Not a good experience at all!!! The technician was not attentive, rude and definitely paid no attention to details!!! My pedicure was rushed, and at the end my cuticles and skin was still calloused and rough. Wqs scared to massage any parts of my feet. The polish dried lumpy and my feet did not look much different from my arrival and the worst part was there was no other customer there. While waiting to dry I got a minimum of 6-7 looks as though there were people waiting for services. No one was waiting and no one walked in!!! I called for an appointment and the man I spoke with was making jokes when we talked about appointment times. made me smile. I went in and this place was beautiful! The woman that did my pedicure was so nice. She made sure I was comfortable, showed me how to use the chair remote, and didn't rush me when I took a while to choose a color. everything was very sanitary. DO NOT COME HERE. i was a consistent client of theirs until recently. as time went on they became very rude and would do a half ass job and expect you not to say anything about their messy mistakes. Yesterday i went in for a pedicure no polish just a clean up and paid 35$ and today woke up with a swollen big toe that got infected from their equipment. when i called today they had me come back in. tommy was very rude to me and denied a refund then proceeded to try to tell me that it wasn't an infection it was just my nail.I asked why my nail would get purple and red and he said he would cut it. i then told him no thank you, that i didn't want any of their services. He said that wasn't him and that he would not give me any sort of refund which is NOT okay. read more

I came here a year ago and the service was decent so I figured I would give it another try while in the neighborhood. Well needless to say it was a pretty bad experience the second time around. Tina was VERY rude. She was rushing even though no one was even waiting there was just myself and one other person both getting pedicures. She kept cutting and hurting me yet would get severely annoyed if I winced or squirmed. She also got annoyed when I ask for a second coat of glitter. I didn't tip much because the service was so bad and she snatched the receipt from me. Her husband seems nice, doesn't talk much but has better energy and vibe. Her work was only subpar, especially for how passively aggressive and rude she was (eye rolling, loud sighs, the whole nine yards.) Won't be going back ever though. read more

The best pedicure experience ever! Tina was absolutely fabulous and my toes have never felt or looked better! Their salon is very attractive and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I tried them out for the first time a few months ago and I have continued to go back every few weeks, as needed. Before going here, I had never had the polish from a pedicure last more than one or two weeks without something chipping or coming off completely. With Tina, my pedicure polish lasts weeks. I let my toes go for over 5 weeks one time and except for the nail growth, the polish was as perfect as the day they were done. He did a great job as my nails are beautiful, what I wanted, and a work of art! The salon is spotless clean and a very nice pleasant atmosphere. They have very nice equipment along with top notch pedicure massage chairs. They also have 2 of the nicest and cutest pedicure chairs I have ever seen for kids. One is pink and one is like a blue turquoise. Everything is is so nice and new. The selection of polishes, colors and types is impressive. I work 2 jobs in the service industry and understand that dealing with the public can be hard. I always speak politely and understand sometimes we all have a bad day.
