Improve customer service by your managers or fire him. Walked into the restaurant at 10pm "Open" sign was on and even one of the workers who was picking up outside in the patio greeted us "welcome". We went in waited behind two gentlemen putting in their orders with a female cashier with classes. She was having trouble with the customers card. Mind you all this time the "open" sign is on and many employees saw us walk in and said nothing. Once the cashier is done with two gentlemen she finally said they are closed, and at that moment the manager I'm assuming said, "we are closed" I mentioned the signs said open, he rudely replied, "well I just turned it off, so we are closed now." While just doing the honorable thing and honor the fact the sign said open and serve us and have future customers. No Eric wings just lost customers. As for customer service, it's surprisingly good for a place staffed by teens. The bread was the highlight of my meal. I was sad to learn that they no longer offer boneless wings and instead have opted for tenders. I don't think it's a great move for the consumer especially for the price. I thought it was because I ordered the wings plain and opted to put the amount of sauce I wanted. Today I ordered the wings coated in sauce and the wings were still dry and chewy. I am truly blown away by the terrible customer service received at this location today. I came in because our foster care group was given 2 gift cards by the Epic Wings company themselves to assist foster families. One of my kids was excited to go in and order wings, and we ordered for the whole family. When paying for the order, we were told that one of the two gift cards (gifted to us at the same time), was not activated or was expired. I clarified that these were both gifted together, and both cards clearly had the same writing on the cards with the value (by an Epic Wings employee). A manager called someone to help, and she basically came back and said she would call someone else after I left and get back to me - but that I would just have to pay for the other half of my order or take less food (to which I responded that I wanted to feed the whole family with the gift cards provided). To clarify - this was to feed foster children, and was given to us by the company themselves. I have personally worked in various levels of customer service over the last 20+ years (from food service, to high end white glove purchases), and could NEVER imagine not providing the meal ordered FOR FOSTER CHILDREN, when the gift cards were clearly given together for the foster care group. To add insult to injury, they kept the gift card that did have funds on it, and did not provide the same value of food that was on that gift card (we were given one family meal ordered, and the rest of the order was left out). They adjusted the order to provide us one family meal, and did not give us the balance of the "active" gift card back or provide a receipt. I am blown away and beyond disappointed in the lack of care provided by this company. Even if they are able to figure out why the gift card was usable, I very much doubt I would come back. read more
