I'm taking a break from gel polish and instead wanted a pedicure with regular nail polish because the gel causes my nails to thin and the lady instantly was upset. She tried to talk me out of it and since she couldn't she talked about my feet openly around other customers. I get pedis frequently so my feet aren't in bad shape. I have never experienced this type of disrespect while being provided a service that I paid for!! I had just experienced a loss and just needed a relaxing pedi which was the total opposite of what I got. She was just an overall mean/evil person, who talked way too much and the pedi isn't even good. I've never had an experience like this at a nail salon. I am a very upset and in tears after what happened. I went into the nail salon and ask the front desk can "I have your best eyebrow lady because I am picky with who does my eyebrows." The lady tells me to have a seat to work on my brows, and I felt like she took off to much so I quickly looked in the mirror and when I did I wanted cry. I made an appointment for spa pedicure with Lucy for this morning and before the appointment I specifically asked if she would be able to help with skin under my toenail. She assured me that she can. I also needed a gel polish change, and manicure. Pedi was $60, good massage and callus cleaning but nothing spectacular. The cuticles under the toe got never cleaned, that was the main reason I made the appointment. Then she passed me onto a nail tech named Kim. She recommended I do refill today which I agreed. I needed manicure regardless of the refill and every nail salon they file the old acrylic then do the manicure and add new powder. She said she will add the powder then do the mani. Well she cut my cuticle around the ring finger, no apology finger still bleeding. She asked me to go wash the nails. That's when I asked her why she is not even attempting to disinfect the blood, she said it's my cuticle/problem and I'm very picky!!! Never heard anyone cutting someone and blaming them. Then someone named Lynn came by and apologized briefly, the Kim lady still mumbling under her breath I was placed with another lady to complete the polish. The owner was present at the store, he came by asking what's happening? I had no reason to explain all over. I arrived at 11:35 and left at 2:30, total $100 without anyone offering to clean the wound, wow! You guys should be embarrassed!! read more

They're terrible! *As a fairly new resident, I went the beginning of December for my standard pedicure. They had some young guy doing my nails and told me he was "getting trained." *What I found out was he didn't have a license and was also new to the area. *The finished job initially looked nice, but I discovered weeks later that he put a layer of something on my toenails that made my big toe nails look old and yellow. *The next salon convinced me that it might be fungus, and I started using tea tree oil to get rid of it. Then I realized the original job was actually growing out and I could see and feel the ridge-bump along the edge where the original job was. I had my last salon file it all off and it looks great, the way it used to. *Don't go to Envy or you may take the risk of getting slipshod treatment that looks good and ends up terrible. read more

When I tried to, she took the color pallet from me and chose herself. The colors are NOTHING like the picture and I tried to tell her that, but she ignored me. I even had the picture pulled up on my phone for her to look at... When she asked the length I said a little shorter than what she was at, but she kept filing them down after cutting them. She kept telling me to relax in a rude way, and also kept pushing/slapping my hand out of the way before I could even process to move it, and even jerked my hand. I could not relax due to her filing my finger instead of my actual nail, along with not listening to me. The second picture is what I got. I paid $68 for service that was horrible. I went in for a regular acrylic nail soak off, but instead was met with an extremely painful experience. Instead of a soak off I received a yanking of my nail with a tip of a acrylic nail which resulted with my nail beds looking terrible. I told the nail tech that it hurts several times, but instead of listening to me while I was communicating that I wanted the acrylic soak off all she said was "it'll take too long" and continued ruining my nails. We decided to just get our feet done because in the middle of our "pedicure" they did a horrible horrible job. I love my nail salon!!! Lucy does a perfect job on my pedicure! She is so much fun to talk with!!! She doesn't mind taking out my ingrown toenails. Get the deluxe pedi you won't regret it!!! Tony and Henry have done my manicure and it lasts so much long than any other salon I've tried. The salon is beautiful inside!!! It's my go to salon for mani/pedis! When I came for my appointment today, Saturday, the salon was very busy. It was full! I can't wait another day to have these nails done!!!! After yard work and some home renovations my nails looked soooo bad! It's incredible that Envy Nail cares about what type of nails I get. I had acrylics put on and Tony was upset anyone would put that on my thin nails. He recommended SOS to strengthen my nails without damaging them. If your nails are thin and weak, try this application. It's not thick like acrylics that are nail damaging, it's a powder. Henry did two thicknesses of the SOS. I got the French manicure polish! Outrageously priced for the quality and lasting of nails. Not sanitary. The tech had the audacity to get loud with me when I asked to just take my nails off instead of leaving me with my real nail showing and them being crookedly cut. AND THEN CHARGED ME. Got a normal pedicure on a Monday. By the next morning, my big toe was swollen and bright red. Went to the doctor and they told me that I had a fungus from where they had cut my cuticle too deep. Worst nail salon I have ever been to! Last attempt, they cut me 3 times. I figured it was just a busy day, so I gave them another chance. Today, after two hours, arguing with me as I continually told them the shape was not what I wanted, I have the worst SNS manicure and pedicure I have ever had. Henry is awful! Do not go here! They are incredibly rude, and they didn't even finish my nails with the standard SNS technique. I am disgusted with their customer service! She rubbed lotion of hands and arms for not even a full second. She then directed me to wash my hands. She snarled at me and rolled her eyes when she saw huge streaks and clumps of lotion still on my arms. She made a rude comment about it, and I said "usually you're supposed to rub the lotion in." She continued to give me a dirty look. My nails were filed uneven and there was globs of polish still on the skin around the nail. I politely asked her to remove it (takes not even a full minute). I have gone to this nail salon several times. If you can see Mimi, she does a fine job. Things went downhill when her husband got there. He did my nails and the same day I got home, they started to peel. He was told when I got back the next time what happened, and he got really pissed. He started to squeeze my hand hard like he was trying to break bones, tapped my hand with the nail file instead of on the table, and told me he could tell I was the type of person that had money come and go all the time because he was a palm reader. He cut the sides of my fingers with the drill. He got mad because I wanted to leave my nails in the dryer the full 60 seconds between coats of gel. He rushes u to pull them out quick before the timer goes off, probably why they didn't dry before and peeled the same day. He acts like a nutcase. If she was in business just for herself she would be better off, but since he came, he ruined what she had going. Won't return because of him. He always tells you Mimi is busy too so u can't see her. I came in for a gel polish replacement & filled out their form asking which kind of free beverage I wanted. He also asked how I wanted my nails done & I showed him the EXACT style I wanted! I was just asking for a duplication of EXACTLY what I was showing him. Then he walked over to a chair a few feet away & started fixing the sample color charts WHILE I WAITED 15 minutes. IT WAS LIKE I WAS INVISIBLE!!! When he saw that I was about to leave, he finally called me over & started removing my old polish. After he'd wrapped my nails, he WANDERED AWAY towards the back. I asked what happened to my free beverage & the other tech said they were JUST SO, SO, SO BUSY they could get to it. (Total B.S., by the way.) Finally, the original tech asked which kind of beverage I wanted. I told him the one I'd circled, but they didn't have that! I picked a 2nd choice, but they didn't have that either. They finally gave me a warm can of Diet Coke. Then a completely different guy came from somewhere in the back & started working on my nails. I was getting French tips & I asked him to do a pink base. He said "No. I won't do that!" Seriously??? WTF??? (He wasn't the least bit polite about it either!) The end result looks like CRAP! The white part is uneven, crooked & different for each nail.
