Overall, I love the manicurists for a their warmness and Skill The salon is very clean. What I don't care for is the fact that this salon, like others in town, charge for using your debit card. Why can't this be incorporated in the fees? I also dislike that you cannot tip with your card. I find this to be unreasonable in today's trend towards being a cashless society. Not many clients will go retrieve cash to take care of the staff, so they lose on gratuity. The salon should fix this. read more

I went to this salon a few times & disappointed. First they don't want you to use a credit/debit card & charge extra if you do. They insist you get zelle. They charge double what other salons do for a gel manicure French tip because they think it's a special design. Two of the tips broke from touching my pillow. Awful customer service after I paid and tipped well. "Callus removal" is a scam. I told Phyllis that I had some calluses on my pinky toes and she deliberately ignored that area of my foot. I had taken a business call during the treatment and I had not noticed until I got home and the establishment was closed. I called the next day and Tina informed me that the callus should be removed if I paid for it and that I wouldn't be able to resolve the issue until Wednesday when Phyllis returns. First of all, why would I want the same inexperienced tech? Second, why would I wait nearly a week? (I called on a Friday and wait till Wednesday)? The service was $42 and I tipped $20. Everyone here is super nice and cheerful (even the other clients)! The whole place was super clean and had no strong odors from the chemicals since they had everything well ventilated. My daughter had a blast while getting her manicure done for the first time and wants to keep showing off her beautiful nails! I got a full set done at the same time and it was done so quickly but she still took the time to keep checking that everything was straight and how I wanted it. Ok lemme back this train up first before I go forward, with a short preface. I am in the middle of a 3 month contract in Kingman Arizona... the land of absolutely nothing. There's 2 nail shops there and both of them have 1 star ratings and the pics of their customers explain why. I said to myself, SELF... yeah instead of cussing someone out for doing mediocre work when you're in such desperate need for a fill in and pedicure, you may as well wait until you're near civilization to get right. Welllllll....I held on to my pitiful set and raggedy toes for a month and a half until I could get time to get to the nearest decent nail shop which was on the way to Vegas about an hour away from Kingman. Future Nails has entered the chat. They SAVED ME! Period. Hands down, pun intended. Your feet and hands begin to turn into the claws of tiny bears, swatting salmon upstream after about 3 weeks. I was 7 weeks in with the same set and feet. Yikes. The ladies that worked with me were so sweet and I enjoyed the calming and welcoming atmosphere. I immediately knew I was in the right place. I forgot the "mom's" name (and I'm calling her mom because she clearly is the shop mom and we were too busy talking for me to get her name,) but she started on my feet and was just the sweetest thing. Reminded me of my own mom, so much and she was very careful and took her time. The time I luckily had. Lorena on the BEAT with these fire ass NAILS! Omg, sis... she is IT! And when I tell you that these are the prettiest nails, even as simple as they are, coffin shape perfect...not ratchet long, not prude short... just right. I've gotten compliments all night on my nails and feet. I'm sorry to say I didn't get a chance to ask the young lady who did my toes after "mom" but she did a lovely job double checking mom's work and making my pedi as sharp and clean as possible. I love a tight white toe. She got it. We all giggled and joked, it was such a good time. I hate sitting still for dreaded nail day and this was just fun and relaxing. I hate when I stumble on to places like this because I'm not from here so the chances that I'll be back are slim and I'm truly sad because a bomb nail tech is RIDICULOUSLY rare, just like finding a good hairstylist or make up artist. It's difficult, so when you do you wanna keep emmmm! I'm literally so sad. For 100 bucks even I got a great gel fill in and deluxe pedi with gel toes from an amazing team of women and my heart break is your gain because at least I wrote about it so now you can go and have a great time and thank me for my review, later. 5/5 for me. read more

Used to go to this salon for almost four years religiously.....actually my entire immediate family used to go too but it's gone downhill big time. We would get services that included: pedicures, gel manicures, haircuts, and waxing. Owner is greedy and truly doesn't care as long as money is being made. Staff (not all) like to talk bad about certain clients or each other or former staff. They'll talk bad about other staff members to clients....so unprofessional. My daughter's regular nail technician had left the salon and my daughter was being pushed (by owner) to a newly hired technician but stated she didn't know how well her work was so my daughter declined and chose a staff member that has been their a bit - nonetheless - my daughter left super upset and disappointed and in tears. Had to go to a different salon to have her nails fixed. My daughter tried 6/7/8 times to call and request refund....they didn't answer her calls (caller ID I assume) and then voicemail stated it was full. We used to love this place (see previous review) but they've changed for the worst. Salon is unsanitary at times - no gloves, never seen a staff member wash their hands, they'll have staff bday parties with food located in their very small waiting room where people have to sit and wait (very unsanitary and unhealthy) with food strewed about (some food full exposed to the flying partials of the nail salon). God forbid you are unhappy with their work and request a full refund....you will not get one - owner only provides gift certificates so you're forced to come back and when you don't - you lose out on your money anyway. My family and I WILL NEVER go back / I do not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Just what I've been looking for since I moved here 10+ years ago! PHYLLIS is AMAZING! She's a great nail tech! She is professional fun and she really knows her craft! I've been trying to find a salon that will actually do what I want. I always end up going home and having to fix things! Not yesterday! She was so meticulous about the shape and length of each nail! She was so gentle and careful as to not scrape or burn my fingers! (I've had people at other places make me bleed, burned me with the dremel and left my nails with some square n some round and always rough spots! ) I'm so happy with this salon! If I could I'd give them 10 stars ! I'm a huge fan and a new customer n I'll be back for sure! I cannot recommend this place enough! read more
