My usual nail studio was too far, and I just wanted a quick pedicure after work. I figured it was worth giving a new place a try. When I walked in, the staff seemed unsure if they even wanted to take me since they were already with clients. I stood there awkwardly while they considered if anyone would take me. Eventually, one lady agreed and asked if I wanted regular or gel. When I said regular, she paused, sighed, and then they all burst into laughter. They made a few jokes I didn't fully hear, but by then my feelings were already hurt and I just wanted to leave. The vibes were so off already. She started running my water, but I said I needed to grab my medication from home so I could exit the situation gracefully. She gave me extreme attitude and asked when I'd be back, but the answer is N E V E R. Her response was so disrespectful and condescending that I wouldn't return even if it were free. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. Maybe some clients don't mind nasty attitudes, but I did absolutely nothing to deserve being treated that way. Apparently just wanting simple polish was enough. If this is how they treat people who come in anxious and shy, I can't imagine how they'd act if there were an actual issue. Maybe their regulars are people who spend $100+ a visit, but I didn't realize it was unwelcome to want a basic pedicure. Not everyone can afford the luxury options; some of us just want to feel a little better after a long day. I'm so disappointed and hurt. read more

Everything at the salon of always fabulous! It does not matter which tech you see, they are all terrific! I don't get the pricy nails. I am a basic gel mani and pedi girl, but they still love me! And. And. And, it is a fun place. They are always chatting and giggling. I always feel welcomed to join in on group conversations. I don't ever Yelp review but I feel like this nail salon deserves the praise! I am so happy I found this place!!!! I genuinely had such a good time getting my nails done. I got lucky to have Michelle do my nails today. The staff is so fun, they interact with their clients and not just each other. They take their time and nothing felt rushed. I never want to go anywhere else and am so grateful my old salon was fully booked otherwise I would've never walked in. I want to bring everyone I know here! This is what self care should feel like. I've been coming here for a couple years now. Everyone here is so friendly and really funny. I've seen a couple of reviews where people thought that they had an attitude. While I can understand where they may be coming from I promise it's like hanging out with your friends. You just have to get to know their internal banter I promise it's not personal. Aside from that, they take really good care of my pedicures. I never get cuts. They are so gentle while being thorough and clean. I can't recommend this place enough and for the price, it can't be beat. read more

Going for a pedicure to Epic felt like a happy hour with your BFF's! Refreshing, funny, genuine! These are the things I pay attention to when I get my nails done: Hygiene- the salon was clean from top to bottom. Chairs, carts, bathroom, all spotless. Knowledge- They take their time, dig every corner, cut all excess. Customer Service- I'm big on this one if you know my reviews. They listen. They take care of what you need. Massage is great! I don't get my nails done too often, but if I do, I come here! Everyone here is so so so good. The shop is clean and doesn't have a strong chemical scent. Everyone is really friendly too. I take my daughter here as well, and she loves it. The prices are super reasonable compared to other places. I've never had a bad experience. Definitely come check it out! read more

Moved to Henderson less than a year ago and the wife and I are glad that we found Epic Nails. They take their time and never rush. They do really good work! Great atmosphere, as everyone there seems to really enjoy being there. There is always funny banter and laughing. The only knock is they were playing the creepiest AF Pinocchio movie I have ever seen today...LOL! read more

I'm new to Henderson (2 months) and been in search of a new nail salon near me. I got a mani and pedi done here today and I love how they both came out! I loved the vibe and how chill and chatty everyone was. The salon is clean, cool, and had 2 TVs playing. I come here for Mari - especially for My pedicure -but also my manicure. Mari understands toe issues. I've had ingrown toenails and I've had surgeries on both big toes for the pain. She knows how to work with me and not cause any more problems or pain. She just makes my feet better and more beautiful. I don't trust anyone else. She's also gorgeous fun sweet happy and wonderful! The salon is clean and pretty and with nice music and everyone there is always in a good mood. and I really appreciate that. I don't even mind driving 25 minutes to get here. The only place I'll go too in Henderson. Amazing work, amazing talent. And they LAST. I'm already a month in! I'm HARD on my nails, dishes everyday, a toddler, cooking, cleaning everyday. Best nail salon I've been to in the 7 years of living in NV! Everyone in there is cool as hell, always laughing WITH the customers, not at them. They are young and fun and do an amazing job. I found Allison through Instagram and booked an appointment quickly through her to come down to the salon. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and everyone that worked there was very friendly. Everyone that worked there was laughing, smiling, and having a good time. It was such a refreshing and fun atmosphere! You can tell the people that work there enjoy their work and all of them create beautiful work. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a nail tech. I live on the other side of Vegas, and it's definitely worth the drive! Allison did my nails and she does a beautiful job! All her art is hand painted and long lasting. Being new to Henderson. I have the joy of going somewhere new everyday. Today was the Epic Nail Spa. I called yesterday and set my appointment for 930. It was so simple the gent ale man who answered was cool as hell. I received a confirmation text to confirm/remind me of my appt. 10/10 would come back when I revisit Vegas from Cali/Texas! I do wish that they do the whole shabang with pedicures. Because when homegirl started massaging me, I was like ouuu this feels nice!! I'm so used to the masks, massages, etc. other than that, this nail salon is a while ass vibe! The atmosphere of it; I already knew I was going to get a good set of polished toenails. Nope nope and nope - this was my go to salon when I lived in green valley - we moved yet I continued to drive the distance from Lake Las Vegas -- I think my last visit was 2018 - February -- anyways went back last week since I have not found the same quality nail salons since - dang - new owners higher pricing. Mind you I don't care about the increase -- yet after 6 days my "next gen dip" was chipping all but 4 fingers -- these always last me 3-4 weeks !!! Looking sharp till then -- nope! I don't this they're using the actual core line product, which is another nope ! And when I went yesterday to show her, she blames my nail beds- last nope -- do not go, stay far away !!!! A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. Perfect experience at Epic Nails we just moved to Henderson from California and we were so pleased. My Mom and I visited after dropping off our pups at the groomers and we got lucky with their availability :) Celina did a great job on my pedicure as well as Lily the owner did a wonderful job with my Mom's deluxe pedicure she was very careful and made sure she was happy with the thickness of her French tips perfect experience very clean and comfortable place, their massage chairs were awesome and everyone there was very nice and had smiles on we'll definitely be back! read more

I love EpicNails. I have been a client of Holli's for years and I followed her out to Henderson when she opened Epic. She is the sweetest person so I love spending time with her while I enjoy getting my nails done. Did I mention how great she is at her job? I come in with no agenda or idea of what I'd like done but I always leave satisfied and refreshed. From my hands to my toes to my eyebrows, I go to Holli. I love how Cindy did my nails. I followed her 3 year since I met her at the side of town. She's fast and good customer service. This shop look very small than the other one but she kept it upbeat and fast pace. Her tone is good as her personality. I go to epic nails and specifically go to see Cindy! When i go, i get the dip manicure and it always lasts me 3-4 weeks. Cindy is always pleasant and kind and is so enjoyable to be around. Everyone who works there engages with their customers and does great work and will spend extra time to make sure everything comes out perfect. Even though they're just $25 a pop, they scrape all of the dead skin off of your feet and whip out the hot towels for your legs. Their polish selection is limited, but I've never had an issue finding a color. My favorite part of each experience (by far) is spectating Bobo, the salon mascot, during each pedicure. He's the sweetest little teacup chihuahua and is very tolerant of pets and pats from gentle (well-manicured) hands.
