We WERE frequent customers but after today there are better options! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sheet pizza for staff and it had a sour, tangy weird taste, almost like sharp cheese. SEVEN employees all said this taste is weird. I called and spoke to management and asked if maybe they changed the recipe, he was so rude to me and I even took half sheet back to show and talk to him (I always have a sheet put into two boxes). I wanted him to taste it and he of course wouldn't and said he tried a piece they had there and it was fine and doesn't know what to tell me. Said they just received a new shipment of cheese and didn't have any old spoiled cheese and said they don't even use cheddar cheese. I said I don't know what it is but it is clearly not right!! My staff usually devours it and they each barely ate one slice and I wasted $42.14 The manager only wanted to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with it. Clearly he knows all and all seven of us are just idiots. He said no one else complained and it was just me so clearly I'm wrong. Don't waste your time and money here because clearly the manager has no customer service skills and doesn't care when food taste sour and something is not right with it!! P.S. NO I have never complained so that's not the reason he wanted to argue with me. Here is a tip for the manager How about a I'm so sorry this didn't meet your expectations let me make this right not argue with regular customers and me feel like I am the problem!!!! You can bet I have told everyone I talked to today how poorly I was treated over a freaking breakfast pizza.

Went to Factory last night and ordered the fiesta bowl and was highly disappointed. Over cooked rice, barely any corn or beans and the chicken was lacking in flavor. Overall the taste was pretty bland had to get extra sauce to put on it just so I could eat it. Someone else got the chicken caprese and there was one basil leaf on the entire sandwich! Chicken was dry and had no flavor. Chips were way too salty and inedible. Really disappointed, the quality continues to go down while the prices go up. At some point the "our operating costs are going up" spin will only get you so far while the overall taste and quality of the food continues to decline.

I've had pizza my entire life from living downstate, MD, VA and here. This ranks high on the bad ones. Reading the reviews I was somewhat hopeful but then again, seeing reviews from here is a crap shoot as so many praise places I think are inferior and wouldn't eat there. Some seem to get praised more for length of time in business rather than on food taste, quality etc. So for my family I'm sad to say Pizza on the Plaza is a bust!
