I was happy with their work in the beginning. However, when things started to go south with a mistake that they did with the water heater they were not willing to fix it and passed the blame to the propane provider for their mistake in installing the unit. The water heater was for an 80 year old and 75 year old and they were fine leaving them without water just because they didn't want to own their mistake. This shows that they don't care about owning their work or their customers. I will never hire them again for anything, and I hope whoever reads this review thinks twice before hiring this company.

The guy was super professional, and knowledgeable. I ended buying their very expensive "maintenance" liquid mix and it works great. The whole thing came to $700 which was shocking to me. I knew my ins co would pay for it as it was related to the fire incident and not having had water running through the pipes for a long time. If I had been responsible for the invoice, I would've freaked out. That's why I knocked off a star. So yes, they are good, reliable and guarantee their work (the guy came back a week later to fix it again at no charge - not his fault, it was bound to happen due to the severe clogging) BUT they are super expensive. Before asking them to fix your problem, ask for an estimate.

Therefore I still couldn't flush anything down or use the sink/shower. They banged a cast iron pipe and it left a big hole in the bottom. blamed it on rust but it was perfectly fine when started. Had another person come out to look at it and even them stated he shouldn't have tried to bang that out nd should've went for an easier route so now I am left a a leaking pipe nd more stress nd frustration on my behalf. They are unable to cover their mistake because of the contract I signed ..Make sure if using them, you use you request one w experience and not a rookie!!
