Tommy did an amazing job! I flew in from Chicago and two of my nails chipped. Needed them to be fixed before a concert; but I didn't want to pay 100 plus for a place on the strip. This place was highly rated and he had me in and out within 45 minutes. Wish this salon was back in Chicago.

I didn't tip much because the service was so bad and she snatched the receipt from me. Her husband seems nice, doesn't talk much but has better energy and vibe. Her work was only subpar, especially for how passively aggressive and rude she was (eye rolling, loud sighs, the whole nine yards.) Won't be going back ever though.

Not a good experience at all!!! The technician was not attentive, rude and definitely paid no attention to details!!! My pedicure was rushed, and at the end my cuticles and skin was still calloused and rough. Wqs scared to massage any parts of my feet. The polish dried lumpy and my feet did not look much different from my arrival and the worst part was there was no other customer there. While waiting to dry I got a minimum of 6-7 looks as though there were people waiting for services. No one was waiting and no one walked in!!! Don't visit this establishment find a staff that cares about your hard earned money!! read more

My sister gave me a gift certificate for mani/pedi. My first time here, it was a delightful time with conversations & laughter! Tina's laughter is so happy. Appointments make it better, they don't have lots of people waiting around. This place is decorated so nice, I thought they just opened but they've been there 3 yrs! It's so clean & fresh. An impromptu visit led me to this location & i couldn't be happier! Tommy was my nail tech & he was very gentle & very precise. My nails look awesome! The place itself is very very clean & has great design. Had an overall pleasant experience. Once my nails were done i got to sit under a fan that was attached to a long table. Very unique. I've never seen one of those before. 10/10! read more

DO NOT COME HERE. i was a consistent client of theirs until recently. as time went on they became very rude and would do a half ass job and expect you not to say anything about their messy mistakes. Yesterday i went in for a pedicure no polish just a clean up and paid 35$ and today woke up with a swollen big toe that got infected from their equipment. when i called today they had me come back in. tommy was very rude to me and denied a refund then proceeded to try to tell me that it wasn't an infection it was just my nail.I asked why my nail would get purple and red and he said he would cut it. i then told him no thank you, that i didn't want any of their services. He said that wasn't him and that he would not give me any sort of refund which is NOT okay. read more

First visit was great second visit I am highly disappointed my French tips came out extremely thick and my nails are different shapes and all I got was a gel mani and pedi and honestly was surprised I paid 53 for each service when last time I was serviced the price was different I only paid 30 for my gel mani so I'm confused as to how it went up another $23 in the matter of two weeks I will never go back highly upset and disappointed with my service messed my birthday with these ugly nails read more

The best pedicure experience ever! Tina was absolutely fabulous and my toes have never felt or looked better! Their salon is very attractive and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I tried them out for the first time a few months ago and I have continued to go back every few weeks, as needed. Before going here, I had never had the polish from a pedicure last more than one or two weeks without something chipping or coming off completely. With Tina, my pedicure polish lasts weeks. I let my toes go for over 5 weeks one time and except for the nail growth, the polish was as perfect as the day they were done. If you're looking for a new nail salon, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot. You will not be disappointed! read more

So happy I found this New Nails & Spa! Tommy did a full set of nails for me for my work Holiday party coming up in a few days. I had some ideas I found that I wanted and showed Tommy. He did a great job as my nails are beautiful, what I wanted, and a work of art! The salon is spotless clean and a very nice pleasant atmosphere. They have very nice equipment along with top notch pedicure massage chairs. They also have 2 of the nicest and cutest pedicure chairs I have ever seen for kids. One is pink and one is like a blue turquoise. Everything is is so nice and new. The selection of polishes, colors and types is impressive. The photos of the nails, nail art and all the work they have done is impressive and really quality, beautiful, talented work. I will definitely be back and I recommend this business! Very nasty man working there. Made an appointment at 12:30pm for 4:00pm. I had to cancel due to dinner reservations at 5:30pm for Valentine's Day. I called at 2:15 and spoke to a woman, apologized for having to cancel and then I get a call at 4:07 from this nasty man who told me "no you didn't call" I told him I did he repeated himself nastier the 2nd time and hung up. I looked at my recent calls which confirmed I did call and cancel. I will never go to that salon and deal with nasty people. You lost a potential client. read more

So I came here a few weeks ago to get my nails done and the girl that did my nails was amazing, I tipped her $20. Today was my only day off and I decided to get a pedicure.. I work 2 jobs in the service industry and understand that dealing with the public can be hard. I always speak politely and understand sometimes we all have a bad day. This is my first negative Yelp review EVER! Throughout the pedicure the woman kept aggressively moving my foot when I did not understand the position she needed me to put it in. I understand that there is sometimes a language barrier, but twisting and hitting my foot while rolling her eyes is unacceptable. Physically hurting me when I don't understand, is very unprofessional. read more

My skin has become really sensitive over the past few years, so I have to be careful with nail services. The last place I went to didn't really understand that, so I came in a little nervous. I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. Then came my hands. I wanted something over my natural nails and asked about hybrid options. I explained all my concerns to Emily, the technician, who is amazing. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. The massage chair was nice, the service was relaxing, and she did a great job on the application. However, management failed to stock the premium Rose Quartz products included in the VIP package I paid for, substituting hot stones instead. Despite this, Jaden seemed genuinely interested in having my visit be as relaxing as possible.. and I appreciate her great service. She took her time with me and made it special. I really enjoyed the scents! While the menu explicitly states all nail services come with a complimentary beverage, I was never offered or given anything to drink. My manicure by a different technician (Julie) was incredibly disappointing, rushed, and looks cheap. There was zero proper nail prep...no cuticle work, cleaning, or detail work around the nail beds. To make matters worse, Julie repeatedly criticized my color preference. Jaden even explained to Julie that I liked the color, but Julie kept complaining that the tips were "too light" while painting them. Just do what makes your client happy. While rushing through my nails, Julie spent time checking her phone and talking to another client. She openly stated she was scared to ask that client to wait if she completed my brow wax. Instead of honoring the appointment I booked well in advance, she just apologized and turned me down for the brow service entirely. The finished Gel-X nails look messy around the edges. For Gel-X nails that cost $77, they should look flawless but look like cheap press-ons from a grocery store. Out of sheer frustration and the urgent need to scramble and find another salon to do my eyebrows immediately before my trip tomorrow, I just had to take it and get out of there. I understand salons get busy, but pre-booked appointments and client preferences must be respected. I booked my brow wax in advance, yet Julie openly admitted she didn't want to make another client wait and refused to do it...I paid salon prices for a manicure that looks unprofessional. If I could give 10 stars I would! I've been waiting for months for Tommy to open! I won't get my nails done by anyone else! Perfect EVERY time! Tommy has been doing my nails for years and I have never been disappointed. Tina does wonderful manis, pedis and waxing. She has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at home and relaxed. The shop is beautiful and immaculate; they have integrated the COVID protocols wonderfully, it seems more "natural", not like other places that make it clear that barriers were thrown up just because they were mandatory. I walked in today to try them out for the first time. I was seen within 20 minutes. I had a complete gel pedi and fill with powder and design in less than 1.5 hour. Everyone was so polite. Apologized about the wait time since they were busy but still fit me in. I showed the nail tech a picture and she executed the design to perfection.
