Only reason for the none-5 stars is because they forgot one of the pies we ordered ahead of time so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to get done and we didn't get any apology etc for the inconvenience. They should work on their customer service because the slices are great, but not sure if it's worth it if you have to deal with the staff. I use to order from Leo's before they moved to the ShopRite plaza and they were very good. Now the food is horrible and the staff is nasty. Twice my boyfriend and I have gotten violently sick. Last night we ordered spaghetti Bolognese and the meat was still raw it was disgusting. We had to throw it out. The cheese and ham calzone had one tiny little piece of ham and it smelled funky could not eat it I had to throw it out as well. I will never order from them again! Ordered pizza and waited an hour and 45 minutes for it. Apparently there was an issue with finding the home. Leos called and we verified address. We searched Google maps and house is shown when address is entered, so unsure what the problem was. Perhaps language barrier or just plain stupidity. Pizza was finally delivered cold. When calling about the cold pizza they disconnected. The person calling leos was polite, so I think they just didn't want to be bothered with a complaint. My advise is to go elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never had an experience with Leo's like we've had tonight. My grandmother called and ordered pizza, mind you, they HAVE delivered to them before. They said it would take 40 minutes to an hour. Well, not only did it take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to her house, but they called 2 times to try and find her house (again, the house they've delivered to before) one of which times they hung up on her. My grandfather then called to let them know that we finally did receive the pizza (cold of course) and they didn't seem to care whatsoever and hung up on him too. Not sure what's changed there but it sure shows and it's NOT good. Extremely unhappy with the way they treated my grandparents tonight. Do better. read more

This business has added, to my surprise and not listed on their website, a surcharge for customers paying with a card. This is EXACTLY the kind of thing that kills small businesses: being sheisty with customers, a la hidden fees. Especially during a pandemic, you are trying to incentivize people to pay with a payment method that is OUTDATED and DANGEROUS because it involves more Physical contact?! Never again. Go elsewhere. Leo's Pizza was only a quick stop for me, but I still had plenty of time to get a feel for the restaurant. There is ample space in the parking lot and the interior is cozy, clean, and well decorated. There is plenty of seating, so whether you are in a large party or by yourself, I wouldn't expect a long wait. I also was impressed by the large selection of slices available at the counter. I appreciate the opportunity to pick and choose out of what looks good. The pizza itself is pretty average. It doesn't stand out as the best I've had, but certainly isn't bad in any respect. It is a bit on the greasy side, but the cheese and sauce are good and the crust is standard. The chicken bacon ranch slice was my specialty pick for this day and it was filling. It would have benefitted from a tad more ranch dressing and chicken, but otherwise it was satisfying. read more

Disappointed as we've used Leo's for over 3 years Caesar Salad is made with Brown Iceberg Lettuce not as advertised. Calzone was made with sour cheese and inedible When I called to explain these issues I was told that's " how they make our salads" even though it clearly states on the "menu" that Romaine is used. They also stated they knew their cheese was fresh. Three of us tried the calzone and it was clearly sour -spoiled cheese. Asked for a refund and was told to bring the food back. We insisted the driver pick up the food since it was their mistake. Didn't want to be harsh due to the pandemic as it is hard enough for all of us during this time. Just thought we'd support our local establishment that we've used for over 3 years. Clearly we won't be doing any business with them anymore. Furthermore we were placed on hold for almost five minutes, while the person that answered the phone took more orders and was apparently helping someone at the counter. Completely disgusted. If I could give less than one star I would. Sadly this establishment has gone down hill. Hope the owners rectify their issues. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. read more

An unexpected gem. I'm moving out to this area, and having lived in only Metro areas, I'm used to being disappointed with anything but American style food out in rural areas. We had the pizza from Leo's one night, and it was very good New York style pizza. Not the best, but damned good. A little less sugar in the pizza sauce would make it the perfect New York slice. The following night we showed up at Leo's with a surprise party of SIXTEEN! After their eyes stopped bulging from the sudden crowd, they proceeded to handle us in a very friendly and orderly fashion. For the price point, the establishment was clean and nice enough, very comfortable. My only comment here would be that one stall per sex is not enough for a restaurant that can seat 40. The food ordered was an assortment of everything on the menu, and I was able to sample the francese, vodka, parmesan, meatballs and a fabulous grilled chicken with roasted pepper panini. Everything was up to par, and uniformly delicious and generously portioned. My only critique of the food would be the red sauce again. It was just too darned sweet, and distracted from the other wonderful flavors. I was very pleasantly surprised by Leo's, and I look forward to enjoying their food often. Well done! read more

I think I will have to agree with recent reviews that quality of food has definitely gone down for when they first reopened with the new owners a few years ago. They used to be the place to go for very high quality food at a very reasonable price with huge serving sizes. Now serving sizes have gone down, prices have gone up, and quality has plummeted. Please bring back Leos that we all used to know and love before it goes too far out of control. read more

This pizzaria recently changed owners. We decided to try them out last weekend and got a very good white pie with fresh tomatoes and basil. The garlic was freshly crushed and more than plentiful. We will definitely be back for more! More stars will follow if the quality is maintained. read more

The people who work here are negligent, they are rude and don't seem to care at all about their job or their customers. Ordered from LEO'S during lent, very simple baked penne with melted cheese on top ( SCREWED THAT UP !! ) a simple tuna hoagie, how do you screw that up ?? I don't know but LEO'S found a way ! Tuna was disgusting tasted like VERY old SARDINES !! ( this was delivery by the way) so the last thing left to try was the 3 slices of plain pizza, needless to say what a surprise when I opened the box !! The pizza looked like it had been made on Monday keeping in mind it's Friday!! Great for take out. Free delivery. Really enjoyed Leo's special rigatoni. Comes with salad and white bread. Excellent value for 8 bucks. Don,t expect too much when ordering other pasta dishes thoough. They use same base in the sauce when you order completely differrent pasta dishes. My daughter & her husband we treated very rude on the phone & in the restaurant. To day my daughter ordered a 1/2 cheese - 1/2 mushroom with sausage on two slices. The girl on the phone said that they wouldn't mark it. So this was the last straw since they made this pie several times before.
