I really enjoyed everything about this place! The doctor is fantastic, personable, and very professional. She answered all of my questions cheerfully and was excellent to consult with regarding my future needs as a diabetic. I had about a 15 to 20 minute wait when I first arrived as a new patient which was a little disheartening. But after that, everything was action until I was done. So that was good in the end. Everyone that I came in contact with was incredibly professional, and the staff was outstanding! I did end up ordering a pair of glasses, which cost me a pretty penny. I brought in my own frames and with the exam and just purchasing lenses it was nearly $500. That being said, I won't be going anywhere else. This is my new place for eyecare, and I am very pleased they have state of the art equipment and the best staff I've ever seen. Well done! read more

I have been here twice now. They are professional, efficient, and thorough. Tia at the front desk is a sweetie. Monica the tech was knowledgeable and kind and communicative. Jamie the tech is patient, sweet and extremely helpful in picking out frames and deciding on what upgrades I might need. I found Dr. Duggan to be thorough and caring and confident. I have lived here for 30 years, have been to Retina Consultants and Shepard Eye many times. They are very good also, but more for true eye diseases. For vision care, Envision will be my go-to from now on. I thoroughly trust them for my glasses. read more

I've been going here for years. You have to book your appointments way in advance. They offer the photo imaging option for your macular eye. It costs $45 extra instead of standard dilation. They also carry the prescription Maui Jims here! They take VSP insurance, not sure what other plans. read more

The owner Erica says that monies were refunded the next day of everything that was done and this is not the case she's trying to save face so, I would never recommend this business yet again. Erica, if you know something I don't know you can reach out but I doubt you will. I did like the closeness of it to where we live, but as far as the staff and the promises that they made, that is not the case. I've been coming here for 4 years. Can't say I have one complaint. Dr Duggan is great along with all of her office staff. I've never had a long wait to be seen by her. First her staff do certain eye tests with you then you wait to be seen by here to do further eye testing. The ladies who help you pick out a pair of glasses are very knowledgeable with the brands, quality & prices. They go over the cost of your glasses & your never surprised. It doesn't take long to get your ordered glasses in & its easy to go back, try them on & make sure everything is OK. Once one of the arms on my glasses had come a little lose & I couldn't tighten it up with my eyeglass kit @ home. I stopped by (pre-corona) & they tighten them for me @ no charge. Every eye glasses comes with a case & they put their own cleaning cloth in there that has their name on it with their phone #. This has come in handy when I give out recommendations to this place when friend's & co-workers ask. My first check-in on YELP I got a free bottle of lens cleaner. Amazing!!! Today was a great day !! I have to admit I do NOT Like going to the eye Dr. past experience, today was my first time going to see Erika Duggan she was truly amazing, everyone I repeat everyone was super friendly. Loved the Dr. she is so nice and made my crazy self feel at home. When we left Ozzy said how she made him feel safe. Awwww that means a lot. It is such a relief when you find good Vison, Dental, and Dr. offices that have good employees. It's truly not easy. I'm so happy we found this office !!!! They also have a good selection of glasses. Both the ladies that was helping us today were really sweet. My son picked out a couple pairs he liked, we got one for now. Need to go back and pick out a pair of goggles for his actives. read more

I appreciate the care they take for COVID-19 protection. I always feel welcome there. They have advanced technology to evaluate your eye health as well as your prescriptions. Alma was amazing and really went an extra ten miles to help me get just the right glasses when I need two different pair just for myself. She is probably the bubbliest person I've ever met! I was able to get in quick to see the doctor and establish as a new patient. The atmosphere was bright and cheery. Clean establishment and the staff was very friendly. I thought it couldn't get any better until the doctor walked in, didn't have a stiff "I'm better than you" attitude, and was as personable as a close friend might be. Very accommodating and may I mention that she had really "cool" tests you could take to test your vision. I'm thankful for ALL of the staff, especially the tech that helped me choose my glasses. My wife and I recently visited Dr. Duggan for our annual checkup, after being unhappy with the Dr. we visited a year ago. The office is quite pleasant. Dr. Duggan is very nice and personable, and seems to really care about the patient. She seems willing to take the time to address the patient's needs, not just try to get them in and out. Further, she determined that the prescriptions we received a year ago were completely inappropriate. My wife's new glasses are working much, much better for her. While I had started needing reading glasses with last year's prescription, with the correct prescription from Dr. Duggan, I no longer need reading glasses for most things. I am seeing better. It was not just a matter of our eyes changing as the previous prescriptions were too strong, not too weak. We will be continuing to go to Dr. Duggan for our eye needs. read more

Before Duggan was there, the office was friendly and always professional. Never catty women at the front desk. I spent thousands of dollars there over the last 20 years. Fortunately, I found a new optometrist after being bullied by Duggan. My eyes are healthy and I left with my prescriptions in hand after a thorough eye exam with retinal photography. I bought my contacts through 1800contacts, so much cheaper than purchasing them from Duggan. I loved Dr. Lehrner, she was always, always pleasant and a true professional. I can see clearly now and its gonna be a bright, bright sunny yelp review for Dr. Duggan! My family and I have been seeing another eye doctor for some time and have been very, very happy. In fact, in the past few months, we saw our normal doctor and were very happy then too. Nothing could go wrong at all. Until I met Dr. Duggan. My son just went back to school and noticed he had issues with vision. He wanted an appointment and our current optometrist was booked and the earliest appointment was 7 days later. This was an issue on two levels a. I have a very busy schedule and was trying to make things fit. b. My son was wanting an appointment asap to improve things. So, I secured an appointment with my Dr. and then went searching on yelp for an alternative. I saw the reviews on Dr. Duggan and here is my comments. a. I asked for an online appointment at about 7:30 am. b, I noticed they were not open for another 30 minutes and so I started to make some business calls. The stock markets were coming down hard during this time and I was getting plenty of calls. c. At about 8:00 I got two calls that I could not answer and then a few minutes later, I got an email for an appointment at 3;40 pm, right after school and perfect. d. The two calls were from the Dr's office to confirm times and when they could not reach me, they emailed to me. I was able to email back while on my phone call and we were set. e. This was timely as getting ahold of my son at school is tough due to restricted use of cells at school. I caught him in time so he could set his afternoon schedule and be ready! f. Visiting the office, it is very comfortable, spacious, plenty of seating and just right. The two receptionists were attentive and had gotten all our details all ready and quickly. g. Sarah, the technician was amazing. She quickly got my son in every analysis, explained everything, and then again to me as i was confused. We took a ton of test and she went over any options which we gladly took. h. The best part was when we got to see Dr. Duggan. Often times, I am used to being seconded or sent to the assistant or the newbie and never the main doctor. I was surprised that Dr. Duggan was our doctor and she took care of my son top notch. i. At the glass selection area, I went to the receptionist to thank them for setting up my appointment and for doing it so quickly and accommodating my needs. They informed me that it was no problem, but they did NOT do it, Dr. Duggan checks her email and message and responds early to take care of clients! Now I was more impressed. That is first class service and this is something I highly value. I plan to have our entire family start using Dr. Duggan. They will be very, very happy! I am. My appt yesterday went flawlessly. Their staff was courteous, and their office was immaculate. I saw Dr. Duggan, and will definitely be going back to her. She was informative, patient (I had to bring my 5 month old daughter the appt with me), and very pleasant. When I went back to their office that same night (for my husband's appt), she still answered MY questions that I had forgotten to ask earlier. I was given samples of everything I wanted to try. Great customer service overall!! My one minor complaint is their glasses selection. I know that private offices generally don't have a great selection on budget-friendly frames (I really didn't want to pay out of pocket for my frames), but I couldn't find a pair that stayed under my insurance allowance. Office is being so cautious during this pandemic. Once you reach the parking lot, for your appointment, you call them and they tell you to enter the office and escort you immediately to a room. I had my very first eye exam here at Envision with Dr Duggan. I was extremely nervous about it only because I was not familiar with getting eye exams or optometrists. I was mostly anxious about having my pupils dilated. JOY--- they have an alternative machine that takes pictures instead! With Insurance, it only cost $45 for that test. Believe me, I was like "Take My Money,!" The staff is SUPER friendly. Dr. Duggan was truly nice and explained everything so well.
