I decided to try this place for a full set because my cousin goes there for pedicures, but 2 days later, two nails popped off, followed by a third nail the next day. The pedicures are wonderful but the best is Sally I have been getting the powdered nails and she is the best I have ever had in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and now Florida she does a great job they last over 2 weeks, they don't peel, and they're very thin. I use my nails for everything I Am rough on them at work in the hospital setting, I am a gardener and a crafter and they hold up beautifully. The only reason there aren't a lot of reviews yet is because they just had their grand opening this Sunday. These prices are amazing. I love this place and I love the people. I usually like the dipping powder but it doesn't last long with longer nail tips but Sally found a better way to work around this. She does the best ombre nail effect around Melbourne and she will work with you to give you what you love. Also the waxing was not painful, which is a huge plus. Found my new place. read more

I was not pleased with the customer service. I had questions about the service provided and felt rushed. I am new to the area so relied on yelp to help guide me on the top ranked salons. The place had a giant roach that flew on me and crawled on my leg during my service. As the technician then proceeded to kill the insect with her hands (no gloves) she continued to proceed with my pedicure as if nothing happened. No one offered an apology. No one offered a discounted service. The other technicians began to chatter in their native language and informed the owner who was also working on a client. Not even the owner, Sally, who was made aware apologized. She ignored the issue which I feel was unprofessional. If I could give this place no stars I would. WORST mani/pedi I have ever gotten. My normal place was closed and I was desperate this place had awesome reviews so I thought why not. What a MISTAKE. The gel polish came off my fingernails after three days, usually I can go 2 weeks minimum. The man who did my pedicure cut my nails so short and rounded them instead of cutting them straight across, when I saw what he was doing and told him to stop. But it was to late and now three months the later I am dealing with an ingrown toenail that is painful and expensive. The place reminded me of an assembly line you know get them in and out as fast as possible. Think twice before you waste your money!!!! read more

Old man with dirty hands gave me a manicure on the first attempt but the pedicure was decent so went back for just a pedi... They sat me with an older woman who clearly did not have a license to be giving a pedicure! Shehad NO idea how to cut a cuticle and was actually just making "air cuts"! Sally the owner very disrespectful to my adult disabled stepdaughter. We went 3 times my stepdaughter liked her work. Sally showed frustration and voiced it loud enough for others to each time having to deal with her hands. The last time we were advised to remove all the dipped nails and polish before we arrived. We tried for hours, acetone does not take off gel or dipped nails easily we could not get 3 of them off. Sally was again frustrated and showed no empathy towards my stepdaughter. We left and found another place who had no issues at all and said we would have never gotten everything off with the acetone. This is also discrimination against a disabled person as part of the service is removing the old nails and polish. Others are not asked to remove it. My biggest issue was how could someone treat a disabled person like this, getting her nails done is suppose to lift her spirits. She is already so conscience about her disabilities. You can't take a extra few minutes of your day to treat someone with respect and dignity. To make their lives just a little better. I can guarantee you, you have no idea how difficult her life. You were just concerned how busy you were... I hope you take advise and treat disable people with the same respect you would someone else. read more

The people who work here are very rude. We scheduled an appointment, but they seemed to be scrambling to find someone to do our nails. They point and tell you "pick your color", "sit", "wait". They do not do a good job with the nail services at all. I was cut several times during my pedicure and my basic manicure was sloppy and not done well at all. One of the WORST experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. I was just getting off work on a Friday afternoon, and in such a good mood! When I walked in, the host/receptionist was laying on the waiting area chairs, with no shoes on, no mask, no gloves, nothing! On top of that she was so rude, rolled her eyes when I walked in and she acted like I was such an inconvenience. Next, she pointed to a chair and said "sit." My manicurist was equally as rude. He ignored everything I said and instead of asking for my hand or telling me to put it in the water, he snapped his fingers and pointed. BUT WITH SUCH A NASTY ATTITUDE. All while I am getting my nails done, a woman (who also worked there) was sitting in the seat next to me, and was on face-time with her screaming child, SCREAMING. The woman was also screaming into the phone (& into my ear). As if it couldn't get any worse, they gave me the wrong service and charged me double what I was supposed to pay. Made an appointment before coming in for a full set and pedicure on Saturday. Young guy who greeted me was rude and said it would be an hour and I stated even with a appointment. He said we don't make appointments on Saturdays. Guess who ever answered the phone should have gotten the memo. I was taken to a chair to be serviced by the rude young guy who kept going on about how they don't take appointments. Then said that it would be an hour to get my feet done cause there were two ladies waiting. Then said that it would ten mins I said no thank you and paid for my nails and left. Did not help with bringing my items to the drying area. I will not be back this place needs some work. My nails are ok nothing to brag about. Love this place. I got a sns manicure and it was great! I had an appointment with Sally and she was excellent! She did the manicure quick but it was perfect. They have more sns color selections than any salon I've been to. The sns was well done and is not thick at all like some salons.
