I was recently talking about bad pizza with my daughter whose husband is from the Binghamton area and I mentioned how Terrible the pizza was at Brozzetti's. Her reaction was "OMG my husband swears by the place, they all love it". This actually reminds me of friends from Taylor/ Wilks-Barre PA that swear by the greatness of Old Forge Pizza. Let me be clear, this pizza is glorified ELLIO's frozen pizza. While visiting Johnson City i was told by acquaintances, I must have the pizza at Brozzetti's. "It's Life Changing". This is tasteless generic pizza. I could have chewed on the cardboard box with some sauce and not noticed the difference. I would travel to New Haven, Brooklyn, Chicago, even Phoenix (which i hear has excellent pizza), and I appreciate different styles like Detroit style pizza, But I'm glad I didn't make the trip to Johnson City purposely for Brozzetti's. This is probably the best spot for pizza takeout in the Binghamton area. They mostly only do pizza but their pizza is absolutely epic. It has a unique flavor and their sauce is one of a kind that you will not find elsewhere. My family of 5 small people can finish off a sheet pizza for dinner. This pains me to say this, but yesterday (4/13/2026 1:00pm) I bought a large plain pizza to go. It was quite literally the single worst pizza I've ever had. It visually looked bad, under cooked, and not consumable. My sister and I both could not eat even half of the one slice we had and tossed the rest. I have never even had a frozen pizza that bad. Sad because years ago it was a decent pie. It should be noted that the guys working in there seemed pretty decent. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill and quickly. They used to have a unique but delicious pizza. We recently ordered up a garlic, cheese and a pepperoni pizza. Got home and noticed the cuts for the slices were smaller. Ok, no problem. The garlic, cheese looked good but was lacking in garlic. Ok a little garlic powder took care of that. Now the pepperoni pizza was an immediate fail. Big time fail, a fail to the point they should hang their heads in shame. First off, who the heck cuts pepperoni rounds in half ? The worst part wasn't just that the rounds were cut in half but the pepperoni was so thin you could read through it. Im serious ! I picked off a piece of pepperoni and there wasn't enough to it to even taste it. I have to say that this business that I've known and frequented my entire life has changed to the point I can't recommend it to anyone. Was in beautiful Johnson City, NY today and was in the mood for pizza (what's new). The picture of the pie I got is a bit deceiving. To be honest it looked pretty bad when I opened the box. Thankfully it didn't taste too bad. Sauce is in the sweet side and it's a little greasy. This place inside looks like a crappy convenience store. Love their pizza when its fresh, this is the 2nd time I ordered a cheese pizza waited the 20 minutes only to receive a cold and old pizza that was obviously made hours ago. Very disappointing when they are charging 15 bucks for a small 10 slice pizza and you wait the 20 minutes to receive a fresh hot pizza and instead get handed and old cold pizza because they are trying to use up the already made inventory. Loved this when in Binghamton, quite honestly it think the plane cheese is my favorite pizza in the world. The dough is sweet - totally unique and has an amazing flavor. The sauce is tart but really good and the blend of cheeses makes it a little gooey to eat. I came back to Binghamton 4 years after graduating. One of the main reasons was to try Brozzetti's pizza. I never heard of it before - but it is apparently legendary! It sits in back of the hospital in JC, and like many people who choose to drink the water in Binghamton, it is kept ALIVE by the people of the hospital in JC. There are no tables, so you will invariably be eating with locals in the parking lot beside hospital workers taking a smoke break out of sight of their bosses (and lung cancer patients). I wouldn't even say it's a step up from Elios. It is one of those crappy pizzas so unique that once in a while you get that taste in your mouth's mind and can't get it out until you have another slice. The crust is chewy, and by the end of the rectangle pie the slices are just worthless. The sauce is a grade below Hunt's catsup and the cheese is a blend of 2 of the cheapest cheeses at the Giant. I am a fan. I have to warn everyone that Brozzetti's is not what you would typically think of when you think of pizza (especially not in NY). It is a sheet pizza with a slightly sweeter crust. The crust isn't sweet in they way candy is sweet, not overpowering at all, just different. This isn't what I would typically want when craving pizza, Brozzzetti's is kind of in a class of its own. When visiting my college friends in Binghamton we often order a sheet of Brozzetti's before a night of cocktails. It is good to have a slice or two to put something in your stomach, and even better when you get home and need something to soak up the alcohol. They allow you to split the sheet up however you might like and we usually get some plain (half or a quarter) and the rest white. Their white pizza has a delicious garlic sauce on it the goes really well with the slightly sweet crust. To be honest I'm not crazy about their red sauce, but it's just nice to mix it up a little between slices. The sheet pizza costs about $30 the way we get it, so adding meats and other topping will up the price, so it is expensive compared to other sheet pizzas in the ares, but it is huge and I think worth the price once in awhile for something different. You also don't have to order the entire sheet, they also do halves and quarters, but we like to eat the leftovers for days so we always end up with the full. read more

Brozzetti's Pizza is the pizza i've ever had. When you get the 10 cut pizza you can eat it alone or share it with one person and it's very cheap all around. When you walk in it's always done already and still fresh that you can pay and leave. The pizza is on another level with a thin crust, american cheese and amazing sweet dough.
