Quote Process - Quick response to scheduling a quote - They showed up on time - The quote was emailed 24-48 hours - With the quote you can view rock and paver choices Payment Process Option to pay online is great! You pay 1/2 before the project and pay the rest after. Material Delivered Martirial was delivered professionally on the date promised. Day of Project The owner and crew showed up early and completed our small project within 6 hours. They left the area spotless! After Project Follow Up The owner called us to follow up. Not necessary but it was a nice touch to hear from the owner after the project was completed. The Project The final outcome blew us away! Beautifully and professionally done (see the before and after pics). We will for sure be calling Envision back for future projects.

Rafael was able to meet 1-2 business days after inquiring with Envision Landscaping via Yelp. We did a walk-through discussing what i wanted which included around 500sq ft of pavers, irrigation repair and raising my backyard block wall. Although I had my own vision, Rafael was able to give his professional suggestions allowing us to collaborate on the overall outcome. I met with about 8 different companies and what stood out with Envision Landscaping is the thorough breakdown on the invoice and presentation. A proper breakdown of where my money is going is very reassuring, especially not being very knowledgeable on terminology and work. The presentation was surprising to see because this company used a drone to capture ariel view photos to outline where the landscaping work will be conducted. Overall, the experience was very pleasant from start to finish. The craftsmanship was very precise during the demolition, execution and clean up. I am very happy with the outcome and how fast they were able to complete the project. I would definitely recommend this business.

We reached out to Rafa at Envision for some help with our backyard project and he was initially very responsive. He came out to our house a few days later for a free consultation, very friendly guy and gave us some good suggestions. He told me he'd be sending me a quote within 24 hrs. Unfortunately I never got the quote, so I followed up with him 5 days later and asked for an update. He told me he'd have the quote for me by midday, which was about 4-5 hrs from then. I never got the quote. It was the 2nd time he had broken his promise. I texted him that night close to 8pm saying that I never got the quote, and he just left me on read. This was well over a week ago - I never heard from him again. I really liked Rafa when we met in person, but it's really important not to overpromise. It would have been nice to get an explanation on why he never was able to send the quote. Was he too busy to take on the project? Not enough help? Whatever the reason, I'd recommend he try to be more honest and straightforward.

I had a great first meeting with Rafa and then never heard from them again. I called and was told if have an email in the next few days and that was 2 weeks ago now. Don't waste your time ***UPDATE*** I was never asked for my final plans on another project. After first meeting I was told you would be back the next day with the grading guy. No one came. Called the office. They said you didn't realize you couldn't make it out and you would come that Saturday. I told her we weren't home Saturday. No idea if they did come because we never heard back from anyone. After that, our last communication was 5/27 and I was told to expect something the following week when the family was back in the office. I understand there was a loss in the family and am sympathetic to that. I followed up after receiving nothing that week. I texted and called the office. A woman said to expect something in the next few days. Still nothing. So I didn't try to engage many times in my end. This was the last communication.

I love this company!! They are patient , so hard working and amazing!!! I will use them from here on out for all my future projects. Their product is amazing. Their timeline to finish my project was amazing and their pricing is so reasonable. I love this company. Rafael is so responsive and willing to work with any budget or projects. Highly recommend!

New turf installed and aligned with our existing trees. Zero weeds.

If you're like me, you have no experience with doing a yard renovation and don't know who to trust. You've heard the nightmare stories and talked with at least 10 different businesses to find the right person to take on your project. You can stop looking now. From our first interaction with Rafa, his professionalism and understanding was immediately evident. He spent most of the time listening, really listening, to what we were struggling with and what we wanted to see in our yard. He was responsive and provided extremely high-quality modern designs. We were very nervous about the design and materials, and Rafa came over to our house with a bunch of samples to sooth our nerves. Of the 5+ bids we got on the yard renovation, Envision was in the middle, but our relationship/trust with Rafa was one of the most important parts of our decision. We were prepared to sign the project documents and get started when we received some news that changed our life situation, and had to scale back our budget and timeline significantly. Rafa handled the change with supreme professionalism and we were able to work out a new plan to fit the new budget. Rafa didn't have to do that, and we are very appreciative that he did. For the project itself, we had the weeds/grass removed from our yard, an drip irrigation system installed, replaced our worn artificial turf, and covered the yard with existing rock. The workers were very professional and respectful of our property. When it came time to finalize the plan for the artificial turf, Alberto came to the property and marked out all the options and talked to us about each one. We had one small incident where our water was off for most of a day when installing the irrigation system, but I reached out to Rafa and he immediately resolved the delay. Our project finished a few days ahead of time and on budget. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend Envision Landscape and Design to friends and family looking for these services. I'll try to include some photos, but most of the work (weed/grass removal and irrigation system) can't be seen.

Rafa and his team brought our backyard TO LIFE! They designed and executed an absolutely immaculate back yard for my husband and I. They installed turf, rock and an entire backyard drip system, extended our travertine patio, built a BEAST of a gas fire pit, and planted a ton of plants for us. Our backyard is so amazing that we never want to come inside. Rafa and his crew listened to our vision and then took it, made it better and brought it to life. They were timely and responsive throughout the process, answering all of our questions and keeping open communication. We would hands down recommend them to anyone who asked if we know a good landscaping company.

Wanted to get my back yard remodeled and thought I should get multiple quotes. I did just that and envision landscaping came in with a very competitive quote so along with this and after meeting Rafa I decided go go with this company. The communication and service was top notch and I knew what was going on every step of the way. I have already told friends and family to reach out to this company when ready to have work done. Strongly recommend and when I do my front yard I'll be calling them back.

Before they remodeled our backyard I told them what I was looking for (types of pavers, artificial turf, plants, etc.). Rafael guided me to what would look best for the size of our yard and he very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I loved the blueprint video they sent to us before starting the project so we could get a picture of our backyard's potential. Prices for each detail in the remodel were written out clearly. Best part was they basically remodeled our entire yard within 2-3 days. They get the job done fast and do it well!

We chose System Pavers because they were the premium option. They were also the highest bid we…read morereceived (around $38,000), but we believed we were paying for quality, expertise, and project management. Their sales presentation was impressive, and we were told they would coordinate everything for our pool patio remodel. Unfortunately, our experience looked nothing like the polished videos we were shown. The project stretched from February 5 until May 14 and required constant homeowner involvement. Instead of having a project manager ensuring the work met quality standards, I felt like I became the project's quality-control inspector, inspecting every stage of construction, discovering mistakes, documenting issues, and asking for them to be corrected. I expected to hire a contractor. Instead, I spent three months acting as the quality-control inspector for my own project. During the project we dealt with broken pool pipes, damage to our pool aerator, fill tank, and underground plumbing, uncapped sprinkler lines beneath the patio, missing weed barriers, uneven pool coping, improper edging, damaged landscaping, and extensive construction debris left throughout our property and neighboring yards. In addition, several pieces of our personal property were damaged or destroyed, including a broken pool net, broken garden hoses, a seven-foot wooden shade post that workers used as a cutting surface, and a planter that was thrown away after crews moved retaining wall blocks to drive equipment through our yard. We also endured weeks of piles of pavers, dirt, rocks, and construction materials stacked in front of both our home and neighboring properties, along with plastic bottles, McDonald's bags, and other food waste left behind by crews. One thing that became obvious was the lack of communication between departments. The salesperson promised certain things that the installation crews clearly never knew about. For example, we specifically discussed reusing our landscape rock, but it was thrown away during demolition because that information never reached the crew. Customer service became increasingly frustrating. When we emailed management documenting workmanship concerns, we received little response regarding the actual problems but had no trouble receiving payment requests. During one phone call, the project manager told us, "We thought the ship had sailed on customer service." Hearing that after months of issues was incredibly disappointing. One issue that really damaged our trust involved the sprinkler system beneath the patio. When water started shooting through the middle of the new pavers, we were initially told the lines had definitely been capped and it must simply be leftover water. Once someone inspected the problem in person, the response became, "Oh, we must not have capped them." Because multiple pool components had already been damaged during demolition, I insisted on having the underground plumbing pressure tested before resurfacing the pool. That test found additional damage that required repair before the pool could be completed. Had we not pushed for that testing, the pool company told us hidden leaks could have remained beneath newly installed plaster. Near the end of the project, I refused to sign the Certificate of Completion until the remaining work was finished. I was initially told work would have to be delayed if I didn't sign first. After refusing, management then said they would finish the work regardless of my signature. That experience left me questioning why there was so much pressure to sign paperwork before the project was actually complete. To be fair, not everything was negative. The second project manager, Jose Corral, completely changed the direction of the project. He was knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and immediately recognized many of the quality issues that had been overlooked. He worked hard to make things right and deserves recognition because he was the one person who consistently treated us like valued customers. I understand that construction projects can have unexpected challenges. My frustration isn't that everything didn't go perfectly--it's that we paid premium pricing and repeatedly had to advocate for issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Looking back, I don't regret investing in our home--I regret having to spend three months acting as the quality-control inspector on a premium-priced project. Homeowners shouldn't have to monitor every phase of construction just to ensure the work is completed correctly. If you're considering System Pavers, keep detailed written records, photograph every phase of the project, inspect everything before it gets covered up, and don't sign completion paperwork until every punch-list item has been completed. I sincer

It was a very small project My project was only about 345 sq. ft., and I was quoted around $10,000 before tax, which felt extremely high for the size. The representative also showed some unprofessionalism. They came twice to my home the first time to make measurements and then an hour later he came back. He asked to come inside my home, stayed for more than 45 minutes even though I indicating I would not be making a decision on the spot. He continued pushing for a $1,000 deposit right then and there. I asked for at least 24 hours to think about it, but he kept stalling instead of respecting my time. I eventually had to ask him to leave. Overall, not the experience I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this company based on how my consultation went. The high pressure sales tactic and the unprofessionalism made me not want to buy from them.
