I've been a loyal customer of this Envy Nails in Melbourne since 2018 and there's a reason I keep coming back. In 2023, I took a brief hiatus from nails. Easter weekend of 2026, I decided to give B&B Nails in Palm Bay a try since Envy Nails didn't have an appointment available--which, honestly, is no surprise because they are always busy. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of their work and the number of happy, returning clients they have. Unfortunately, my experience elsewhere reminded me exactly why I never should have strayed. The service was unprofessional from start to finish--I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, my nails came out uneven, and the design looked nothing like what I requested. To make matters worse, I was charged over $120 for just a full set with design. Completely disappointing. When it was time for my fill, I went right back to Sally at Envy Nails, and I couldn't be happier that I did. The difference was night and day. The customer service is exceptional, the staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their clients, and the salon itself is spotless. Not to mention, their prices are more than reasonable for the level of quality and care you receive. If you're in the Brevard County area and looking for beautiful, glamorous nails without spending your entire day (or breaking the bank), I highly recommend Envy Nails. This is my second time coming to Envy nails. I found this place just by doing research online and reading the reviews. I believe when you have a good or bad experience you should let others know. The first time I came here I was extremely pregnant. I was instantly greeted when I entered and everyone had a smile on their face. I was a walk in and asked for a pedicure. I was seated pretty quickly in one of the spa chairs. I had the pleasure of having my pedicure done by the older man. He was very careful as he can tell I was a bit swollen. The calf and leg massage felt incredible and he was very precise with the nail painting. I was very pleased by the service. The second time I brought by mother with me. We both decided to get pedicures. Again walked in and no wait at all. Greeted right away with smiles. We had only planned to get our feet done but decided to get full sets at the last minute. We did not get any attitudes in fact they looked happy that we chose to get our nails done too. I got the acrylics and my mother got the nail dip. They closed at 7 and we actually did not get done until 8:00. We did not get any attitude and we were not rushed. I've been going here for years up until now. My husband and I had an appt for two pedicures. Had to listen to the owners child on FaceTime crying while we are trying to relax and enjoy our pedicures as she is working with a customer. Very unprofessional. When I made the appt I made an appt for my nails also and was told the owner would do them right after my pedicure. Pedicure was finished at 10 when, owner was with another customer. I asked Sally when she was doing my nails and she said your appt is at 11. This was not communicated to me. I wouldn't have waited an hour between appts and make my husband wait two hours til I was done. When she finally did my nails she told me she was not going to take appts from me anymore cause this was the second time I got upset. First time we had appts and they took two people before us that didn't have appts. I have waited numerous times for long periods of time when I did and didn't have an appt to get my nails done and because I voiced being upset because the lack of communication and poor time management between customers I'm told she will not take appts from me anymore after spending $139 there. Time for a new place. Good customer service would have been apologizing for the mis communication not telling a loyal customer you aren't going to take appointments from them anymore. read more

I had such an amazing experience and had to leave a review for Lee and Sally! Lee did my pedicure and it was absolutely perfect. She was so thorough, gentle, and really took her time to make sure everything looked and felt amazing. My feet have never felt so soft and refreshed, and the polish came out flawless. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Sally did my nails and WOW -- she is incredibly talented! She paid attention to every little detail and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. The shape, the design, everything turned out even better than I imagined. Let me start out by saying I'm a former nail technician and I'm very picky where I go to get my nails done. Sally, the owner, has impeccable sanitation in her salon. The pedi bathes get a disposable liner to avoid cross contamination, which is very important to decrease the chances of getting fungus. They offer a wide variety of pedicure services, from your basic, to a variety of spa pedicures. The salon is beautifully decorated and is brightly lit. They treat each of their clients with such class and are greeted as they walk through the door. Sally is very skilled in the newest trends in nail design and styles. While you're having your service done they offer anything from a glass of wine, margarita, soda, or water. Me and my boyfriend have been looking for a nail salon since moving down here and it has been difficult to find a place that makes your feel comfortable while also providing above and beyond service! Every worker is diligent and kind in their service and wants to ensure the most comfort and enjoyment in your time with them. Salons near the coast are always very popular, one thing I have learned since moving down south with my boyfriend, so highly recommend making an appointment! I'd never gotten my nails done before, and my friend brought me here to try it out. I had an awesome time and I'm so happy with my nails! I believe my nail tech's name was Brian, and he did my acrylics the exact size and shape that I wanted. His wife, whose name I didn't get, did the art--I wanted chrome powder but she convinced me to try a cat eye which was the same price and looks fantastic! I'm very pleased with my first manicure and the experience! They have a very wide selection of colors and powders and such, and they take such pride in their work. Best nail salon EVER!!! I rarely take the time to review places, but after my experience today I had to rave about this place just a little bit. The salon is very clean. Nothing but sweet people who did an amazing job. Sally fixed the mistakes of another nail salon without any hesitation. Nancy gave me the BEST pedicure I've had in my life! They have complimentary water, soda, wines, or margaritas, and with the option to add a paraffin wax treatment, there's no way you can leave not feeling spoiled, relaxed, and beautiful. Came in for a full set and pedicure. Sally did my acrylic set. She is absolutely amazing everytime she does my nails. She is always inviting and treats you like a friend. Ms. Lee did my pedicure, she has the magic touch because she makes me feel so relaxed. She does everything with care and makes me feel like family. I've been going to Envy nails and spa since it first opened. Sally is the owner and excellent nail tech. Her boyfriend Henry is also excellent, I used to get pedicures when he worked at the mall. Her parents perform the pedicures and they do a lovely job. Warm towels, paraffin, scented scrub of your choice and hot stones. Reasonably priced! They work as a team to make you feel pampered. The massage chairs are new and the whole salon is CLEAN! Free drinks when you come in. I'm only disappointed that they are so busy now that I have to make an appointment! read more

My girlfriend has been going to get her nails done there since it opened and has been so pleased. Sally is a sweetheart .. very professional and great at her job. Her customer service is on point!!!! My first time at Envy was just about a year ago and this is the only place I will go. I have had pedicures and manicures done here. I have been helped by a few different nail techs and have been pleased everytime. Even when I have had a nail break, I go back and they fix it at no cost. I had my nails done on Sunday by Temy!! I have to say she was the nicest nail tech I've ever had!! She was courteous, listened to what I was asking for and very professional. This hidden gem is a great choice for nail and wax services. My sister and I went for the first time today. All the techs were courteous, experienced, and funny. I came here for the first time today with my mother and have found my new nail salon. Henry, Sally and her mom Holly are all great. They just recently opened the nail salon and it is nice and clean.
