This place was a big disappointment... I will never go here again. Came for my first time and the amount of people complaining about not getting their food and the fact that I myself am waiting with no answers to why my food is taking so long or when it will come out is just poor management. I ordered one meal and I'm now waiting now going on over 40 minutes.. did not seem like it was a new restaurant either the managers need to get more staff or change how they run this place. I'm not sure if the managers even know or show up to run their business properly but this is a joke I can not even get a refund at this point since the place is so crowded and I've asked for a manger that never came. Zero stars... this place is awful. Put an order in and sat inside waiting for over an hour while others ordered and got their food before us. At this point going on two hours we should get a refund for our food. Phones are busy and can not even get ahold of a manger in the store to figure out where my order is or when it will be made. The best part about this place was a bartender named Maddie who cared about customers and made sure food got out and you did not get half your order which happened a lot. The owners need to change this going forward or get new owners. Do not go to this place at all it is not worth the wait. Really piss pore management! Nothing is run right at all only good thing that has come out of that place is maddy that was the bartender! They always have a line out of the store EVERYTIME we show up! Don't run any promos through this store if your managers can't have employees running it okay. My husband waited over an hour and a half for food tonight when we spent $100.00 on food and now he's taking away time from his family, my kids are hungry I was better off going to Carl's Jr., hana sushi or chipotle next door. Okay - I broke my previous decision to never patronize Wings-N-Things ever again. Now I remember why I had made that decision. To be clear, the food is 'good'... not great, 'good'. I had the four piece strips in a combo meal. Here's the problem - the drink is not included and costs an extra $1.99. Really? Add that to the ridiculously small meal that includes 4 average sized chicken strips. 2 pieces of bread, and a few carrots and celery sticks... and my bill was $10.49. LOL! What a joke! I love wing n things and I have given this location 3 chances since I believe that one bad experience does not mean that a restaurant is bad but from now on I will stick to the one in Temecula. This location can not keep up with their customers. I went in an order two double meals and a pizza and I took me well over 40 mins. ( 50 mins to be precise but I will give them an extra 10 mins so they don't say am exaggerating) The girl did say it would take 25 mins and I understood that and they were busy but when i start seeing other people get their food before me then their is something wrong. I order this same order before at the Temecula location and they do not take 40 mins when they are busy. As an owner and manager if I have customers coming in to my busy restaurant i want to insure they keep coming back but having an understaff crew is sending the wrong message. Even as I was waiting the cashier told other customers that they were unable to provide certain menu items since they were so backed up. This is not a mom or pop restaurant it's an established business and unfortunately they can not get their act together. I feel bad for the employees because they have to work twice as hard just because someone in charge is not doing their work of insuring that their team is successful. I do thank the staff they offered me a free pizza but to be honest the pizza was fresh but the wings were not. I wish the team the best of luck but please drive the extra 10-15 mins and go to the one in Temecula at least they give you fresh food, their is plenty of room to sit in and they have multiple tvs for you to watch. read more

This place leads the league in stupid policies that really have nothing to with safety or governmental requirements. Their prep times keep getting longer, which is surprising considering how narrow the menu is. I wanted a beer while waiting for a to go order. They said no. I could only have a beer if I was waiting for the same exact order to eat in. Either way I am waiting 20 minutes and having one beer... I have continued to support this store even though they removed some of my favorite choices (especially the chicken sandwich) over the years in the transition from Wings N Things to Epic Wings. Came in here on a whim because of the nearby movie theater. Wasn't to crazy about the prices considering this was my first time here and didn't know what to expect. Took about 18 min to get our food which is average for fresh wings. The wings arrived with 2 bomb garlic bread sticks with fresh veggies. . Their wings are Amaze Balls and worth thier weight in gold. These are no punk ass wings either they are teradactyl wings and their sauce is Boss! Subtract one star for cleanliness of restroom. Please take some pride in that area. TY read more

This location has lost its integrity in the preparation of their menu items as well as some of their staff. My family and I have visited this location twice in the past two weeks and both visits were disappointing. We spent a descent amount of money on their buffalo chicken fries for our entire family and they were carelessly prepared. The fries were burnt, both times and the bread sticks were covered heavily in so much garlic that we had to discard them. The staff didn't seem concerned with providing good customer service and had an attitude when we requested additional Ranch dressing after spending close to $60 on our order. The experience here is a bit unlike any other "sit-down" wing place I've ever been to. I sat in the bar area and ordered a pint of Fat Tire while my GF went with a Smirnoff Ice and a water. I also asked if one of the flat screens could be changed to ABC for the Heat v. Celtics playoff game. It took several minutes for the channel to get changed and the water never came. Well, I had to go around to the other side of the restaurant and ask the cashier for a water cup. She explained that they don't serve water at the bar. Strange right? I later realized that the bartender was pulling double-duty as the fry cook; which is insane to me. That would explain why he would disappear for minutes on end. He was a pretty decent kid and I left 20%+ because he was hustling! I definitely over did it with the wings. Two orders of 10 wings was 10 too many! It was just another stark reminder that I'm not as young as I once was and my eating prowess has eroded to old-man status. But the wings were good so I couldn't leave any prisoners behind; knowing full well I would pay a hefty price later. So the verdict: Get the wings to-go and don't over order. This was the worst batch of wings I've ever gotten outside of one time in WV, where they may very well have been from pigeons. Worst part? The manager on duty at the time wanted me to drive a half hour back to Murrieta to get this taken care of. This is some of the worst quality control I've seen at a restaurant. Seriously, this place is the bee's knees! You HAVE to try the medium buffalo sauce or the medium garlic sauce...both were incredibly delish. Hot damn these were some good chicken strips! These might just be the best chicken strips I've ever had.The breadsticks remind me of Pat and Oscar's and were fresh to death! So perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of fluffiness. 5 stars because they're always consistent. This place is like comfort food to me. I tend to lean toward getting the garlic mild. Not that I don't like it spicy but the mild sauce, to me, has the most flavor. The breadsticks are always fresh, hot and delicious. And even the carrots and celery are fresh. Some of the staff is nice and friendly but you never know what your gonna get. Prices constantly change here and today I went with my friends and the blonde cashier was super rude. Didn't carry any conversation and he was trying to get rid of us by asking questions so quick we could barely understand him. I'm a regular here cause I enjoy the food but just saw they got a B on there health inspection for riverside county and will probably have to change. First time at this place, and I absolutely loved their.... breadsticks? Yes! Most of the time (well, all of the time for me) when you think of wings you don't necessarily think of breadsticks, but that will be the first thing that comes to my mind when I think of Wings-N-Things. However there were a few things that weren't so awesome, which is why I gave them only 3 stars. First, the jalapeno poppers were completely laughable. It was more like they served us bell pepper poppers; there was absolutely no heat (spice not temp) to them whatsoever. I saw a previous review mention that they were using red peppers, and that was completely right in our experience. Secondly, I don't know who made the lemon pepper wings for us but they were completely inedible. There was so much salt on them I couldn't taste any lemon or pepper. Made me sad since lemon pepper is one of my favorite seasonings. I will give this place a try again since both of these things I found wrong are situational to who was working that day, but it may be a while until I come back since they aren't up in Orange County just yet. read more

Every time I go to the Murrieta location it's horrible. I just went last night and the food was horrendous!! I went with two friends and we all ordered single meals. It took 20 minutes for the food to come out, and when it finally came out it was stone cold and drenched in sauce. It seems like they buy frozen chicken and microwave it and then pour sauce over it. My wife made a call in order and I went to pick it up, only to get there and the order wasn't placed (said the cashier), I'm staring at my order that was right behind her. I asked if she could check the bag that didn't have a name on it and sure enough it belonged to me. Not sure what's going on with the name, but Wings n Things has always been a Murrieta staple. The chicken is very tender with crispy breading, and the sauces have always been great. Lots of TVs, and they have some good beers on tap. Always like stopping by Wings N Things when I'm in town.
