I really wanted to like this salon but two things made it disappointing. One, the blonde-haired receptionist wearing glasses is unwelcoming, she is unfriendly, rude, condescending, and lacks basic customer service skills. I was not rude to her and remained exceptionally friendly and polite towards her so I did not appreciate her purposefully being rude. Second, my dip nail polish lasted exactly 5 days before it all came crumbling off. I take really good care of my nails and have never had this happen before. Dip lasts me a minimum of 1 month. The receptionist who did my nails cleaned a lot of the nail polish that came onto the sides of my nails, with her own nails, instead of using an acetone-dipped brush to clean the sides. Likely, this is what caused my nails to not last. Not worth the price I paid. read more

Avoid this shop if owner is not present especially for SN I brought my wife to do an SNS (which she's been doing for years now) and she had to argue with the manicurist on how she wants it done. She even showed pictures and they still argued with her. Even after she was vocal about it they still argued with her. Then her manicurist started to criticize her request with other manicurists. Body language says all even when spoken in another language. Plus it helps to have an instant translator app on your phone to figure out what they were saying. Sadly the ambiance changed at this shop once the owner left and the attitudes came out along with the rude comments amongst themselves. I found the shop for my wife and she wasn't happy with the end result. As a fellow manager and ex business owner, I think the owner should be aware how rude her staff become and how little customer service skills they display once she has left her shop. And sadly once my wife was vocal about her dislike, the manicurist displayed her anger in how she was doing her work. This is unacceptable no matter what the customer asks for. And it all started because my wife likes her SNS done a bit thinner. But the manicurist (and fellow manicurists) all said it was imposible. Then went to complain and criticize in another language. Very unprofessional display in my personal opinion and my wife felt very judged by them. I hope the owner addresses this and reminds the staff that the customer dictates how they want the service. I would suggest to avoid this shop if the owner is not present. I have included the picture my wife showed them along with the work they did. Granted this is after my wife had to extensively argue with them to get it as close as she like them. *** Update *** I stand corrected, the owner is just as rude (see her response) and lacks customer service skills like her employees. Love coming here! Stumbled upon this place a few months ago and popped in for a mani/pedir now I can't stop coming back! Wen is absolutely amazing and her memory is impeccable - always knows what colors/designs I've previously gotten. I love that they have a loyalty card so every time you visit you get a stamp, 10 stamps = $10 off your next visit. I believe you get double stamps if you pay cash! When I called back in once I got to my car and realized how bad my fingers hurt and look, the owner was unwilling to even hear my concerns, claiming "Accidents happen," and "Cuticles get dry this time of year," and wouldn't even attempt to make it right. I have been coming for years because of the employees here. Today we had the WORST experience ever here because of LAUREN the owner. My mom and I had an appointment. I was scheduled with a specific person and she was too. Because they were behind schedule (totally understandable), I wasn't able to get who I had an appointment with (I ended up being okay with this) as I understand it's busy. We both had appointments. My mom asked lauren for clarification on what happened with the appointment and Lauren BLAMED the nail technician for why the appointment was late. As my mom and I left (already outside walking to our car) LAUREN the OWNER runs out after us attacking us telling us not to come back there again. My mom asked if this was a race thing? And lauren on video said yes. I started recording late but I will post little bit of video I actually took of her. My mom is a cosmetologist and extremely professional. Lauren shouldn't even be able to run a business as she clearly doesn't know how to. As a business owner myself, I ensure that my clients are satisfied or at least assured they would be taken care of. She told us the schedule was tight so basically beat it. We thought she came outside to apologize to us instead attacked us OUTSIDE of the salon. We will NEVER give this place business again and I see why all of my friends stopped coming here such a long time ago. The techs are so sweet but management is HORRID here. It's embarrassing.
