I just wanted to share my recent experience with EnviroTech Constructors. They happen to be in athe area doing work on another house and came by to offer an estimate-coincidentally, the day bbefore I had been searching for estimates on having some termite eaten wood replaced around oour house. They were never pushy (which I loved). Our appointment was with Keith. He came oout and did an inspection, a demo on the products they used and gave us an estimate the same day. He was very professional and friendly. We scheduled our work the next week. The gentlemen that actually did the work showed up every day on time and worked until about 6:00 everyday. They cleaned up daily and never left anything behind for me to pick up. We ended up not only replacing our damaged wood but replaced our front door, 4 windows, stucco repair and painting the entire house. Our work was completed on time and looks great! There was a separate crew that did our front door/windows installation and another crew that repaired the stucc. They also showed great expertise, precision and attention to detail. I have had estimates for only part of the work we had done and those estimates were more than what EnviroTech quoted (which is why we didn't have it done sooner). They pride themselves on honesty-and it showed throughout our experience. If you are considering any home improvements I recommend you give them a shot-you will not be disappointed! We were extremely pleased with the work done by Enviro Tech. Construction. Our house was old and in need of some serious repair. They recently painted our house, and we are extremely pleased with the work done. Keith was amazing in his effort to help coordinate the project. He was precise in his estimates and accessible when we had any questions. The family owned company that placed our rain gutters were fast , friendly and efficeint. The painters Oscar and Jesse were very hardworking and professional. Every crack, hole or damaged areas on our house was repaired beautifully. Careful attention was given to every detail. The amount of care and pride that was placed into the work was impeccable. They went the extra mile in the prep work that included high pressure washing,stucco patching,scraping and sanding of every surface. A primer coat included the entire exterior of the house. We appreciated that they used the highest quality paint available through Sherwin Williams. Our house looks new and beautiful now! These guys do awesome work! Very, very professional, cleaned up every night, I didn't cut any corners. The best contractor I have ever hired, for anything for my home! They replaced a number of old aluminum windows with vinyl, replaced a bunch of wood rot, repaired a lot of cracked stucco, retrofitted 16 new vents, and even hung some new lights for us. The guy they use that installed stone on the front of our home was great too! He was done in less than 6 hours. Keith was always on top of any additional expenses that needed my approval, and I can't say enough good things about Ramon and his two guys. Oh my gosh, these guys were awesome! They made everything look brand new! They were here at 8:00 or 8:30 am every day with materials and ready to go, working through the whole day without any messing around. We heard about then from friends who had their windows done and gave them good comments. They had them replace the windows and they did a great job. Then I asked Keith about painting and he told me they could take care of the stucco, tail rafters, and paint the house. They gave me a quote including the replacement of two doors, which were bad. Keith quoted me a price and, signed the contract. The price I felt was very fair, it wasn't a slap some paint and replace the windows type company, they took their time and made sure everything was done correctly, and they cleaned up everything. I basically have a brand new looking house on the exterior. They're always willing to answer questions. When you deal with Keith and Dennis, this company cares about their work and reputation! Keith and company did a great job replacing 5 windows and two sliding doors. One of the windows was an odd size, one required tempered glass, and one slider was large and off-size. I thought the job would be to insert new vinyl windows over the existing aluminum tracks but the tracks were removed and windows attached to the house - like a new installation. They took care to avoid dust and debris entering the house and cleaned up afterward. No damage to the house. A quick (two day) but a careful job. We had had other quotes for energy efficient (double-pane, Low-E, insulated) windows that were multiple times more expensive. The windows look good and modernize the house. read more

EnviroTech had repaired and painted the exteriors of two family member's houses, so we already knew what great work they did. The work done on our house was extensive - stucco patching, replacing fascia, repairing termite damage and dry rot, installing a new door, priming everything, and painting. I'm a perfectionist, and Ramon and his crew did not disappoint! The prep work they did was above and beyond the norm, so our paint job looks perfect. I needed a new kitchen window so I got three bids. Enviro Tech came in 75% lower than the other two bids. I was skeptical, but Keith assured me that their windows were the same quality as the other two bids and he offered a life time warranty. Installation was a week later and the window looks amazing. Keith was present during the whole installation, which only took about an hour. The installers were meticulous and left my place looking better than they found it! Enviro Tech did a fantastic job. We needed some windows replaced as well as the house painted. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. We got a couple of bids on the house painting, and theirs was the lowest and came with a lifetime warranty, so we went for it. I am so glad we did.
