They were pretty fast and efficient. Schedule in advance with Dolores, who is fast and she follows up with the price quote and your appointment! Discounts may be available on repeat services, cash, or group services. Yelp also offers a residential discount! Who knew!? Now I know I can request service via Yelp! The servicing took less than an hour for our unit. They needed to access our building rooftop through one of our neighbor's room. This is a bit problematic. We are grateful for our neighbor who agreed to let the business enter via their room. Cost is under $200. Pay by check to have proof of payment. Receipt is provided by business.

Would be nice if they just said they too busy or my job too small instead of telling me they will respond, telling me to email...I think a week is fair enough time to wait for a response. I told the person who recommended them to me that maybe they should not recommend to clients since they don't respond. Wish them well.....I will pursue other options

PM Andy called me shortly after and scheduled an immediate inspection of our home. Although Andy could have scheduled us for a later date, he sensed the urgency of our situation and was kind enough to work around my availability. He came first thing in the morning shortly after our initial call. I was extremely impressed and grateful for the company's fast response. Andy kept an open line of communication, patiently answering all our questions and guiding us on next steps while we were completely clueless about the process. Today, I wasn't expecting another call from MD Restoration, but my husband had been in contact with Andy, who helped us get the dehumidifier scheduled. Around a little past 3 p.m., Yonell called me. I missed her first call, but she left a voicemail and followed up just minutes later. When I answered, Yonell was truly a breath of fresh air. After a long workday, her jolly and upbeat personality helped me de-stress immediately. Even though it was near the end of the day, she was still lively, positive, and a pleasure to speak with. She promptly scheduled herself and her team to come out right away with the necessary equipment for dehumidification of our Mikasa. Yonell arrived exactly as scheduled, and she and her partner completed their tasks efficiently. The bathroom was a new renovation done just before we moved in. A plumber came in and had to demo the entire base of the shower and cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling to repair the issues. He mentioned a bacterial smell. I called our landlord to request a mold inspection and MD was over the very next day. They have all the tools to assess the moisture leve and indicated that it was necessary to use two large dehumidifiers to dry out the mess. Lua is excellent! She explained the situation and plan of action and was extremely sympathetic toward our chaos. She told me that she would be checking back every couple of days and that I could expect to see her for sure. I find this to be really reassuring that I knew I would be able to expect a friendly, familiar face. She returned today and did all the necessary checks and determined that the dehumidifiers had done their job and we could get them out. I'm really pleased with their professionalism, timely response, efficiency with their work, and clear communication. I definitely recommend working with them and cross your fingers that Lua is the one on the job!

I think the air conditioning wasn't working for about a week, but yesterday was the last straw. Father Adondee looked at me and said, "You'd better call someone." "Yes, Father!" I looked on my Yelp app for air conditioning repair and Jimmys AC Repair & Maintenance was the first business that popped up. This company had good reviews, so I called and they answered the phone right away. I told them that we were suffering and needed help. The receptionist said they would be there the next day... He stated that there's a flat fee of $250 plus tax to diagnose the unit. Okay... Thank you!!! Jimmy called before he came over. He was very professional and efficient. He introduced us to Jeff, his coworker that he was training. Cool! We showed them the unit. They opened the panel, and diagnosed the problem quickly! He explained everything well and understood that we would have to go through the Finance Council to approve a new air-conditioning unit. Jimmy understood that it would take time and that if we wanted to get other quotes and compare, other companies could be cheaper and that he's not the cheapest... but you get what you pay for... Overall, great staff and service! Tai (Manager) was a huge help from the very beginning. He was able to provide me with multiple quotes & possible design layouts for different split systems to look at my options and work within my budget. Not only that, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of info about AC systems, warranties and suggestions on installation. The workers were fast with installation as well and was able to work within my schedule. In the end, I decided to go with a Fujitsu tri-zone system for my townhome so that I'm able to have multiple indoor units but stick with 1 outdoor condenser as my association has restrictive guidelines for split AC systems. Plus, Fujitsu had a better warranty. I'd definitely reach out to them for maintenance when that time comes and on any future projects. If you ever go with them, tell them that Mark B's review sent you! :)
