Welp, what a bummer.. walked in and was excited until we sat down and upon asking our waiter what he recommended or if there is a specialty he replied with "everything is special" and then walked away. It was red flag number one; plus he has been super uninterested the entire time. We asked several times for water and it took 4 times of asking before he brought any. All this while it was in no way busy. Completely horrible on the service from our waiter which had me dying to ask for another server. Next: the food was nothing short of a letdown. Flavorless sauces, sea bass was entirely flavorless, lamb was cold/flavorless and the soup is the size of your palm. Even when telling the waiter the lamb wasn't good and wanted to send it back he just kept asking what was wrong with it and made it super awkward cause he just walked away. My family and I were so incredibly disappointed. Although the ambiance was lovely, we not be coming back. The food would have been easy to overlook if the service would have been great. read more

We were invited to a birthday party which we had a great time, the place was beautiful, there was live music which i love, the pianist was amazing so was the singer, maybe just because of this two we go back, food was whatever, by the time on the table it was cold, let's not talk about taste cuz it was ok not great. But what I didn't understand was this what kind of restaurant doesn't serve Diet Coke or regular, my friend told me usually high end restaurants don't serve it but it's not true cuz they do and what kind of high end restaurant doesn't have alcohol license, only wine, I don't even know if they have a wine and beer license or not, but that's all a side this place reminded me of the old movie, I'm not saying I didn't have a great time I did, and it was because of the live music that's why I gave 3 stars read more

Service was great. We all had the French onion soup which was fire (highly recommend). Salmon and halibut were okay definitely not the best. Drinks were pretty good, but they don't have hard alcohol. Came in on a Saturday night as it was one of the few places that we could get a last-minute reservation at for a table for four. The place was about half full and there was a piano player which was nice. Our server didn't seem to know too much about being a server, and was stumped at some pretty basic questions like, do they have any wine by the glass. They only had one bottle of wine by the glass which was a Cabernet from Argentina for $65. Tartare came with three small slices of baguette, and we had to ask for more. If you want water, they ask you whether you want still or sparkling, and proceed to charge you seven dollars per bottle. If you want tap water I guess you have to say so. The salmon was overcooked and very bad. The escargot comes inside the shell, so you have to struggle with it to get it out and it is strangely served with pieces of bread right in the plate. Not the traditional escargot. Once our dinner was on the table we didn't see our server again for 30 minutes and we had to ask for the check for someone else. No one came to clear our plates and we paid our $370 bill with all our food still on the table. I would give the service a one star. The piano player and then the singer are quite loud so if you wanna have a conversation, this is not the place for you. read more

We were having a celebration with a large group and we had the best service that I've experienced thus far from any restaurant of this quality. Wow, this restaurant went from being the best restaurant in Glendale to one of the worse. They changed their menu from French ( those are the excellent reviews you will read on here) to Armenian (the horrible reviews you will read on here) They used to have entertainment and 4 waiters running around serving people and were fairly packed most of the time, to no entertainment and 1 waitress and an empty room. It used to be my favorite restaurant but I will never go there again (unless they change back to their old menu!) I ordered short ribs and vegetables and the food was horrible, short rib was dry and burnt (how can you even do that?), and vegetables were not very good. read more

Ok, so this is 5 stars for me only because the live entertainment was perfection!! Mr. X and the fabulous Maestro just blew us away and I was so happy I chose this place for a birthday celebration. The food, however, is pretty average. I'm shocked that such an upscale place that is trying very hard hasn't mastered the food yet. We got appetizers and a couple of entrees and most things were underwhelming and bland. Water was $7 a bottle which was annoying. The staff were all wearing black gloves and that seemed weird to me. Just imagine how fabulous the music was that we still give it 5 stars. That being said, I wouldn't come here just for dinner. I'd definitely come back for cheese and wine or coffee and dessert and to enjoy the beautiful music. read more

This place is perfect for a romantic date night and even a family outing. The food was so yummy, can be shareable too! The salmon was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
