This place is terrible! After having an appointment for 2pm, they started my mani-pedi at 2:35. They trimmed my nails totally unevenly. The nail polish went on in streaks and their answer was "that polish needs 3 coats." I told them I didn't want 3 coats because the polish ends up soft and smudgy. We tried another color and same issue. They only have OPI polish, so no option for another brand. I ended up with a hideous glitter polish, and the polish ends up allllll over my skin, and a couple chunks without polish. My friend's gel manicure was also a disaster and the polish was transparent, nails not fully painted. read more

I came here with my friend a few weeks ago to get my nails done when I came in everything seemed okay the staff were polite but it seemed that I got the bad apple. Both my friend and I got our nails dipped and her came out pretty nice. But. The women who was taking care of me did not speak more then a few words to me the entire time and just aggressively did my nails. The only thing I chose was the color and the woman never even bothered to ask me what shape i wanted or anything. She only looked up once when she was about to clip the extensions and asked me how long. Somehow she ended up doing that one nail longer then the others. I was getting worried at some point because this was my first time getting dip and I didn't know when they shaped them so I told my friend loudly so the women would hear that I wanted to get a ballerina or coffin style shape. I ended up getting these thick square chunks on my fingers that made me feel like I was 3 years old again and stuck play dough on my nails. One of the things I look forward to when getting a manicure is them doing a little hand massage and this lady "massaged" one hand for about 4 seconds amd didnt even do the other hamd. Overall rating on the salon is a 3.5 but for that particular lady I would give half a star. The other workers there even looked like they felt bad. read more

Went for a pedicure. Not only did the woman rush me to get a color, she completed the pedicure in less than 15 mins. It was sloppy, she only put lotion on one leg and the place has little gnats flying around everywhere. Terrible experience. I would not recommend going there at all. read more

First time going here and will not be going back. Extremely rough pedicure. Most of my toes were cut and even days later are sore. Visibly bleeding from two nails during it and the woman doing my pedicure tried to hide the fact I was bleeding. Not a good first impression and not willing to take a chance going back. read more

Extremely clean salon and very friendly staff. There is a wide assortment of colors, though they are spread out by pairings for mani/pedi and general assortment. Staff was eager to answer questions about various types of manicures and offered coffee or water before starting. Prices seemed reasonable. I received a pedicure and regular manicure with a removal of a gel manicure. I get manicures regularly in the city and am delighted to find a good place on the cape. I will be going back. read more

I'm not someone that goes for mani/pedis often, and unfortunately this experience is the reason why. The owner as well as the nail technician, without any warrant, were extremely rude to me from the second I stepped foot into the salon. My pedi was rushed with almost no actual foot care and the employees reacted very harshly when I showed indecisiveness on the color. I tried to lighten the mood with friendly banter to which they sharply dismissed. When I was finished I noticed my gel toes had multiple imperfections, it looked as though a child had did it. By the time I was finished with my pedi I let them know I did not want a mani and instead wanted them to remove the gel from my toes. The owner looked at me and yelled for me to leave without charge in front of the entire salon. It was by far the worst experience and treatment I've ever received in any establishment in terms of quality and customer service and do not recommend them to anyone. read more

It is a good nail salon. When I walked through the door, it was kind of confusing. I didn't get much direction. The front desk person kept making me sit all these places, and then when I sat down he wanted me to get up again. When I had to choose my color, I couldn't make up my mind and then the color swatch got taken away from me. My manicurist was nice; there was a kid that kept running around the building... seemed kind of unprofessional. Meh. I paid $70 for two pedicures. The pedicures only last 10-15 minutes. Not worth the money. I don't know of any place that does them that fast. It was not enjoyable/relaxing due to how rushed it was. I will say that the workers were nice and the place was clean. read more

I gave a 2 start because I go there every three weeks with my mom to get our nails done and they always come out amazing and last a long time (we get DIP) but I went there last Thursday to get my nails done and the girl that did my nails was rude and acted like I wasn't there at all and my nails broke the next day like my DIPS always last 3 weeks and never break but this time they broke and it's started with my middle finger and now it's all my fingers that's broken. I'm definitely going back to get my nails done but I'm not having the same girl do my nail cause I'm not spending $45 to have my nails break the next day. read more

The manicure was fine - and they even used a set of freshly disinfected tools (that's VERY hard to find on the Cape). But I came here because of the review that said they have a wide selection of colors and I have to say the photos here are misleading. The one that shows a rack of nail polish behind the lady showing off her mani, that rack is completely empty. There's basically only one rack of polish, the one in the first photo. They do seem to have a wide selection of gels and dips, though. A very clean salon, if a little pricey. read more

I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because this place is very clean and the manicurists do a great job. Although, my friend and I made appointments weeks in advance, we may as well have walked in, because it took over 2 hours. After her pedicure, my friend was ignored for 45 minutes. People who walked in after us were helped before us and finished before us. Even for Cape Cod this place is expensive. I don't mind paying for good service but we did not have a good experience. My advice: don't come here unless you don't mind spending 2+ hours and 60+ dollars on a mani pedi. read more
