Unfortunate customer service has come to this. Response to owner: The tech that came out to my families house who I am the trustee on and responsible for all that goes on in and out of the house did not call me back. I called him to follow up. I don't leave reviews usually but I'm tired of crappy customer service and excuses. This is not a tenant situation by any means.
