I got there a little bit earlier than the opening time. The guy at the entrance just told me to wait a few minutes before let me enter. It is a nice facility. It seems pretty organize, the first area you will see is a general waste area, if you keep driving down the road, you will get to the appliances waste and also green waste. Upon removing the guest bathroom toilet, the plumber found water leaking from the toilet wax ring. Upon removing the old paradigm flooring, installers found old flooring to be wet underneath and moisture leading down the hallway. Matt Wagner of Abbey Carpet was notified as all work stopped due to possibility of mold and mildew. Matt immediately called Premier Restoration Hawaii and Ryker Hyde came within hours. Ryker checked the complete area in the bathroom and hallway with his moisture reader and infrared imaging function and found no visible moisture or signs of mold or mildew and floor installation was able to continue 2 days later. Whew!!! Ryker advised spaying a preventative microbial application around the toilet wax ring as a precautionary measure before new flooring is installed. Ryker was so professional and thorough in checking and explaining everything to me, a senior who knows very little about plumbing. Ryker was so caring and helpful and did not charge anything for his inspection and work that day. Wonderful!!! I never received an estimate. Servpro also sent inaccurate billing to me and the insurance company. After I settled with the insurance company, Servpro sent me a higher estimate for repairs. Because of Servpro's mistake, I received a few thousand less from the insurance company. Buyer beware of Servpro. The only good thing is Servpro agreed to delay payment because my bank put a hold on the insurance company's check for 8 business days. Getting paid was Servpro's only strong point.

It isn't only cleanups, they handle restoration and land management by preservation, teaching, and so much more. Kimeona and his team are well versed and well organized in what they are doing. They have equipment so when you arrive, after you fill out the documents online, you are ready to go. Of course prepare by getting a good meal in you, staying hydrated, bring water (they also supply water but bring your reusable water bottle), comfortable clothes and shoes, and be prepared to "give back"! I love learning history and culture and the oli and taking care of the Aina. I don't want to give away too much, but at the same time I want to share everything. I have been volunteering with this team, mostly at the same place, although I met up at Magic Island and it needed, for a couple of years. My takeaways, it's personal for me.

We first removed evasive trees along the river. The cool thing was that we moved the branches to a different area that feeds certain Beatles. Then months after the tress/branches were stepped on and crushed to be part of the earth. After about an hour and half of work we took a little environmental tour to learn of the necessary ecological balance needed for the islands. Careless Work After Asbestos Removal -- Damaged My Renovated Home…read more I hired this company for asbestos removal. The ceiling removal and painting were done well, but everything else was handled with no care at all. My home was fully renovated before the project, and now I'm left with damages everywhere. The walls near the ceiling were scratched, and they tried to cover it up with paint that's a different shade of white, which made it even more noticeable. My door is chipped, and they stapled into my wood floors without removing the staples. The bathtub coating is peeling and chipped in multiple spots (see photos). It was in perfect condition before, so it's clear they didn't protect the area during the work. I've already spent 6 hours just touching up the walls, and I still haven't even started fixing the bathtub damage. For a company dealing with something as sensitive as asbestos, I expected professionalism and care -- instead, I'm left with frustration and extra work. I would only recommend this company if you don't care about anything else except the one thing you hired them for. Otherwise, be prepared to spend your own time fixing the mess they leave behind.

On the day of the appointment, two people showed up. They introduced themselves and were very pleasant throughout the cleaning. While cleaning some windows, one of the crew members had some difficulty removing the screens out of its track so I lent a putty knife to help with the process. The other cleaner was wiping down the living room and suddenly brought a clay crab to me with three broken legs and explained that the crab "fell over." It's a crab so it won't fall over unless it was picked up and dropped (it's 40+ yrs old) but at least the person was honest so I decided not to report the breakage. The cleaning was over rather quickly and it seemed everything was in order. I tipped the cleaners and then they left. Later, I found some areas where drywall dust was not wiped off from a closet door and a section of a sliding glass door was not wiped down completely. A few days later, I was going to start a new project and needed my putty knife when I realized that the putty knife that I lent to use for the window screen cleaning wasn't returned so I contacted Saki at Nami Cleaning by email. Saki mentioned that Mark was not on schedule that day but that he would check and get back to me. Days went by and I left voicemails, more emails, and even filled out a service request to try and have someone contact me but they kept getting ignored. What a disappointment and a shame that the company promotes themselves as a good company to hire yet they can't even respond to a customer inquiry once they are paid. Beware before making a payment to them.

Right away I noticed they were much hetter than the previous cleaning companies that had cleaned my house before. After that I hired their regular service for my house and for my business as well.
