I give F minus to the EPlus Appliances Repair. Do not recommend this tech. He will waste your time and doesn't go to the job. I texted him multiple times and called him to confirm. Tenant kept waiting but he did not bother to communicate properly. read more

BE AWARE! This Esteban Serna is not a person to count on. He tell you his coming & he doesn't. He keeps changing his appointments. He came to my home a couple of times & he charged me & still the issue is not solved, in top of this he broken a piece of my granite in my Kitchen. I have pictures & video when accident happened, I call him sends me to his voicemail it shows that he reads my messages, but he doesn't not respond to anything. I already report him with my insurance & BBB. Don't count on this man. He will do you wrong. You can see I'm not the only person with bad reviews. If he doesn't fix my granite. I wish I wasn't the first bad review. I will update if I ever get a response from Esteban or Sears in regard to my service. I called Sears earlier this week and was told that Friday between 1-5pm we would have a technician out. I work in Lost Hills, so I had to make arrangements to have someone cover me at home while I make the drive, expecting a call 30 mins before arrival. Got home at 3pm, no call. 4pm, no call. 5pm I called Sears, I was told to call him. Called twice and was forwarded to a full voice mail box both times. No call for the missed appointment. No update. Sears will update me tomorrow about it but as for now I can only assume Eplus failed to show up. I hope I'm wrong. Based on the other reviews, This could be Sears fault. He listened to what I thought what was the problem and I was actually right. He also found I had hooked up some hoses incorrectly and fixed those as well. I called at 12:30PM for a repair on my dryer and got an appointment at 2PM the same day! They even text you saying that they are on their way! Punctual and greeted at the door. Esteban Serna was the technician who came and repaired the dryer in about 5-10 min. Talk about a quick fix! He even was informative with what was wrong with it! My fridge compressor went out in the middle of the weekend. It was tragic. I contacted my home warranty and I asked them if someone could come that same day. It was Monday morning when I noticed the ice dispenser on my fridge stoped working, a day later I realized my whole fridge wasn't cooling and panicked. Luckily a friend recommended EPlus and he was able to come out and do an assessment the very next day; by Thursday afternoon he was able to do the repair and had our fridge back up and running. We just bought a new dryer less than 6 months ago and it randomly started making loud noises. I was referred by a friend Tamarah to contact a reliable company to come take a look at it and get an estimate if it needed repairs. I was able to schedule an appointment within a day as late as 6pm. Esteban sent an alert when he was on his way and was on time, efficient, affordable and very friendly!!
