front was very kind and helped walk me through to understand. Avoiding a customer when they have a complaint Is just cowardly and unprofessional. Shame on you. You should not be in the position that you're in if you cannot have difficult conversations.

When I received my credit card bill, I learned that this place charged me a $50 late fee, despite the fact that the truck was returned 16 hours early. Make no mistake, this is unlawful CREDIT CARD FRAUD which is a felony in the state of Maine. I sincerely hope Budget investigates this location and removed their management. Will never do business again. Good riddance.
