They both had a smile on their faces and looked genuinely happy to be there. The parking lot was clean and beautiful landscaping surrounded the property. The office was clean looked organized. We were discussing my move and I had mentioned that I was in transition between homes and at that time Jamie offered storage services and talked about the specials they were offering at the time. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to afford extra bills but said I would consider it for the future. Jamie offered to show me the property and I honestly was surprised at how clean it is and how nice it smelled. I expected to walk in and it smell musty dusty but it didn't. She showed me the gates and a few different unit sizes. She warned me when the door opened an alarm would go off so I wasn't startled. I love that feature and how it works. Joe was genuinely one of the sweetest guys I've met when it comes to Uhaul. He takes pride in the trucks and mine was very clean, they looked organized and parked where it was easy for me to pull the truck out without the fear or hitting someone because I have to back out blindly. If I ever need storage, I will absolutely go back to this property. If I ever need a U-Haul again, I will go back to this property. This whole experience was wonderful. Thank you both for your kindness in the midst of my moving stress.​

She stopped us and told us after we were inside the facility that we needed to put in the user code for the unit we were visiting. As we had stuff that we were bringing up, we decided to simply enter it when we came back in. About 10 minutes later, she tracked us down and said she was putting in a warning that we did not do it immediately and the next time my friend would be asked to vacate. While the intentions of having a secure environment are great, her rudeness, tracking us down, and scolding us like children is unacceptable. She should be replaced with someone who can be respectful to their customers. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

He knows his stuff! The facility is brand new--and big! They have units of every size, both outside and in climate-controlled interior units. All gates, doors, and the units themselves are accessed through the app--no keys needed! Great staff, clean units and a convenient location just off the 215. I highly recommend!!

They have both indoor AC units as well as many drive up outdoor units. The pricing at this storage place is also highly competitive and lower than other area places for the space provided. They also run specials to help with move-in costs. Jenny who is in the office is so friendly, informative, and helpful. She provides all of the details you need to make a decision. She goes above and beyond and you can tell she cares about representing the place well. Solid place and I highly recommend.

They've even repainted everything. They installed new security locks at the gates to get in and out (no worries: Your old code still works!). It looks like a brand-new facility, even though it's probably more than fifteen years old! A recent visit saw the elevator broken, BUT! There are THREE to choose from, all within walking distance. The staff here has always been stellar. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met, help you get the best "deal", and genuinely care about the customer. Inside the office, there are a number of moving necessities, just in case you forgot: boxes, tape, labels, mattress/furniture covers, and more. The gate is open late, even if the office isn't (8 pm for the gate, 6 pm for the office). As long as I've been a customer here, I don't have any complaints.

The buildings are not locked after hours (they don't want damage), there are no alarms onsite, no one is watching the video monitor, and the latches where you put your padlock are designed to break away with a good kick. They do not honor reservations made on the website…read more I made a reservation specifically for this location. I followed up by stopping in and looking at the RV spot i reserved. I was specifically shown the spot and told I can move in on August 31st. On August 29th I received a call from the locations GM, Sarah. She told me that they could not honor my reservation and that there were 20 people ahead of me at that location. The spot I was shown was already gone. They offered me a more expensive spot in north Las Vegas, and a similar priced spot 10 miles away. The moral of the story is that they do not honor reservations and will wait until the last minute to tell you. The online reservation means nothing.

However, if you look at the website they are advertising the same size units for $107. If you do 2 minutes of research you can see the average price for a 10x10 storage unit as of 17 April is $70. Not sure how they can justify a 99% increase from one month to the next. They know how difficult it can be to move out once you are moved in. As a disabled Veteran who cannot move my stuff alone due to injuries, this is absolutely unacceptable.
