I really wanted to like this place and I really tried, but I am sad to say I will not go back. When I came in for a mani/pedi, there was no one in the shop. However, even though I was the only customer, the rushed through the manicure and pedicure and I was in and out even before my nails dried. The polish on my nails are now smeared and now I will have to get another manicure to fix the shoddy job these girls did. Very unprofessional job. Although they were polite, they were not friendly. There is another pedicure place in downtown Kirkland that I usually go to and needless to say, they will have my business from now on. Great place for nails... But don't go there for waxing.... They use the same applicator for each person ... It looks like a roll on deodorant. This is NOT hygenic! I will definitely go to them for nails again (because they do an amazing job and are super friendly), but not for waxing. read more

The pedicures are fine/average, but they don't keep their reservations. I've made appointments for all five times I've been there. Once for three pedis - which was the last time I made the appointment. They swore to me that they would be able to accommodate all three of us at 1:30 exactly because my sister had a flight to catch. We got there, and they said we would need to wait thirty minutes, and they would only be able to accommodate two of us. read more

I badly needed a pedicure but was on a time crunch. I called ahead to make sure that they could take me right away and was told yes of course. I get there at the appointed time and there are 2 other customers getting their nails done. I asked them if they could still see me right away and they said yes yes, and sat me down. Then I waited. 5 min later she tells me it would be 'just 5 more min'. I told her I had to leave by a certain time and she said, no problem. Then another couple came in wanting to get their shellac nails redone. They were fine with waiting, but we're told it would be 'only 5min'. When the lady finished up with her previous customer, she then preceded to take the couple who came after me and take their shellac off!! I understand not wanting to lose a customer and normally I don't mind waiting but if I've specifically called ahead to make sure I could be seen and then am made to wait another 15-20min while a customer who walks in after me is attended to, that's just not ok in my book. read more

First time trying this place out and I'm very happy with my mani (gel) and pedicure (regular). I didn't have an appt so I was anticipating a long wait but I was seated within a minute or two walking in and only waited five minutes before someone started on my pedicure. The owner's mother did my pedicure and Lily did my manicure. Both turned out amazing! I like how they add the sugar scrub and paraffin wax without charging extra. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Just a heads, they are a smaller salon so don't come in without an appt expecting they drop everything and attend to you (see previous reviews from pretentious people). Some people need to calm down and realize the world doesn't revolve around them. read more

I came to get my nails done with a coupon I received in the mail. I arrived at 9:45am and they were not open. ( hours on the door say they open at 9:00am) Two women finally arrived at 9:45 am. I decided to wait in my car a few minutes so they could open the shop, etc. While I was waiting outside in my car, I began hearing the women shouting and screaming at each other from inside the shop! This place isn't fancy, but I've never gotten a bad pedicure yet. The owner is the main technician and she takes her time, is friendly and charges a very reasonable price. On only my second time in, I realized AFTER services I forgot my wallet. She was very understanding when I had to drive home and come back to pay her. This place is fantastic for spa mani/pedi for only $33 (includes tax). You get full massage on hands and forearms, and feet and calves. You will also get a shoulder massage while you watch TV from massaging chairs....GREAT service. This place is not pretty, and I would NOT recommend a wax (the waxing room is a makeshift bed with a dirty sheet on top, children's pillows, and is in the same room as storage and the coffee maker). French tips aren't great, but the regular mani/pedi's are some of the best I have encountered. Walk-ins welcome, great service for the price. read more

Took my mom and dad there today and we had three different women giving us pedicures. All three of us were really happy. Just got the basic pedicure and it was great. Good, thorough job. I came here for a shellac mani. The reviews were good so i decided to check it out. I forgot the name of the guy who did my nails but he was a young guy. He was super detailed and gentle with my cuticles. The shellac came out beautiful and smooth. And they have a punch card! 5 services gets u $10 off next service. Must go and try for yourself. I got a groupon for this place so went on and tried it. I must say I never in my life had a manicure and pedicure done in .... half and hour!! I am not kidding- got there for my appt at 3:30pm and by 4:00, the time of their next appt I was done, moved out of the chair. And this is with the spa pedicure which includes a massage and parafin treatment!!! Not that I don't apreciate speedy service, but I didn't get to soak my feet or hands at all, they just started. One lady was working on my feet and the other lady on my manicure. I felt pulled, pushed around and rushed. I got a nice new coat of nail polish, but that's about it. My dried skin on my heels is still there, untouched. I think some businesses make offers thru groupon to get customers in the door and then they frantically rush thru them. I think they should also focus on the service and experience they provide if they want to retain customers beyond the special groupon pricing offer. I went in for a mani/pedi before a flight that afternoon. There was two employees and one customer. One of them was working on their customer so the other one took me. I was a little confused because she sat me at a tub someone had just left from without cleaning it. I've always had my hands and feet soaked and rough skin moved from my feet. The woman started by filing my nails, no soaking, then another customer walked in with her daughter. She told them 10 mins and filled up the soaking tubs for them to soak their feet while she continued on me. She then returned to me put two coats on my toes and walked away. Then her and the other employee switched places and she started working on his customer and he went over and started working on this woman and child that had come in after me. A couple people walked in and they told them 10 mins. So I sat waiting for someone to finish my toes and start my hands. Finally I spoke up and said I didn't have the time to sit and wait and I'd come in before the other customers they were now working on. The woman working there said something to her customer and they laughed and then said it would be five minutes. I said I've been sitting here now for 20 min and no longer could wait, so the woman that had worked on me ran over with nail polish I told her I had to go. She then charged me for a full pedicure and kept saying come back. I would never recommend this place. Felt like the place wasn't sterile and they were in considerate of my time. read more

A second was doing my hands, she only massaged one side , my left i presume because it was easier to get to. This shop is HORRIBLE! if I could give a zero as a rating I would.I went in there last minute because my shop was closed and I'm never going there again, they are very rough with your nails and they split my skin away from my real nails and every time i said it hurt she just smiled and kept doing it. My brand new full set popped off like press on nails TWO DAYS after i got them on and by the time i left I could feel my pulse in all my finger tips. I am new to the neighborhood and wanted to start walking to places, like out to eat and getting my nails done, so I gave this place a try. I asked for a pedicure and was shown to a seat and placed my feet in the hot water, then sat for a good 10 minutes before the pedicure began. I had asked for a "pedicure", and at $23 I expected the same basic pedicure I get at every other salon, which always includes a delightful foot and leg massage that lasts at LEAST 10 minutes, usually longer - my favorite part of a pedicure. The massage for this pedicure lasted less then 2 minutes. The tech had no personality or customer relations skills. Another customer who was about to get a pedicure asked what the "special spa pedicure" consisted of and she was told they didn't have time to give her a special spa pedicure, "We are rushed, we are so busy". At that point they didn't look very busy. It doesn't do any good to rush through a client and give them an unsatisfactory experience so you can hurry on to the next client, if none of them are happy and, like me, won't be going back. Last but not least, customers who had just had a pedicure were instructed to walk across a damp, dirty floor in their bare feet to another chair to wait for their polish to dry. I hate to use this phrase but "slam, bam, thank you ma'am" is exactly what came to mind when I left there. Overall, not a satisfactory experience at all and not worth $23. read more
