I used to go to this salon over 20 years ago. Today I went in because I had my nails and toes done at another salon In Matthews and they looked horrible! Needless to say Brenda did my nails and my nails have not looked this good in YEARS! My polish change in my toes looked as though I had gotten a pedicure! I'm being too nice with the stars. I'm Giving it a two star review due to the fact that they let me come in 30 minutes before closing to get a full set gel nails. They told me if I was there before 6:30 PM then they'll fit me in. Ultimately I showed him a picture of the style of nails that I wanted And told them the name of it as well which is the ballerina and what I got was a longer version of the basic box in a sense and I was not happy at all. She never gave me a chance to say if I liked it or not. She spoke to her coworkers continuously. I was still generous in leaving a tip but I will not come back. read more

My nails and everything was perfectly fine but soon as I left the salon my nails stared hurt badly and it starting to red and have even more pain. For this short length nail it was 50 dollars which I found it to be bit expensive compare to the other salon I used to go to. But the lady who did my nails waS friendly and nice but the price for this nails wasn't worth it. read more

My manicure lasted less than 24 hours(VINALUX, which in normally lasts at least a week), my nail bed was destroyed from scrubbing the nail after leaving cuticle softening solution for too long that it softened my nails), then they buffed if, which made it even worse. Shape was uneven and no attention to details whatsoever. Plus they don't even give u disposable flip flops, they let u walk bare feet from pedi station to nail ones and from there to wash your hands. She then looks at me and says she has a client coming in right now and tells me I have to wait. Why not say "hey I have a client coming in so it will be a wait" instead of telling me you will fix it now, sit me in your chair then tell me to get up. read more

Terrible service! I went in for a simple gel manicure on a Friday around 5 ... the nail tech asks me "how can I help" when I walked in but when I tell her what I need she looks worried & says "ooh no , can you come back we very busy" mind you it's 2 customers & 4 employees in the building. I ask how long she says in an hour I said oh no and turned to leave. Smh what kind of business treats new customers that way. I would not recommend at all!!! read more

The best place to get your mani/pedi! Super clean, neat, organized. I ask for Mary when I go, but the 3 of them are excellent (Nancy, Brenda, Mary). They have a huge selection of colors and gel polish. My gel mani lasts forever!!!! (and I do all house chores/cooking). Definitely recommend it. Call or ask for appointment. These ladies are wonderful. Unlike other salons, they take the time to do a great job and don't rush even when they're busy. My fingernails and toenails always look just the way I want them to - beautifully shaped and polished. Equally important is that this salon is always very clean and well stocked with nail color options. I normally schedule an appointment but when I forget, I appreciate that they're honest about the time I may have to wait. It's not always obvious that they're busy since I can't see who was smart enough to schedule an appointment. :-) Their honesty allows me to make a decision about staying or coming back later. read more

FINALLY...I have found a nail salon I will be staying with and even looking forward to going to again! I am very picky when it comes to nail salons, as I think we ALL should be because nail fungus isn't something I want and it is difficult to get rid of AND easy for salons to keep from happening. I was referred here by another client I know who cuts my hair. Her nails aLways look great. It's close to my home in Cotswold with easy access. I took a chance when I had a free evening and called and was given an appt in an hour! The first thing I noticed was HOW CLEAN the entire salon was! I was greeted warmly by Brenda who also did my fill-in which was done at my past salon. She made NO issue about picking up where others had already worked. Her equipment came straight from under UV cleaning, which I truly am thrilled to see they have & use! She was friendly and willing to chat as she did her magic, which I like. I love my fills! The price was current with what other area salons charge. Also a HUGE PLUS for me they have lots of colors of polishes, esp.the VERY brights, which I like for summer! Lastly, something I'll keep in mind for next visit...they are right next door to a Pizza Hut ToGo that has daily specials. OR I can go see a movie before or after at the cimemas in the same shopping center. You can sure say that I'm a happy camper...minus the tent! They do take walk-ins. read more

I have been going to this place for the longest time. Not only is it near my house, but the polish lasts awhile. I have been to other places where the polish washed off the next day.
