I was told by the tech around $200 but he said he couldn't give me an exact price, so I was comfortable as I thought it was fair and anywhere around that price I was ok with just to get it done. Almost 2 weeks later I get an invoice of $798.05 4x what I was told it would most likely cost. I called and spoke to them on the phone and they agreed to take off 10% of the most likely 40%+ mark up on materials. I was only requesting they take off the mark up on materials as I would never had used them had I thought it was going to be $800 where I would have most likely got that done for less than half what they charged. Their tech told me something I trusted and honestly would have been ok even anywhere near what I was told.

I received a cold email stating that my scheduled oil delivery would not be made. The reason given was that your drivers might "pull a muscle" pulling a hose through the snow to reach my tank. Following this, I spoke with a manager whose unconcerned tone during our call was frankly appalling. I am 80 years old. At my age, I am physically unable to shovel a path to the tank myself, and finding immediate help for snow removal is nearly impossible. I have relied on your service for four decades, and I never imagined that Bursaw would be so completely unconcerned with the well-being of their elderly customers during the winter. To be told that a delivery cannot be made to an 80-year-old customer because of the risk of a pulled muscle--while leaving me without a clear plan for heat--is unacceptable.
