    I've been coming here for 4 years. Can't say I have one complaint. Dr Duggan is great along with all of her office staff. I've never had a long wait to be seen by her. First her staff do certain eye tests with you then you wait to be seen by here to do further eye testing. The ladies who help you pick out a pair of glasses are very knowledgeable with the brands, quality & prices. They go over the cost of your glasses & your never surprised. It doesn't take long to get your ordered glasses in & its easy to go back, try them on & make sure everything is OK. Once one of the arms on my glasses had come a little lose & I couldn't tighten it up with my eyeglass kit @ home. I stopped by (pre-corona) & they tighten them for me @ no charge. Every eye glasses comes with a case & they put their own cleaning cloth in there that has their name on it with their phone #. This has come in handy when I give out recommendations to this place when friend's & co-workers ask. My first check-in on YELP I got a free bottle of lens cleaner. If your looking for a great place to go this is it!!

    Amazing!!! Today was a great day !! I have to admit I do NOT Like going to the eye Dr. past experience, today was my first time going to see Erika Duggan she was truly amazing, everyone I repeat everyone was super friendly. Loved the Dr. she is so nice and made my crazy self feel at home. When we left Ozzy said how she made him feel safe. Awwww that means a lot. It is such a relief when you find good Vison, Dental, and Dr. offices that have good employees. It's truly not easy. I'm so happy we found this office !!!! They also have a good selection of glasses. Both the ladies that was helping us today were really sweet. My son picked out a couple pairs he liked, we got one for now. Need to go back and pick out a pair of goggles for his actives.

Love the clean, efficient, small, store!…read more The bummer was that the young lady selling me the glasses said "okay so with the ones you are getting your copay is $150.00" and i know, my glasses are 100% covered by my awesome insurance. So i inquired and discovered she had upgraded me on one thing that I did not request. Is she paid commission? Or bonus for the up-sell and taking advantage and being shady? You lost a customer over that I'm sorry to say. PS when I picked up my zero copay glasses the guy fitting me was friendly and helpful.

    This place used to be great. When the old doctor retired, this place went down the drain…read more I went to go for my annual eye exam to get new contacts. The doctor tells me that I have to "compromise" my vision to find something that'll "mostly" work. So I get the contacts. They won't be available for over a week, so they give me 5 days worth of trials. You don't have to be a math genius to know that 5 days isn't going to cover me until my contacts come in. They tell me they don't have any more "trials" to offer me. I pickup my contacts and start wearing them. After about a week, they aren't "mostly" working. I'm pretty much blind. So I go in yet again for a checkup. This time the doctor prescribes me something completely different. My vision is better (why the doctor didn't at least get this right the first time is beyond me), but I still can't see completely better. At this point I'm beyond frustrated and just want my revised contacts where I can "see better" so I can take my business elsewhere. This time the doctor wants me to wait 3 weeks until I get the contacts they order for me. And they had no trials to give me to last me that time! So they said they'd order me some trials. So I wear my old bad contacts for a week until the trials come in. I come back a week later. Guess how trials these guys tried giving me? You guessed it: 5. I feel like I'm being punked - is this a joke!? After I realize I'm not being punked, I ask them to give me more trials. They give me 5 more days and say they don't have any left. So I'm still short. Unbelievable. So it looks like I had to wear my daily contacts for 2 days each to last me until I see the doctor again to pickup my contacts. On my next visit, the doctor proceeds to be shocked and says "don't tell me that" when I told her I wore each contact twice. So I told her "well I wouldn't have had to if you guys had given me the proper number for trials to last between appointments." Finally, after about 8 back and forth visits, I pickup my "I can see better but still not great" contacts. My wife & I will never return to this place. This place is clueless and incompetent. I recommend everyone to stay clear of this place!

The representative Stacie assisting us appeared to be new, which I understand, but the explanation of the two-for-one deal didn't make sense and the pricing didn't seem to add up. I asked several clarifying questions but the information wasn't explained clearly and a lot of industry terms were used that weren't easy to understand as a customer. I was also uncomfortable being called pet names like "love" and "mama," which felt unprofessional in a customer service setting. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that training takes time, but I think additional coaching and clearer communication would really improve the experience for customers. I liked that I got my glasses in a few days and I really liked the doctor who did my exam as well as the gentleman who is in the back as well, I just feel there should be improvement on the front end for customer service.

We found Eyesite of Anthem took both of our insurances so we booked and luckily on a Saturday. When booking, I spoke with Julie and she took all of the information and made it extremely easy. We were the 8am appointments but afraid early. When we arrived Iain and Laura assisted us to make sure we were squared away. They helped us with additional paperwork and explained how our day would go! Julie then took us back and did all of our pre-appointment things and was kind the entire time. Dr. Davis came in and helped with everything! She told exactly what to do to take care of our eyes, helped us with our prescription. She was very thorough and made sure we were happy with what we got. Then we were taken back to meet with Laura for our glasses fitting. We both found glasses we liked and Laura was exceptional through the process and helped us make sure we knew how to best use our insurance coverage. We then moved on to meeting with Autumn for billing; and even though she asks for credit cards - she was so kind! Overall, we were very happy with our choice to use Eyesite of Anthem. If you are looking for kind staff with an array of options for all ages - this is your place! Thank you everyone for making the process so easy.
