After purchasing my certified…read morevehicle, I was promised my plates, registration, and the manufacturer key fob that should come with a Honda Certified Pre‑Owned car. None of these were provided in a timely or professional manner. My temporary tag expired on 3/30/26, yet I still had no plates or registration. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I was repeatedly told there was "no information," and at one point was even told I "shouldn't get pulled over," which was completely unacceptable. Many of my messages went unanswered, and communication overall was inconsistent and dismissive. When I finally received a photo of a key fob, it wasn't even the correct one for my vehicle. I was told it "didn't matter," which is not true for a certified vehicle that is required to include the proper manufacturer key fob. As of today, I still have not received the correct key fob. I eventually had to call the dealership's DMV department myself, where I learned that the employee handling my paperwork was no longer with the company and that a signature mismatch had caused the delay. My plates and registration finally arrived on 4/10/26 -- long after my temporary tag expired. I was also informed that it would take a month to receive a refund for the registration fees, even though I was charged far more than the actual state cost. Because of the dealership's failure to provide required certified‑vehicle equipment, I also had to escalate the issue to Honda Corporate. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to be aware of these issues.

You would think they'd have common sense and stop calling a phone number that never answers their calls since it likely means they're uninterested. But no, daily phone calls to my number and voicemails as well. I guarantee that when I find myself in need of a new car, I will not be coming here. They can not follow simple directions of removing someone from their call list. My number is on the national do not call registry, and its been on there since 2022. Yet this company continues to send me an obscene amount of telemarketing calls. So I've reported them to the FTC and I sincerely hope y'all get investigated for this utter nonsense.

He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. First, they refused to honor a tire warranty I had from another dealership, which was already disappointing. Then, I was told they don't offer Sunbit financing for amounts over $1,000. When I questioned this, they suddenly backtracked on that statement, which made the whole situation feel unprofessional and unreliable. To make matters worse, I was told a single tire would cost around $310 and that they would "see what they can do" on the price. That kind of vague response, especially for something that expensive, didn't inspire any confidence and felt like they were just trying to smooth things over without actually helping. Overall, this experience has completely turned me off from this service department. I will not be returning, and at this point, I'm seriously reconsidering ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again.
