I don't usually post reviews unless I am too disappointed or extremely happy , posting this review since I am extremely happy with the work done at Envious Detailing. Eric (the owner) is super responsive , super friendly , gave all the information in depth and made me understand everything that was being done on the car before dropping it off. I got my full PPF done , a round of ceramic pro coating over it , wheels ceramic , windshield and mirror tints along with entire interior detailing. The job was perfect and my car looks newer than the time of my original car delivery. They did a custom install and it was perfect. I left my car for 6 days and i am glad they actually took that time to spend on the car instead it of rushing it off by taking in too many cars , they take limited number of cars a week and that gives us more confidence that your car will have the maximum focus possible , the outcome of the entire work done by Eric and team was pitch perfect. I highly recommend this place for all your car exterior and interior detailing needs. No wonder they have 5 star reviews on Yelp and google . Can't say enough about the guys at Envious. Starting with Eric and Brett. They really know what it takes to do the job right from getting your specific needs understood and executed. We had full front PPF, 5 year ceramic coating, 1 step paint correction and exterior and interior detail done and the results are very satisfying. The part that is the most impressive is the follow through service they did. I had a few issues with my PPF but they went the extra mile to fix it all. Got to know some of the guys working the cars like Eric and Parkson. All a bunch of great guys doing great work. Don't think about it, just go to them. I have used several different high-end detailers in Orange County and San Diego for my new car paint correction and PPF and ceramic coating in the past for several Ferraris and Lamborghinis and have switched because of less than optimal results. I am extremely picky about all the little details and want to have the outcome appear as if the custom PPF is basically invisible, the paint correction highlights the true color and clarity of the paint and the coating allows for easy maintenence of my vehicles. I fortunately found Eric and after he answered all my questions throughly, I brought my newly delivered McLaren 720S to him for paint correction, PPF, Modesta coating and window tinting as well as replacing my stock side markers to Euro side markers. He did an outstanding job, clearly takes pride in his wonderful work and completed the job in the time he estimated. I own a Model 3 and had PPF installed on the front end about 1.5 years ago and the rest of the car ceramic coated. Recently, I decided to cover the rest of the car in PPF and discovered Envious detailing. I had a pre conceived notion that my car had received excellent work from the previous shop which I will not name. It did not take long for Envious detailing to patiently point out all the terrible work previously done on my car. The ceramic coat was staining and the front end PPF was dull and it seamed like some parts of the car were not coated. Envious suggested STEK Dynoshield which happens to be the best film available compared to my old Suntek ultra as it has almost no orange peel and has a built in hydrophobic top layer. My car received a proper paint correction and received excellent care during the process.  I was constantly updated along the process and was sent videos and pictures of work being done. All edges were wrapped and tucked and the install was fully custom. Trust me pay the extra cost for a custom install because door handles came off, trunk lights were removed and the trim as well. This way You will struggle to even see any seams or any trace of a PPF template install. It is literally that good. With regards to Pricing; Envious was super fair and did not overcharge me. Once you factor the labor hours and materials you will realize the price is more than fair. My experience was great and this is an honest review. It is no wonder that Envious Detailing has exotic cars come through their shop such as the Lambos and Porsches. It speaks volumes to their work ethic and high quality work. Their business model is about 3-5 cars a week compared to high volume shops that have 20-50 cars come in a week. The best part of this is that the shop is able to focus better and give your vehicle the attention it deserves. read more

I have known Eric for the last 10 years and watched him grow from being mobile to moving to a large shop in Orange. His diligence, attention to detail and extremely high quality of work is what helped him grow and what pushes people to continue to come back and continue to refer more friends and family. This guys work is just plain awesome. He is like a machine with his orbital buffer. Quality work takes time and he puts forth full effort. This place is not your everyday shop that just gets it done as quickly as possible. After about a month and a half the Modesta BC-05 coating is still like a mirror. Pictures 51-53 show just how mirror like the finish of a Modesta BC-05 coating is. Pictures were taken after a wash and a wipe down with some Modesta M1 quick shot. You can clearly see the top of the carport reflected off the horizontal surfaces. Let it be noted however that one of those brown paper towels you find at a gas station can scratch the Modesta coating. First and last time I wipe off some gas droplets with one of those things! Having had the coating on for a while and about 7k miles later; the coating has held up real well. The front of the car has a Xpel Ultimate wrap to protect from rock chips and it looks as spectacular as the rest of the car. (entire car is coated with the Modesta). After a washing and wipe down with some M1 quick shot; the car just feels so smooth. Even now I still enjoy wiping down the hood and seeing my reflection off the mirror like finish. The work done is impeccable and I highly recommend this shop. The attention to detail is second to none. read more

I'm one of those guys that never writes a review...but... I brought my new C8 Corvette to Envious to have clear bra installed. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. Before deciding on Envious, I stopped by a couple of times to inspect their shop and discuss my needs and their recommendations. After talking to 6 other shops I concluded that Envious was not only the best. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication between my earlier verbal discussions and what was written in the contract. I didn't realize this until after the job was completed. I want to make it clear that this was not an intentional error, but simply a communication mistake between an earlier conversation and the time that the order was placed. I brought this to Eric's attention and he immediately offered several solutions, all which would cost him labor and materials. He even offered to remove the film and do the entire job again. He could have easily blown me off but instead went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I'm more than happy with the end product and highly recommend this shop both for workmanship and integrity of the owner. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

So I went to Eric hoping to give my recently purchased used prius (my first car) that new car look while also giving it some protection with a coating. My hope was to reduce the maintenance my car needed (as far as washing goes). I emailed with him in advance explaining my needs, and Eric was very responsive over email. After discussing things over a few messages, we settled on me bringing the car in for him to look over and then decided the best way to move over. When I brought my Prius in, Eric gave it a thorough inspection. However, rather than silently look it over (like a lot of people do...especially when you're a female who they assume do not know/care about cars) he also walked me through what he was seeing and thinking as he looked over the car. This made me feel involved in the process. His expertise in the field showed immediately. We settled on a one-step process followed by a glass coating on my car. But my hood's paint showed more wear and swirls than the rest of the car. He informed me that he would go over the hood twice (thus spending extra time) but still only charged me for a one-step process. As Eric prepped the car, I revealed that I didn't know much about maintaining a vehicle's exterior and also was hoping for product suggestions. Eric showed me, as he washed my car to prep it, the proper procedure (yes, I didn't know how to wash a car before....), explained and provided information different things I didn't know (like you can measure how much paint is left on a car!) The car was a several hour job so Eric also took the time to drop me off at a nearby shopping center as a favor while he finished up his work. All in all, eric washed, clay'd, polished, touched up my paint, applied a coating to my entire car (and cleaned the wheels) for a fair price while also teaching me a few things and giving me and my car a ton of personal attention. He also later emailed me a list of recommended products so that I could properly take care of my car on my own. Eric is the man! I just got my dream car and was looking to protect my baby. I knew I wanted ppf/clear bra (xpel), paint correction and paint coating. With so many different business to choose from I didn't know who to go with so I turned to fellow BMW m3 enthusiasts and asked on Bimmerpost on who they recommended. I'm sure everyone knows how picky BMW owners can be so I knew whoever they recommended had to do quality work. I still did my own homework and got different quotes and weighed out my different options. I gave Envious detailing a call and Eric explained the whole process and prices and went over all my options because I wanted more protection than your typical front end clear bra. Even though Eric's shop was almost an hour away from me I still opted to go with him because I knew my car would be in good hands. He also never pressured me too add extra packages or protection I didn't want. He is a one stop shop if you're looking for "New Car Prep". Most new cars need some type of paint correction coming from dealerships because by the time they hand you the keys someone has always attempted to detail your car and has left swirl makes and all types of imperfections. After the paint correction is complete now your car is ready for PPF (paint protection film), you don't want to cover all those swirl marks and imperfections under the clear bra because then it's just there trapped under the film and you'll never be able to get to it. After all that is done now you're ready for some paint coating!!! In my case I went with Modesta to make sure my car has a gloss that'll last for years and make my car upkeep a lot easier. Once again Envious detailing did all of this for me which is another reason why I chose Eric. No need to find multiple shops to do all the work they provided under one roof. He can also tint your windows too which I elected not to do because not sure if I want tint with this car. He finished my car on schedule and made sure to keep me updated the whole time, even texting me a picture of the progress on my car. He is really meticulous with his work and made sure my car came out perfect. I ended up going with 1) one step paint correction 2) Xpel clear bra on the full front end (bumper, lights, full hood, mirrors, and full fender), xpel on rocker panels, door cups, rear quarters, door pillars, and luggage area by trunk 3) modesta coating on wheels and full exterior 4) full leather/interior protection Car is show quality now, and I've received nothing but compliments wherever I go. Accidentally scrapped my front left bumper while backing out of my garage. I felt terrible since my car was brand spankin' new. Called every auto detail I could find and since today was a holiday (Memorial Day) every place was closed. Thank my lucky stars that Eric called me back. All these 5 star reviews are 100% true! Can't expect anything less from Envious! First off I'm super OCD about my cars and bikes, I have a huge level of knowledge when it comes to detailing, paint correction, coatings etc. I'm by no means a pro, but I know my limits and with that being said I know what these guys do is the real deal and nothing less! This review is long over do, but well deserved. Somehow I came across Envious on instagram but at the time never had anything to take to them, but i knew when I did it'd go to them. Fast forward some time, I bought a Ducati motorcycle which to me is an art piece on wheels and I was interested in paint protection film (ppf) aka clear bra! I reached out to Eric and he promptly replied, we set something up and I gave him my bike. He ran into some issues on the way my gas tank was shaped but he worked around it to make sure I was satisfied. He was even nice enough to let me leave my bike there in his shop for a few days since I was going to be out of town. Prices are fair, good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good! And that resonates very well with detailing, you get what you pay for. Safe to say I'm a return customer now and have a few projects for him. Much like the other PPF installers in the Modesta network, Eric and his team were top notch in cleaning up my new '18 Targa GTS after having driven it cross country from Atlanta en route to Honolulu. What initially was only going to be a wash and touch up turned into something more intensive. Because of a mishap at a previous detailer, more work needed to be done on my car. Although Eric had already committed to timeframes for another car/client, he was accommodating in working with my schedule to get the 911 ready to be shipped off at port. I read many great things about Eric so decided to give his service a try. I called and schedule appointment for him to come to my house to detail my gf Lexus suv. I was going to keep this review short and simple, as I think the other reviews are spot on. So for those of you who want a simple answer, YES, ERIC IS THE BEST. For those that have a few minutes to spare, here is the more in depth review: I'm extremely picky, and spend way too much time researching every little detail. Case in point, I probably spent more than 20 hours researching coatings, detailers, and what I should have done to the car. I Searched several car forums to find out who was the best in the business. This is where it became apparent that Eric would be working on my car. His work can be found on all the forums from Ferrari to Tesla to BMW. My next step was what type of paint correction and coating I wanted. I ended up going with the full works, as I had complete trust in Eric at this point. We agreed on a 3 step paint correction, Modesta BC-04 on the entire car and rims, an interior detail and leather treatment, and replacing a few small pieces of clear bra. I brought my car to Eric on a Tuesday and left it with him for an entire week. He kept me posted and sent me pictures throughout the entire process, pointing out the different steps to the work. This is how I know he spent many extra hours making sure it was perfect. I paid for 3 step paint correction, but believe that he went 5 or 6 steps. Next up was the Modesta BC-04. He does this the correct (and not so cheap) way by applying the primer first, and then the BC-04. I have heard that some companies do not apply the primer, but it is a crucial step. The car now has a mirror like finish that always looks like it's wet. His final step was the clear bra. He exceeded all expectations and then some in this department (THANK YOU ERIC). The areas replaced are not only flawless, but they are also virtually invisible, as he wraps it around any edges possible, eliminating the lines you normally see from such an installation. I've had several different companies put them on other vehicles, but nobody has come close to Eric's level of perfection. Big thanks to Eric and his entire crew. You guys rock! read more

After looking at several detailers/clear bra installers, my husband decided to try Envious. Given this work is really about the effort from the installer more than anything else. People can argue about which film is better, but at the end of the day,it's about how good the installer is. Let me tell you Eric (the owner) was that good. He ended up doing the full front, side mirrors and rocker panels and the work is flawless. Additionally, the car my husband brought him is not that common and ended up presenting him with a few install curve balls that required extra work (i.e., more man hours). Yet, the work was still done to a very high standard and delivered as promised. Came here to get a clear bra on my new 2015 4Runner, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Due to the amount of steep edges and curves on the front, the original film did have a few imperfections. Pleasantly surprised by a new addition to the family on the way, my little fun car was traded in for ye ole family hauler. I want to thank Eric at Envious Detailing for his amazing work on my 2011 m3. I bought it CPO and it had some really bad swirls, buffer marks from the dealer's attempt to detail it and some front bumper rash. Eric not only was able to make my m3 look better than new, he also was also to coordinate with a painter and was able to clear bra my car, all while taking my hectic work schedule into account. I would get updates via text and email, to know my car's progress, and even when we had a set back with the dealership scratching and denting my car, he was able to get the dents fixed, and the car ready for the date he promised it would be finished.
