This has got to be on bottom tier of pies that I've ever had, first off the crust takes up a quarter of the slice, not nearly enough sauce and the dough tastes like it was pulled out of the oven and thrown in the microwave to finish the job. Disappointed with the Service and Charges Went in with hopes for a good Italian meal but left disappointed. The service was lacking -- our waitress disappeared multiple times during the meal, making it hard to get anything we needed. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and underwhelming. We ordered the chicken cutlet parmigiana hero but without the bread which was fine, but I was surprised to see I was charged $21.00 for it plus an extra $6.50 for a side salad. Ordered pasta dish and was charged another $6.50 for side salad-- which should have been included with dinner. To top it off, the bill had errors, and I was overcharged. Definitely double-check your bill if you eat here -- it's easy to miss sneaky add-ons. Waitress stated management told her to include salads as an extra charge. read more

We sat at the bar and had a nice time. Barmaid was friendly and attentive. The locals were fun. One of them even introduced himself to me. The place was clean. Prices reasonable enough. For 3 slices with anchovies, a lasagna, & 2 bottles of Corona, we paid $31. Food was tasty. Portions were huge. Went for lunch today with a friend around 1:20. Proceed to sit down at the bar and wait a minute or two. There are about 6 tables of people eating. We take turns using the rest room and we wait some more. Not a single soul acknowledged us. I saw two waitresses waltzing around but nobody took our drink order or offered a menu. We were treating some friends to an early dinner and this restaurant was conveniently located for all parties. I was a little put off by the previous reviews, but this is where our friends wanted to meet. None of us had been here before. I'm so glad we went. My meal was DELICIOUS. Wood fire grilled balsamic glazed chicken with perfectly seasoned and cooked fresh vegetable medley and orzo noodles with tomato's (plus a salad)! I had enough to bring home to enjoy another meal. The bread also was very tasty. Our table ordered a variety of items from the menu and everyone enjoyed their selection. Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant. Bad aftertaste in your mouth, can not even finish the slice. Buffalo chicken pizza bland and lacked the buffalo sauce. Domino's and even Chuck E Cheese's pizza is so much better. So my husband and I moved here a few months ago and decided to give Enzo's a try, despite the outrageous prices. Calling this a disappointment is being GENEROUS. The apple salad with goat cheese, aside from being almost $11 came with gamey-tasting chicken and a piece of goat cheese the size of a quarter. Literally one single bite of goat cheese. Seriously?? I also ordered Fettuccine Alfredo. By the time I ate it, the sauce had separated (meaning curdled) and was so oily and lacking in any flavor it promptly went in the trash. That alone was $12. I can't remember the last time I was exposed to such awful food. Go to Leo's pizzeria in Washington or even Bensi in Mansfield. Eat here and I guarantee, you'll hate the food and maybe yourself, because you wasted so much money. read more

This place would definitely be in the running for the absolute WORST Italian Restaurant on the planet. I don't think there's enough space to say why this place is so horrible, but it's definitely one of those places that would be featured on the show, "Restaurant Impossible," where Robert Irvine would literally spit the food out after he eats it! In fact, maybe the owners should contact Mr. Irvine as a final and desperate measure to help save them from sinking like the Titanic! I wish Yelp had a way to rate using "Negative" Stars because one star is far too generous for this place! I called for an order and the person on the phone acted extremely bothered and any question was responded with sass. when i picked up my order every single staff memeber gave me rude glares and treated me wrongly. I've ordered catered food from here twice, but have been happy with it each time. The food was always on time, and the staff was very helpful. The owner was very involved in making sure we had enough food, and that we were happy with the food. They even called the next day to see how everything was. Service was great, food was good. and price was fair. I would recommend using them for any party events. However, I have never tried the pizza or the single entrees. 'll have to go back another time and order meal for one. I'm surprised the reviews aren't better. read more

This review is overdue but I'm done with Enzo's. The last two times I ordered food for pick-up, they didn't even begin to make my food or even have the order in the system by the time I showed up (20 minutes later). The guy behind the counter was clueless when I told him my order, because the genius answering the phone never wrote it down. Calling in an order ahead of time to Enzo's apparently means nothing there. I understand mistakes happen but to not even have any record of my order twice is a row in unacceptable. It's a shame because they had some menu items I really liked but the customer service is awful. read more

We ordered 3 subs, turkey and 2 ham, literally each one had 1 single slice of meat all for a total of $26!!! Pathetic! My advice is to go to the store and buy the makings.
