Temperatures have been in the mid to high 100's and I waited 5 days to be contacted by this company. I was never contacted though I left several messages. Fidelity Home Warranty paired me up with this company when my microwave stopped heating food. It was a Friday when I called and after a long weekend of living stove top (ie Stone Age) only, Alex called me Monday morning to set up the repair. We sent a few texts back and forth regarding issue and information on microwave and he was able to diagnose problem and part needed based off my description. If I could give this business 0 stars I would, you want fast and reliable service this company is not the answer, had no heat in my apartment for a week, due to working so much it was difficult getting an appointment, finally made an appointment where I had a day off, nobody shows up, lost my whole morning and evening waiting on for nobody to show up, called and their answer was they had the wrong apartment number which is bogus, if they had common sense they would of called my number they had on file to make sure everything was legit. Apparently the guys name Alex called me back and said he had the wrong apartment number he will come back the following day to fix my heater around 3 PM, guess what I'm home all day waiting and guess what?! No one shows again. Lost my whole Saturday and sorry isn't going to give me my days off back along with a list of things to do and catch up on since I work 24/7. If I could give this company a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible to work with!! Took them over a month to fix our refrigerator. When the owner "Fidel" is literally useless you can't expect much from his employees. Not one person in this business takes responsibility for anything. Weather it's the office, tech guys, or fidel there always pointing fingers at each other. And they charged my insurance company $900 literally to vacuum my refrigerator compressor and leaves us a mess to find out it fixed the issue for 12 hours then whatever he did made my freezer go out as well. Over 30 days later I finally get it fixed and he gets ofended when I tel him this is f****** ridiculous. Save your time and money go somewhere else. read more

Appliance clinic is the contracted servicer of our apartment complex for A/c repairs. I submitted a work order on Sunday, by Monday Fidel from Apliance Clinic had left a voicemail for us to schedule a service call. We called and they said it would be a few days due to a funeral and they were closing. This is understandable for a small company, however with contracted work, it should have been referred to another contracted servicer from the apartment complex warranty. Ultimately they scheduled a tech to visit four days later, 6 days total for us in August, I took off work that afternoon and waited for the tech; this also gave me time to vacuum under the beds/dressers and clean out my canned food cabinet, turned on the iPod nano, opened front door and began the fun. Soon a tech was on the rooftop, however just as quick he was gone. No knock, no hi, nothing but a door hanger. A week later we received a call saying we were delinquent on the bill. We are a tenant in a rental property, you need to bill the property management company or owner. We called the onsite rep/janitor and they said the company told them we never answered our phone and the repair couldn't be made. I'm not sure what happened with that storyline, however once the company arrived and made the repair, the experience was far better than another with a local co I'd chosen as prior homeowner. 6/10 overall 3/10 customer service - administrative support 7/10 on site repair read more

There just aren't enough GREAT things I can say about this company. The Appliance Clinic was contracted through my home warranty company (Old Republic) to replace my built-in microwave in May 2013. James was the technician dispatched to my home, and he was prompt, courteous and professional. My microwave is still going strong! My air conditioner stopped blowing out cold air this morning, and once again Old Republic sent out The Appliance Clinic. The technician (James again!) arrived a little more than one hour later, and what I dreaded would be a complete overhaul of my unit turned out to be a sensor "time delay" - James quickly rectified this and added more freon as the unit was low. The whole operation took no more than 40 minutes! The Appliance Clinic is simply an honest and reliable company with friendly, knowledgable employees. I am so happy to have found them! I have fidelity home warranty that sent this company out to fix my air conditioning in my house. My ac broke on Friday night this company came out at 5 p.m. Saturday spent 10 minutes here and claimed they fixed the ac. Said it was just a loose wire. I left for the evening thinking I would come home to an air conditioned house and boy was I wrong. My ac was still broke and it was 86 degrees in my house. It is now Monday and I still have no ac. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not know what they are doing. read more

These fine gentlemen took a couple of days to get to me because of the heatwave. The whole town of Bakersfield is roasting. When they did squeeze me in, within 30 minutes my central air conditioning was back on line, and they only charged a meesley $110 . I was prepared for ten times that much. I have Fidelity home warranty. My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon. The initial company that took the service call never contacted me after several hours that same day. After tracking their answering service down, I figured out they closed 3 hours after receiving the call and wouldn't open again until Monday. In 100+ degree Bakersfield summers, this won't cut it. I called Fidelity late that afternoon and explained the heat situation. Fidel Herrera reached out to me within the hour and let me know he would be over first thing Sunday morning. He came out, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts needed. As soon as the parts came in, he returned and had my AC running again in record time. I appreciate how professional this company is, and how they stayed in contact with me and kept me updated about the parts needed. I would definitely recommend this company.
