I can't recall the guy's name that helped me, but he was super polite, professional, and hard working. Showed up and let me know his plan and got to work. He was even fine with me finishing up wiping down a few shelves outside (I stayed out of his way). We had a dog and a cat in the unit, so there were some darker areas where they tended to lay that didn't have rugs over the carpet, so we didn't notice they got dark over the years till we moved. The E&A guy got pretty much every stain to come out. Spots I didn't think would come out, they're gone. My landlord was super pleased with the work and so were we. I would highly recommend.

Three years in a row we hired window cleaning services, that once here, would not touch our high…read moretriangular windows or second floor skylights. As you can imagine, they were filthy. Sergio and Maria cleaned ALL of our windows which are now sparkling! In addition to the windows, Sergio also cleaned out the gutters, solar panels and removed years of accumulated moss from our roof. I had asked him to clean the railings on our upper deck. He threw in cleaning the deck itself. I wish we had hired him to also do the lower deck railings and floor. I didn't notice the difference until after they had taken off. (Check out the pictures to compare the before an after, assuming I can figure out a way to attach them to this review.) Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. I don't usually go to such lengths endorsing companies, but this one deserves every accolade I can give it!

Review I was…read moreprofoundly disappointed by the work done for me by Crystal Clean who were highly recommended to me. I paid $400 for a deep clean of bathrooms, baseboards and hardwood floors in anticipation of a family visit that included a crawling baby since I'm almost 70 and it's hard for me to do it all myself. I have waxed hardwood floors that cannot be cleaned with water and I use a cleaner made specifically for that purpose. The Crystal Clean crew brings their own supplies and the contract specified that if you had a special need for a type of cleaner other than their usual supplies that you should notify the office to make sure that your need could be met. I called the office before signing the contract and was told to give the workers the cleaner I use and explain the process and they could accommodate me. The workers did a good job on the bathrooms- very thorough, no complaint. One worker spent an inordinate amount of time trying to scrub old sticky poster tac off of a bedroom wall. Not only was that not part of the remit of "bathrooms, baseboards and floors" as contracted, but she actually damaged the wall by scrubbing off the paint! See photo #1. The upstairs hall and downstairs floors are all waxed hardwood. I showed the workers the ample supply of floor cleaning fluid ( six bottles) and the mops I use. They said they understood how to do the job and I left them to it. The downstairs floors weren't completely vacuumed (see # 8) They did not use a sufficient amount of the cleaning fluid as I instructed them and as a result I was left with spots and splotches where they splashed the fluid and essentially dry mopped the floors. The floors were not "deep cleaned" by any stretch of the definition. I sent these photos to the office of the cleaning I had to do (2,3,4) AFTER the floors had been "deep cleaned" and received a reply that I couldn't expect my floors to be cleaned in one visit, and that I should look into hiring a professional floor cleaner! ‍ So disappointed.

So we booked his service for a couple of weeks later. His crew showed up EXACTLY on time! A total of 4 people ended up working on our windows (inside and out). They were METICULOUS throughout. They carefully removed all the screens, cleaned out the window sills first, which included every nook and cranny. Then they got to work on the windows themselves. They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. They thoroughly cleaned all of the screens before putting them back. The windows are now sparkly and spotless throughout. They look brand new, with zero streaks. We can't recommend this company enough. Locally owned and operated. Great people. Excellent job. We'd give them 6 stars if we could!
