In April, a technician came to my home to provide an estimate for spraying services for my house and yard. [[HIGHLIGHT]]During the visit, I clearly explained that I needed to speak with my roommates before making any decision or scheduling any services. The technician assured me that my card would not be charged and that the company would contact me before setting up an appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Despite this, my card was charged $269.54 without my authorization and before I agreed to move forward with the service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was never contacted to confirm an appointment, nor did I give permission for my card to be charged.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I reached out to the company, I was informed that because an appointment had been scheduled, I could not cancel without providing a 30-day notice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, I never agreed to schedule an appointment and was under the impression that no services would be started until I had made a final decision and given my approval.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Additionally, no services were ever provided to my home due to the ongoing dispute regarding this charge. Two door-to-door salesmen came to my home. After I declined their service, one of them offered to personally pay the $50 initial fee if I signed up, and verbally told me I could cancel at any time. What was never disclosed verbally: that the service was actually a 24-month contract, that the "$50" was actually a $450 service with a $400 discount, and that cancellation would trigger a fee for the discounted amount. When I called to cancel two months later, the representative told me the cancellation fee would be $450 -- a number that doesn't even match their own written contract, which caps the fee at $249. Worst pest control that you can choose- just had a reservice and the sketchy tech arriv d when I was not there and my husband let them and did not supervise as a result I had an emergency cash in my desk drawer in my office that went missing. I should have checked the horrible reviews before saying yes to their door to door salesperson. This company his horrible. Not only did it not solve my pest issues, the ants and spiders never went away even after their visits. They lock you into their subscription model and when you try to cancel, they will tell you they can't because you'll have to "fulfill" your service agreement, so you'd better set a calendar reminder to call back on a specific date OR you can go ahead and payment several hundred dollars to get out of their so-called agreement. read more

What ever you do don't sign up for pest services with them. They show up and run the sweeper around house and don't do anything else. I only requested external treatment. They are gone within 5-10 minutes of arrival. I watched them do it multiple times and called to have them come back to perform the services in my contract. The next guy they sent did the same thing. I called 3 months before and sent a written notification 30+ days before only to still get emails telling me I needed to speak to someone to cancel yet they can never get a person that has authority to cancel on phone. You get passed around[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], You will get calls, texts and notices for payment within an hour of them supposedly rendering services. They literally hound you for payment. We trusted this company to treat our home with care. Instead, their technician sprayed our organic vegetable garden. We caught it in real time and stopped him. He denied it--until I pulled up the video from our backyard camera showing him waving the spray wand across every raised bed. After that, their regional manager Justin stepped in and did the right thing. He told us they would replace all the soil in our raised beds and compensate us for the loss. Fair enough--mistakes happen, and we were willing to move forward. Then everything changed. When it came time to follow through, Justin denied ever making that commitment. He said new management above him rejected the claim. Same situation, same damage--just a different story. We have the video. We had the agreement. Now we have neither resolution nor accountability. This is the end of my year contract, Thank God. I wouldn't recommend this service. Every time they came to do a service, they would skip out on areas unless I watched them. During the entire time I had them, I had ants in my kitchen. When I brought that up to them, they said they could lay out two or three small traps for them in my kitchen. It would have been much better to address the problem at its source. read more

Do not do business with this company. I signed up for service from a salesmen knocking on our door. Have used them for 10 months and no we are moving. Called to cancel our monthly service and found out to I was signed up for a 12 month contract. Their Salesman forgot to mention that part. They told me I would be able to cancel since I'm moving to another city upon showing proof of a new address. I had to end up showing 3 different proofs of address because the first two didn't meet their requirements. A dozen phone calls, and numerous emails over the span of 4 weeks, they finally accepted our new gas bill as a proof of move. The young men on scooters lied when they canvased my neighborhood and told me that I could cancel anytime. I trusted them because they said they owned the company, which I see was a lie. When I got an email saying that they were coming to spray again, I wrote back and told them I didn't need, or want, to have my property sprayed until next spring.
