This establishment is a well known location across the inland empire, but the employees make the food and service awful... I came in earlier this afternoon with a couple friends and once I got to eat I could barely finish my plate. The fries were over toasted, the chicken was barely edible, and the only thing that got me through the meal was the ranch that they get from some supply company. Also, my fork that I was using to eat my meal broke 2 times because of how hard the fries were. I will not be going here again, and just a heads up if management see this review ; on the door it says, "cash only" and when I walked one of the employees told me they take card. No matter what time or day you go there is a wait. Cashier told me I'm sorry I can't control the crowd. Yes you can! 3 people cut in front of me today and she decided to help them. Behind me the line was out the door and 3 people ahead of me and she just kept helping everyone who was cutting. I also got really frustrated that I got a text about my order being done and it wasn't. She told me another 15 minutes when I got the text at 7:34pm, paid at 7:47pm, and I still had to wait another 15 minutes. I asked for my change and then she didn't even give my receipt. I have never had such a bad experience at a place that I had to write a review about it, in my entire life. We usually go all the way to the Temecula one but today we decided to give this one a shot and man did I regret it. When we took our order she did not specify any wait time, and right after we paid she decides to add "and it should be done in 25-35 minutes." 35 MINUTES, this is fast food, not a sit down nice restaurant, why wouldn't you tell your customer that before they order, we would have just went to the Temecula one. However, we waited and then once we got the text, we picked up our food and finally opened the boxes up. There was no mild sauce at all in the epic fries, the fries were dry and tasted like they were a couple days old. The Honey BBQ boneless wings were cold and there was a strand of hair. We waited 35 minutes for this order to get cold food. Honestly we were just so disappointed that we had to spend money, wait for an outrage amount of time, to only get something cold and dry and stale. We had to end up throwing our food away. The man on the phone was extremely helpful as it was my first time eating here and I didn't know the menu too well, he explained the menu VERY well and helped me choose the perfect sauce for me. I asked for his name but the phone cut out a bit but I think I heard victor? I came in and picked up my order, it looked like every one of the employees were following guidelines with masks and my order was actually surprisingly ready in literally 10 minutes within me calling! I cannot leave a negative enough review of this restaurant. The entire experience has constantly been fraught with problems. Firstly, half of the time, placing an order over the phone is impossible because the phone lines don't go through. This hasn't been a problem in recent history, but at one time, I couldn't get through after 88 attempts. Secondly, the restaurant keeps getting my orders wrong. I always specify extra wet with no dressing, but I always end up with dressing and hardly any sauce each time. Thirdly, the quality of the food is mediocre compared to other local Epic Wings, especially for the pizza sticks. And finally, despite all of this, they keep raising prices on their food. What used to be $17 is now over $21 over a few months. It's ridiculous that the owners are so audacious as to raise prices on food they can't even get right. I gave this restaurant one final attempt to see if they could get my order right and they couldn't. This isn't a series of coincidences, this is a pattern. Now, I'd just rather drive 15 miles to Temecula and back to get a better, cheaper experience than drive the 3 miles to this location. read more

The bread is so soft & buttery and being a ranch connisuer, theirs is one of the best. Just recently tried the pizza sticks I think they're called, and it's kinda just like cheesy bread but I really enjoyed it. Next time I'll probably try the buffalo chicken fries. Oh! One thing tho.
