I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Two weeks ago, I needed a towing company close to where our truck was disabled in Lake Alfred. The truck was also disabled in very close quarters. I contacted Epic Towing based on the online reviews of this company. Jarrett and Stephanie did not disappoint! Stephanie gave me the rates over the phone which I found to be more than reasonable. When Jarrett arrived on schedule, the actual bill was less, even with the additional need to pop open the door to get to the steering column, the added cost still brought the bill lower than I had calculated in the morning after speaking with Stephanie. Jarrett went the extra mile and was very personable on top of that! Made me feel very comfortable with an unknown company in an evening retrieval. beaware!! they broke my shifter!! Mow its stuck in neutral an its making A non stop beeping noise! they force my 2006 jaguar stype v8 in to neutral just because they were to lazy to do it the proper way by removing the shifter cover! the owner came by MY HOUSE an said there now way they could of done that to my car!! but how did my car get there if they didnt get it out of park into neutra! an he refuse ! to pay for the repair! called me the n word! an drove off in his All White gmc Denali!! they're crooks n one day theyvwill pay!! i wish i would of read the reviews lesson learned ! Waiting area is dirty, their kids lay all over the floor. You have to show up at the right time or you'll end up waiting outside for someone to get back to the office. The office manager (Tammi) is very flirtatious with any man that walks through those doors (very unprofessional). Will not call them in the future, this is why you rarely see their company truck on the road. Car broke down 50 miles from home. Epic Towing was contacted and the driver - Jarrett, showed up a very short time . He was very professional, personable, caring and helpful. I rode with him to the dealership where the car was dropped. It was about 45 miles. The previous tow company that I contacted would not allow passengers and would have left stranded in an unfamiliar location. My key was locked in the car and it was very late. It was my second time calling a locksmith the first one just never showed up they did not even call to let me know they couldn't come. It was 3am so I finally got Epic towing and they were out within 21 minute. My driver Jarrett kept me inform the whole time. i disagree with all the negative reviews. I had a great experience with both the owner John and the driver Jeff. Their primary concern was our well being after an unfortunate accident. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. They were Courteous, kind and professional. Having an accident is A nerve wrecking experience and Epic Towing understood that. A waste of time calling... I called to report what they are to do anyway. They replied for me to call my HOA when in fact is my CDD not HOA on control of the streets. I identified my community therefore they should know the process, look at their file...anything but keep calling around. A waste of money posting their information on my community. read more

My car was dead in the Wal Mart parking lot, mist a lot of traffic. The tow driver found the car, and was able to load it amount all the traffic, and tow it to my driveway.
