    Beware of this facility EXTREME price hikes as well as MOLD issues . We've been here for a couple years and they more than doubled our rent in a basement unit. We shopped around at new properties being built found better deals.... contacted them to see if they would match it or at least do something to keep their tenants. The response I got was NO! So I booked as a new tenant another unit on an upper floor Same size for half the price. When I went in to sign the contract and take a look at my unit that I haven't been at for a few months I found an extreme mold issue in the basement you could smell it as you walk down the hallways. You can see condensation on the ceiling and around the doors and the structure. When I further walk down the hallway and I opened our units serious mold issues within our unit. I went upstairs to talk to Sylvia and tell her and she says there's absolutely nothing they will do. I got her to walk downstairs so I could show her our unit and the damage that was caused by the incompetence of their facility and their maintenance procedures. She denied any wrongdoing and said they don't have anything going on with their facility yet she further said that there was another unit on the same floor on the other side of the facility that had mold. Then she further to explain that there was a unit that had a bunch of wet soggy clothes in it that they had to get into because the rent had not been paid and they found a live snake in a tank. Now you can clearly see their units must have been down there had to be some issues that they were aware of or they incompetence of the management that didn't realize there was a moisture issue. They do not have any detectors in the facility that I can see to determine the levels of moisture. She then refused to do anything to compensate us for our losses refuse to even give us a free month in another facility so we could clean ours and determine what we were going to do. I then called customer support and they wouldn't do anything other than try to connect me with the district manager who refused to do anything just told me to make a client claim on my homeowners. While we were at the unit and we were cleaning it out and throwing things away and trying to salvage items that could be salvaged that were in plastic totes or wrapped in plastic. We talked to several other tenants that were also visiting their units whom also had previously had mold in their units and had made the management aware of such. They then went and checked their current units and reported to us that they also had mold in their new units. Again I spoke with the district manager he refused to do anything other than he said he would check to see if they have any problems with the facility and get back to me. That was over a month ago and no response back from him even though I called customer support yet again and ask them for their assistance. Seems like the only kind of answers you can get from this facility is they don't have any problems and NO to assisting their tenants. I have also posted this on their web page and I will be adding photos.

    Tracie was so professional and so nice when i first came wakking into the store. Im not used to…read moredriving a big truck and she helped me calm my nerves down. I ended up parking the truck to the far back (when she said front), but still was so patient with me. Thats when Ed and inspected the truck and told me I need a little more gas.     This is a BUYER BEWARE warning, as my issues with this location have to do with the raising of…read morerates, and not the service or staff. I moved in last December(2024) and acquired a 5'x10' unit, which wasn't the best price, but this location is within 5 minutes from my current home. When I was moving in I ran in to a nice guy in the elevator who was moving out and warned me that day, how this location will raise rates without much warning. He was moving out as he refused to pay the higher rates, as he had just recently moved in, and they had already raised his rates. I was moving in that day, and well, not much I could have done either way, but in due time, my rates did in fact go up with a 1 month warning, due to higher cost the facility had to now pay was the excuse given. I rent a small space, that I didn't enter or touch in almost 6 months, so not really sure what cost there was that justified $20 more per month(when there were tons of deals offered for new units online), but there it was. I planned to move out sooner, but had an emergency home repair that delayed it a few months, but I have now moved out. I had a unit ages ago at another storage place, and I was there several years with maybe one $5 increase, maybe? And let me say, the staff here was great, always friendly, other people who had units were always pleasant(helped out, held doors, elevator, etc.), the building was always clean, overall a nice place. But when you raise rates knowing most people have few other options in the moment, I find that disgusting. I was very fortunate in that I'm going through a divorce, and my wife moved out abruptly, so that gave me storage space in my garage I didn't have before. For many people in between homes, cities, or even jobs may not have an option of moving elsewhere, or the money to even do so. Giving a 1 month notice on raising rates, when you haven't been there a year, is just taking advantage of people in possible bad life situations. I don't know if places offer contracts that they won't raise rates for a specific period, but if they exist, I would suggest a place like that over this Storage One. What was to stop them from raising my rates again in 3 months, or 6 months? Nothing, as it is left to the powers that be, and if they want and need more money because they can there isn't much you can do. Sadly, this is the world we now live in, and really the only thing I can do as an individual is to warn others. So, consider yourselves warned, and I hope this helps someone not get in to a situation, that they can't easily get out of.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We moved from Las Vegas to South Carolina and did a ton of research on other…read moremoving companies before deciding on Eco Movers LV. Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! Huge shout out to Elsa for staying in constant communication with us and being such a pleasure to work with on Leury's team. And a huge shout out to our handy movers Hunter, Jonathan, and Lee for loading our things and having fun while doing it! And Enrique for getting our vehicles there safely! And thank you to Leury for having such an amazing team and system!
